Most recent trip to this star bucks sucked. Mobile ordered to find out when i get there it hadn't even been touched yet to process. Kind of defeated the purpose of mobile ordering. In addition all the employees looked like they hated life, were rude, and had puzzled looks on their faces as to what was going on. I should have blasted this place after they charged me $11 for a white chocolate mocha. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location. I hope corporate shuts down this location. #savageAF read more

I'm here far to often, however they treat me and anyone else who comes in great. Also, they know what i want before i order it 95% of the time, seeing as I am literally here all the time. Good place to do homework, and study especially if your an online student. Great employees, clean place, and good atmosphere. May occasionally get packed. read more

The workers are great. Friendly and super helpful, but they seem to be constantly understaffed. The bathrooms are dirty (seriously, sometimes it makes gas station bathrooms look good). The napkins are empty. My order get lost often. The staff seems super stressed which can only be attributed to poor management. The management needs to either get more staff during peak hours or better train folks to help streamline the process. read more

I'm a HUGE Starbucks fan, but this location is the worst. They consistently overcharge me for my order (I always order a Venti Awake tea, but they charge me for a Tea Latte - which is almost double the price!). I then waste time explaining to them that I do NOT want the latte, which is never a comfortable conversation. On top of that, 25% of the time they are out of Awake tea - how are they always out of a staple product? This morning's experience prompted the poor review: literally FIVE people were working with ZERO customers and NO ONE greeted me or took my order for several minutes. When someone finally saw me, he said he couldn't help me because he didn't have a register open. The woman who did seemed bothered that I was there, and a third person finally came over. Wanna guess what happened??? They were out of the tea I wanted...again! When in Lancaster or Palmdale, I recommend the one on Ave K and 20th West. Worst Starbucks I've been to, I ordered tea with a splash of half and half and the chick at the drive thru poured at least 1/4 cup of whole milk. Overpowering the tea, it tasted like milk and koolaid. I waited in line for 15 to 20 minutes, probably because she messed up the order before me and I was in a hurry so I just had to take the mess and go. Marlyn the new manager has such great customer service because of her I go every morning because she makes everything very fast and efficient she always has positive vibes and makes the best drink if you're in the area I'd recommend stopping at this Starbucks you don't even have to buy anything the friendly environment is enough because of her. read more

I'm not a Starbucks fan... I think they grew too big for their britches way too fast... but that's another story. What results from that is a lack of consistent quality and service from store to store... which is a huge bummer. This location is just okay. I've been numerous times and ordered a wide variety of beverages... and somehow something just isn't right. I'm picky about how I like my milk steamed (I used to be a barista, I know there's a good way and a bad way... correction - a lazy way... and the taste difference is lightyears apart). Service tends to be a little slow here - but that's probably because every time I come, the walk up and drive-through are both extremely busy. This place is a go or miss. They get the order correct 50% of the time. Never consistent only at getting it wrong. When they get it wrong they look at you like if you are the one who made it incorrectly. Why ask for the order if their going to do what they want. I come in here often enough to leave this review it took me awhile because I kept letting it go. There is only 1 person in there who is nice and has great customer service. I think these people forget that their job is valuable and there's plenty of people who need one. Seems like they are always hiring new people. People who aren't trained properly and than you got the managers with attitude for some reason. One time my husband and I went in to pick up our online order drinks and they yelled at us to go outside very rudely that the people around us even were about to leave. My husband has been with me plenty of times where they get both our order wrong or his or mine all the time. It's gotten to the point where we both avoid this place and he'll take me somewhere else even if this is the closest place because he knows how much I can't stand them doing it incorrectly and than being unprofessional to you about it. Oh the new one is they've been giving us cold coffee. Don't come here. Long lines and unprofessional staff who can't make drinks. read more

This was the worst Starbucks I ever been to. Saw one of the employees drop a scope on the floor and instead of picking it up and putting in the sink, they put it on the counter to be used. They had milks sitting all over the counters which were dirty. It took 10 minutes to get just 2 cups of regular coffee and there wasn't anyone in line in front of me. read more

This isn't your normal Starbucks. When you come to this place you actually become family. It's the olive garden of Starbucks in the Antelope Valley. Not only are the customers treated like a god, but the cafe itself is spacious and accommodating to comfort. There's no need to fear trying to act normal while sitting, drinking a coffee, and reading the paper while the butt of a customer leans against your cheek when they wait in line. Space...its what other Starbucks lack. Drinks are always up to par and always topped with a little bit of that Avenue I magic. Thank you I&20 for this blessing. read more

In the beginning when this store opened I didnt think they would make it. Service was not good. But this Starbucks is my favorite. I come in too often because everyone knows my order and always treat me like i am one of the gang. They are real good about trying to get me to try other coffees but they know i am not getting anything else than my Venti Ice Vanila Coffee. Where do I start yet again after several tries they still manage to have rude people at the drive thru. The sighing, the cutting you off while clearly still ordering! This is at 430 in the AM I get it you don't want to be up its cold and your probably waiting for your next person to assist with the rush at that time, but seriously get it together. Ann is a Barista there, she should worry more about the appearance of the store, and making sure it is clean, then who spends $5 on a drink to be able to use the Wi-Fi. We ordered three drinks with no one in line behind us! One ultra Carmel frappe, Carmel frappe, and a small mocha Decaf frappe. First thing wrong was that they made the mocha decaf frappe hot! So when they remade the decaf mocha frappe we took it home to my 91 year old grandma. When we got home and she drank it, it was not Decaf. Starbucks needs to purchase watches for their employees so they can sort out that when it says open at 4:30 they should be open. 4:40 and I walk to the door...it's locked. The employee sees me and makes zero effort to open the door or even let me know he's at some point going to give a damn.
