If you want more sweet (or less) they have options for that. You can customize how strong your drink is, as well as what type of milk you want. You can also add cold foam and get your drink hot or cold. Good customization options here. Price was on point with similar places, maybe slightly more, but I felt like the value was there. That is fine, but where is the boundary with that because it's up to interpretation or pour? are they not aiming for any sort of standard measurement? the one taking my order specially said to me today, "if this continues to be a problem, then maybe we are just not the right coffee house for you." this was not appropriate response when I was being calm and simply asking and providing feedback. Turns out, the girl taking the order is the one that always hands out terrible drinks that look like actual cups of milk with splash of coffee. A specific barista is the one to do this so it's a reflection of them and not the coffee house style. Lack of standards or the ability to take feedback at this location. It's crazy to consider that given the cost.
