They welcome all our crazy drinks mods and make sure if something isn't made to full satisfaction, it gets fixed. This location is a great reflection of what the "new" Starbucks is aiming for. I was in the area on a Sunday to run a local half marathon and stopped in here to get my pre-race morning coffee. When I arrived, I parked and placed my order for a bacon, gouda & egg sandwich and my usual grande blonde vanilla latte on the mobile app before going inside. This is the best Starbucks on the planet. They get every drink right. The baristas are always friendly and it's clean inside. It feels nice to sit there on a weekend morning and have coffee and your breakfast. I just know that when I go my drink is going to be correct, I have a feeling it's because there isn't a drive-through so they aren't as rushed as a drive-through is. The drink proportions are always right for me. I find it impressive because there are many Starbucks I go to, and the drinks just aren't made correctly anymore. I stick with this one. When I arrived, there were about six people ahead of me and it appeared that most people inside were students. Everyone friendly! I walked inside Starbucks; as I began to take my mirrored shades off and heard a voice in the background of someone saying welcome to Starbucks. My wife waited to pay the bills at the doctors office across the street. I rolled over in my wheelchair and asked somebody in Starbucks they help me get money out but my wallet so I could pay. The young man came out and help me get the money out and it was very helpful. He made sure that I was taken care of while I waited alone. I think his name was Fongvue I apologize for mixing his name up. I told the young man that it's pretty obvious that from the top down that Starbucks is ran well. Everybody was really happy friendly and enthusiastic about their job. That doesn't start from the bottom up. That starts at the top I was pleased to find out the young man was the manager. I frequent at many Starbucks locations and this has become one of my favorites, particularly because of their consistently friendly service, clean tables, and convenient location next to my school. However, there are a few things to look out for. If you plan on coming here to get some studying done, just be prepared for the fact that it may be packed with no unoccupied tables. They do have tables outside, but it can get hot and windy. I know this because all of these things happened to me last time I came here. Also, if you plan on ordering a certain sandwich, make sure to have the cashier check that it's in stock. I ordered a particular sandwich last time then used my free reward to "pay" for it. Later tell me that my chosen sandwich isn't available and asked me to pick another one. Since they already swiped my free reward, I couldn't get a refund so I just ended up picking whatever was left. Other than that, the line to order usually moves really fast so you order within a few minutes of waiting and they make your drinks really quickly and efficiently. read more

I ordered a Reserve Roast coffee and they apparently forgot to pour it into a cup after it was done brewing because I ended up waiting 15 minutes and the coffee was luke warm by the time I got it. 5 stars for the service, people that work here are all amazing. Food is always good. However, my biggest complaint is the indoor seating. There are literally 5 tables with 2/3 chairs each. This is not good especially when people want to come sit down & enjoy their experience. For a cafe so close to the University, and major retail store you'd expect to have more chairs & table so students and shoppers feel welcomed. I know many people who opt to visit the Starbucks further down the street or in Colton because they offer more welcoming environment for students. Usually the same baristas make my drinks and it's bomb, consistent and delicious but lately every time I order the salted cream cold foam cold brew which they changed the name to cold brew with salted cream cold foam I never know what I'll get. Sometimes it's sweetened sometimes it's not, sometimes there's a touch of foam and sometimes it's the perfect amount. It's a little unsettling as I pay just shy of $5 for this drink and it gets me through my hectic day of work as I usually make a stop here before my shift. I have the same issue with the vanilla sweet cream cold brew - sometimes there's a dash of cream while other times it like I'm drinking a cup of just cream. I wish there was more consistencies with the cold brews. Today I ordered the salted cream cold foam cold brew and I tasted it before leaving and of course it isn't sweetened and not enough foam on the venti. I asked her about the sweetening and she dumped something in there but it doesn't taste the same. I think she dumped classic instead of caramel in there. read more

I came her early in the morning to get some tea to help with a cold I had. I ordered the medicine ball and confirmed my order with the cashier, in which I was charged extra for steamed apple juice. While waiting for my order first they told me after the fact that one of the tea bags for the order they do not have in stock. Next as I happened to glance at the bar I see her pouring only steamed lemonade and asked where is the steamed apple juice I was charged to be made with the tea, she looks at me and says they didnt tell her that.....Ummm I have the receipt in my hand which CLEARLY indicates everything to be put in the tea. By far the busiest location I've ever been to. I thought at first i had accidentally walked into the Apple store because there was so many laptops tapping away. Every table & bench was packed with either students or people conversing. I didn't wait in line no more than a few minutes before I was greeted by a friendly employee. They got my drink correct & I sat outside for a few minutes before my next appointment. I realized this is definitely a great location for you to be at if you have a medical emergency. Constantly staff from LLUMC, were coming in-out. Is there 10 doctors in the house? Haha The outdoor seating area is large. At least 20 tables.
