As is with any Starbucks, seasonal favorites include one of the most favorite Halloween drinks - the pumpkin spice latte. Also, another of my favorite Holiday drinks is the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino. It's Very Good! The drive through line can be busy at times (what at a Starbucks, imagine that, ha!), but it moves fairly quickly. Met friends on Wed. Night September 9th and when getting ready to leave found that my car was BLOCKED in (parked in Starbucks lot)by a semi truck (8:30 pm). I could not get out to go home! This had happened to me a year or so ago and the truck driver helped me back out! My friends left. Went back inside Starbucks.....was told .. oh he should be done in 20 mins.... No concern that I was blocked and could not go home! A kind customer came outside to help me as she could see I was stressed! I visited this location on launch day for new merchandise, early in the morning. I redeemed my 400 points to take off $ from my tumbler but I made the mistake on MY end for not letting Alli know that I wanted to redeem and not scan it. I apologized for the confusion (I've never redeemed my points before) and waited for my order. I realized I only got $38 dollars back out of $100 that I paid with so I went to tell Alli that the change is incorrect. She took $20 out the change she gave me the first time I tried to pay without redeeming my points (which would have been $41) and handed me the rest of the change but I was still $41 short after redeeming my points. I tried explaining to her that it still doesn't make sense how I paid with a $100 bill and only get $38 dollars back out of the $20.16 I paid for but she didn't want to give me my change and she was absolutely rude about the whole situation, she looked at me like as if I had bird sh*t on my face. I called my father to come over to the location and her whole entire demeanor changed when my father came in with me to help resolve the situation. She then finally gave me the rest of my change after my father told her that it's not correct. When she handed me the change she slammed her hand on the counter and said to me very rudely "if you would've said to redeem your points the first time this wouldn't be a problem" and I look at her & told her I've already apologized about it, I just need my correct change back. Now, I understand it's a big day for the baristas since it was launch day but her whole attitude turned ugly when I simply tried asking for the correct amount of change. I've been coming to this location almost everyday for the whole year since I live close by but after this experience and Alli's attitude towards me was VERY unpleasant & I don't think I'll be coming to this location anymore. Her behavior absolutely ruined my entire experience at this location especially when I was more than excited to get new merchandise for weeks. It was a simple mistake on my part but her rude commentary & attitude was really uncalled for. I'm highly disappointed in this location only because of her poor attitude & I will neverrr be going back to this location ever again and would love to speak the corporate about the situation. read more

My review is for the medicine ball. Amazing. That's my new thing now. I recommend you order this if you love tea and like flavor. Citrus jade mint, peach tranquility, honey and hot lemonade. Except, they ran outta Honey. What place runs outta honey!? Anyways, had it substituted with orange citrus agave which was not bad at all. Big fan of citrus tea. Every time I go in, my order gets somehow changed from what I actually ordered. THIS LOCATION PRIMARILY CARES ABOUT THEYRE DRIVE THRU. Today, I ordered a caramel crunch Frappuccino double shot with ex caramel drizzle in the cup & pumpkin sweat cream instead of whipped. I received a caramel Frappuccino with no candy crunch, and no caramel. This is the 4-5th time they've done this & I keep going back only because it's never tasted bad, just always wrong. This brand new Starbucks on the highway 70 frontage is huge inside and has lots of nice seating and even better, USB ports and mains plugs at every seat. Unfortunately the staff isn't quite up to speed: empty pitcher of half and half on the self service bar in the lobby and no soap in the bathroom. C'mon guys: what's qasa going to say? read more

Despite being open for nearly 2 years, this place still fails to deliver quality service. The drinks are mixed poorly and are extremely bland. Even if it isn't super busy, it takes a mind-numbingly long time to get your order. At one point I waited around 25 minutes (which when you need coffee quickly is awful) and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. The staff seems incompotent and completely unable to make your drink right the first time, if they remember to make it at all. About the only saving grace this store has is that they at least seem to comp your drinks if they mess them up/take too long. Overall, if you want to wait over 5 minutes for some bland coffee this is just the place for you. But then again, this is Starbucks, so what do you expect. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks in town. I order 1 drink ahead of time on the app and it tells me 5-7 minutes. I show up 15 minutes later and I'm still having to wait another 5+ minutes for some brewed coffee. Ridiculous, I've been late to work several times. read more
