I recently had a bad customer service experience at this location. My cashier performed way below what we typically expect from the Starbucks brand. JuJu, the onsite manager was very helpful and considerate. I discreetly pulled her aside to explain my experience in detail. She agreed that it was not acceptable and offered to make up for it. She assured me that she would properly address the employee at the most opportune time. I greatly appreciated her good gesture. Upon needing to go to the restroom I asked NANCY for the bathroom code and she asked if I was a customer. This Starbucks made me a very lousy drink. When i told them that i ordered a drink with a cold foam but the foam was missing they told me that it was there BUT I COULD NOT SEE IT. The drink was very bad , most of it was ice , like 70% of the cup, some coffee with milk and an invisible cold foam. I complained to Starbucks , they told me that they refunded me my money but they never did. You are charging $8 per drink and your bad employees can't even make right. The outdoor area was dirty , tables were dusty with a crazy homeless drug addicted woman using it. No wonder Starbucks has been losing its customers. I went in on August 6th to get some drinks for my family. I am 8 months pregnant and because of that I decided to use the restroom before ordering. My son also had to use the restroom. My sister was already waiting at the counter for someone to take her order. While she waited I went to ask a worker that was preparing drinks for the restroom code. He told me "Have you made a purchase yet?" I responded with " She (referring to my sister) is already in line, but I need to use the restroom." What kind of question is that? I am 8 months pregnant and even if I hadn't order anything both my son and I had to use the restroom. I would expect some empathy and understanding from the worker. The other workers took forever to take our order as well. I found it so unnecessary. I don't know if it's because I am a Hispanic woman or what? Why would that worker assume that I was not going to purchase something? I clearly walked into the establishment for that reason and my sister was already in line waiting to order for us. They are occasionally there now when I'm in, but recently my wait times in the drive thru have gotten longer and longer. Waiting for a coffee in line for almost 30 minutes is insane. The Ham and Swiss baguette was as hard as a rock. we ordered a turkey provolone sandwich and there was zero turkey and it tasted very sour.

\Typical Starbucks set up with friendly staff. I haven't ever had any issues getting exactly what I wanted and if it wasn't to my exact liking they remake it with a smile. It is a convenient location for the area and a great stop if you need a break from the nearby highway, and don't want gas station coffee that's been cooking on a burner for who knows how long. Ordered a Venti iced coffee; sweetened without any cream or dairy. They didn't not stir the drink so all of the classic syrup was on the bottom of the cup. No problem, I'll stir it myself. I asked for a straw and the straw was broken. Had the coffee and a wrap plus pumpkin bread delivered through uber eats. The food was fine but both the iced caramel macciato and the hot one tasted like just straight up milk. My husband went to get his birthday drink and grabbed me something too. He decided to get what I was getting (iced coconutmilk mocha macchiato) but had never had the drink before. My husband gets home and tells me about it. These drinks do not even have cold foam in them. Do not go to this location. This is about this specific location. Every single time I've came here recently which is about 4-5 times my drinks are completely melted. I have a feeling they are giving out drinks that have been sitting on the counter for a HOT minute. Because there is absolutely no way my drinks are consistently fully melted right as I receive them.
