I go to this location quiet Often to pick up coffee for my husband . We order on the app and pick up in store. It's normally always ready when we get there and made correctly. I would say my only complaint is, on occasion they don't fill the cup up to the rim. For the prices they charge the cup should be full. I had to stop in for a gift certificate so I decided to get myself a drink. I am a D& D girl but every so often I love a green tea with a pu.p of no sugar vanilla flavoring. When I walked on I was immediately greeted. As I stood at the counter at least 4 people let me know help would be right with me. It might have been overkill but was super impressed with their attention to customer and cordial demeanor. My dri k was made quickly and right. This Starbucks had an extremely long drive thru line, but that's not necessarily unique to this Starbucks! If you're at this location and the line is overwhelming, then go inside. I had my order of a tall, pumpkin cream cold brew within minutes of entering. The staff were pleasant, they were efficient, and all of the employees looked productive. UPDATE:   For in store: So I recently started drinking just hot coffee, simple enough so I figured I didn't need to mobile order.  It took 10 minutes to even order my coffee, with only 3 people in front of me.  There were at least 6 people behind the counter, 2 just standing there.  The girl taking the orders was also making coffees and heating up food.  They need a better rhythm.  I left with 8 people behind me, basically just waiting to be served.  The cashier was great, but definitely could've used some back up.  I was almost late to work.        For Mobile: My favorite spot to pick up,  just place my order on the mobile app as I leave the nearby Marshall's and it's ready when I get there!  Great location, always friendly helpful staff and the drinks are always perfect, no matter how many order.  I've placed 10 drink orders before and had them all perfect!! read more

Every time I place an order through drive thru they can never get it right. This is extremely frustrating when it happens everyday! I asked for a Cafe vanilla Frappuccino and they gave me a big cup of vanilla bean instead. The employees are nice, but I don't think they know what they're doing. Great: prompt when taking your drive thru order and inside as well. Line gets busy & staff always maintains their composure and stays friendly. Needs improvement: at times (not that often) drinks are not made consistent. I think it depends on who is making the drinks and who is heavier/lighter handed on the syrups/sauces or the matcha scoops. Would say this would be one of my top Starbucks locations to come to if the staff was re-trained maybe to all be consistent as a while with syrups/sauces and scooping. read more

I went into the store and ordered an ice coffee with a couple of espresso shots. I was the only inside customer at the counter. several people were at tables having already received their drinks etc. I went to use the restroom which took several minutes. I came back and waited for several more minutes at the pick up area. never once acknowledged. Several employees were behind the counter readying orders for pick up or delivery. This Starbucks is pretty much just as bad as the Plainville, Massachusetts location. They don't train their employees to let you know you can still order an iced coffee even though they are out of an ingredient many wouldn't know was in a regular iced coffee to begin with, and that's their classic syrup. So they'll just tell you they're out of iced coffee which is odd - since they're a coffee shop. Additionally- last weekend my husband was handed a regular coffee after they told him they don't have it due to the syrup - he set them straight - but then they were out of all milk products when he went inside to ask why it was black. After calling them - whoever answered the phone said whomever told him that was wrong, so who are they training and how are they training individuals to say they have no dairy products? I don't know what happened to most Starbucks after the pandemic- but the individuals they hire need better training. read more

Drive-thru line is always very long. The restaurant is clean. My issue seems to be always with the service and the availability of the ingredients. They will allow you to order a drink, knowing they don't have every ingredient and make the drink for you and not say a word when you ask, dried strawberries, dried, pineapple, tidbits, etc. When you ask, they say oh we are all out. Or question why does this snot taste sweet they say oh we ran out of the base we used water or they say when you asked for less ice we added water to dilute it. read more

I saw the drive-thru line and almost turned around to leave. I decided to park and go in. I'm glad I did. I was greeted by the barista brewing espresso at the machine. I was greeted warmly and my order was taken. I waited at the end of the counter watching the barista Zoey making drinks and greeting every customer who came into the store. Grade: F- An overwhelming majority of the staff have poor customer service and uncaring attitudes. They make orders with zero attention to detail. Since this location was close, I kept giving them another chance to do the right thing. However, I am consistently disappointed. Once again, my order was incorrect today. This Starbucks is not consistent at all. It's a hit or miss if they are even going to be open. I've pulled in so many times and it's not even open when it is supposed to be and no sign posted as to why. No communication. The drive thru line isn't consistent as it seems most have to cut through parking spaces. If you don't plan on opening - close the place down. They have a small selection of pastries, snacks, & sandwiches. Wish they had more! Service varies from super speedy & friendly, to slower than a snail & rude. Guess it just depends on who's working that day. They do have a drive through. But, I feel bad for anyone trying to visit anyone else in this section of the plaza during peak hours...the drive through can make parking & navigating here a pain. I've always thought of Starbucks as the Yellow Tail (the wine) of coffee. It's carefully made to be dependable and pleasing to most people, but nothing special. This particular Starbucks exemplifies how I feel about the chain. Coffee is consistently good; I've never had my order wrong and they're pretty quick in the drive-thru. Ordering inside isn't a good idea because there always seems to be a mean older lady in there. Not a sassy kind of attitude, just a general malaise about life kind of mean. The coffee is fine but the service I had was beyond terrible. I've never felt so resented for ordering a couple beverages!!! I've worked in customer service for over a decade, and I guess that means I expect more, but I can honestly say that this was the worst service experience of my life. I even asked to speak to the manager/supervisor on duty and that's when things went from bad to worse. The supervisor seemed to want to get in a fight and wouldn't listen to my complaint. She told me I was holding everyone up and implied I was trying to get something for free. The drive through situation sucks. I typically order online and just pickup inside. That way I can avoid the cut throat drive through line and potentially rude staff. I order, pay and pick up. The only time I need to interact with employees is when they are out of a syrup or sauce. They are rarely apologetic and unlike other starbucks never offer free drink coupons for inconveniences. The 4 stars is for the beverages and sometimes nice employees. It's 50/50 chance of getting friendly greeting or blank stare, "What do you want?" Definitely one if the least friendly starbucks but it's on my way to work and if I go to the one in Target I will spend $100 on unnecessary items. I really like the staff at this location, friendly & accommodating. I tend to drink more tea than coffee but I usually indulge in a latte when at Starbucks. The several different holiday flavors has me coming back for more. I haven't tried the drive thru option yet but notice that plenty of others do. Like other reviewers, I found the service subpar. I waited for several minutes at the counter without any acknowledgement while the three headsetted baristas helped drive through customers. Finally, one of them asked if "I was all set", assuming that I had already received something? I let her know that I would like to order coffee and got my order promptly. It was never unfriendly, but never friendly. It's s simple thing to acknowledge a waiting customer and let them know you'll be with them in a moment or when the oversight is brought up, apologize. Maybe I would have gotten better service at the drive through or a friendly smile and nod at a neighborhood place. Like all Starbucks locations the service here is awesome. The staff are all happy to work there and it shows. All smiles and happiness here. I ordered a hot coffee and asked what flavors I can have and the barista suggested a mix of them. It was delicious. People complain they are expensive and that's totally false. The grande which is equivalent to a medium Dunkin coffee is only 2.50$ and in my opinion better coffee. Darker more flavorful beans. The past two times I've been in here, my order has been made incorrectly. They do fix it once the error is brought to their attention, however. Here's what separates the men from the boys: on the rare occasion when my regular store makes an error, they apologize and offer me a "cup half empty" coupon. This store has not been so warm when their errors were pointed out. I agree that the customer service needs a bit of work. The store is usually clean and not too busy. Third time at a Starbucks and second time at this Starbucks that I tried to order a vegan bagel and the staff didn't even know they carried vegan bagels... I had to point out the signage in their baked goods case that clearly indicated the VEGAN bagels that were available. The staff today had to step away from the register to " ask someone" about this. They returned and said, "our bagels are technically vegan but we can't verify 100% that they're actually vegan"......... what does that even mean? Starbucks please educate your staff/stores on the products you offer - particularly the vegan products. It's really problematic when the staff doesn't know which bagels are vegan and which are not, and the fact that they are even available. read more
