Two stars for the simple fact that they have friendly service but unfortunately that is really all I can say about this Starbucks. As a former partner I would hope that most stores would follow guidelines when it comes to service but this store is severely lacking. Drive thru should always be priority as their motto is if you can wait inside you have more time to waste than those in drive thru.. Total opposite here. I cannot express the amount of times I have been stuck in the drive thru line while those before me are served one or two drinks while waiting upwards of ten minutes for the baristas to plug these drinks out. It should not take this long especially when you have timeframes set by corporate to comply with. I only hope the store manager would talk less about personal issues on the floor and pick up a broom or mop so the baristas can actually do work rather than play C.S. while cars and lines back up. read more

I love me some Starbucks and was happy to have enough stars for a free beverage. I had not been to this location before but had good order customer service and was feeling happy to be out and about on a fine day. I had ordered a latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I found a table and waited for a while and noticed someone arriving after me had been served so I left my table to check. My drink and bagel were sitting on the counter by the barista. I was not 10 feet away and never heard my name or order called out. If the barista wasn't so busy socializing with his friends, he might have thought to call out my name or order. So then, I smeared up my rather soggy by now bagel, took a bite, and YUCK. I checked the cream cheese and it was reduced fat, which tasted horrible. The bagel was not toasted and I expect it had been microwaved. I got out my receipt and it showed regular cream cheese and warmed bagel. I tried to just tough it out but the second bite tasted worse. I don't return food unless I am asking for a refund. I admit to not having the mood to haggle or complain. So I dumped my order in the trash and left hoping there would be a survey number on the receipt. Idiot that I am, I threw away the receipt with the bagel! A Yelp review was the best I could do. Second fail for Antelope Valley Starbucks. Glad we are finished with temporary assignment and can move on to a bit better location. Training and oversight in this area is sub par for Starbucks! read more

went thru the drive through about an hour ago and i ordered a grande mocha frappe. just didnt meet my expections. i mean its hot as heck outside and when you order a frappucino you expect an ice cold treat. what i got was a watered down frappe. and i had just went inside about 2 weeks ago and it was one of the best ones ive ever had. i think they need to get all their workers on the same page as far as how to make every drink on the menu because above all, customers expect consistency and thats what will keep them coming back. i shouldnt have to cross my fingers and "hope" my drink will be made the way it was intended to be made. very disappointed but giving it 3 stars only because the lady at the window was very professional and customer oriented. read more

Two girls in the drive thru were EXTREMELY RUDE. You can tell they had an attitude. They messed up my order and one of them still had the nerve to try and blame it on me! (Two white females) I will not be going back to this location, I had never had a problem with any of the employees at Starbucks. I gave it one star because I can't give it zero. read more

OK so let me start off by saying that I use their Drive thru ALL the time,, MON -THURS , I always get one of two things, (A) a Venti Xtra Shot and Xtra hot Skinny Cafe Mocha and a bagel with butter extra toasted , (B) a Grande Skinny Cafe Mocha Extra Shot / Hot and a Artisan ham Breakfast Sandwich.... I LOVE LOVE LOVE that when I drive up they say their good morning speech which is followed with are you doing Grande or Venti Today LMAO. I love it... sometimes I like to keep them on their toes and will ask for Cream cheese for my bagel.. LOL.. BUT this place has been nothing but Nice and Friendly and I enjoy my visits there.. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE GUY THERE, that apparently does NOT like when I ask for my bagel xtra toasted and coffee xtra hot... he rolls his eyes at me .. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE ... WHY do you care how my coffee and bagel are made.. LOL... but love the other peoples, really nice ... read more

update on my review based on last Friday's experience only. I went there late morning. It wasn't busy at all, but for some reason (and maybe I've been spoiled) I didn't get any kind of "good morning" or acknowledgement for quite some time actually, even though there were employees around chatting with each other. I also wanted to speak to the manager and the girl I spoke to really seemed disinterested in what I had to say. Super Slow. Not the best employees and half the time I have to return my drink. Is it really that hard to make a Frappucino?

Worst f'n location. I go here cuz of it's location but no more. 2/10 times they get the order correct and they are so slow. Friendly staff but appears under trained or they are the rejects of Starbucks and they all go there. Over it ! My sister and I gave them a plethora of chances. No rating stars from me. Maybe manager should read ratings once and a while. read more

This store gets no stars. I stop at this store every Friday on my way home from Lancaster to Riverside. The coffee never is up to the standards of Starbucks and the staff including the shift lead are slow and disorganized. Last Friday, 2/13/15, They left me standing there waiting for a red eye (coffee with one shot of espresso) for 20 minutes saying the coffee was still brewing as I watched one of the drive through servers keep pulling coffee of the urn that was still brewing. The manager copped an attitude with me and that will be the last time I ever go there. This location has been crumby for 2 years. I'm the dummy for continuing to go there. read more
