Suppose to originally be made with hojicha but they told me they got a bad batch of hojicha and said the matcha verison would be a good alternative. I can't even imagine how much I would have loved the hojicha version (hojicha is one of my favorites). Really made my morning when I got this! Sopapilla Latte - honey, vanilla, cinnamon - my 2nd latte I ended up getting when I was in the area again ha. Was great I don't think my research for some of the best coffee in town was wrong coming here. Interior was much larger then I thought. From outside it seems like a small shop in Mckinney. Only street parking available and definitely didn't help with whatever event was in town when I came with half the streets shut down with detours but you will still be able to find parking somewhere near I enjoyed this place quite a bit and would definitely come back!

The 3 snobby girls behind the counter looked at me like I was an idiot and like I was trying to scam them for a drink- while there's only 5 customers here- ummm. ??? They made snobby faced responses as I walked away to wait again for my drink - that "only took 2 minutes to make". Also, the customer before me had to ask for her missing drink. My friend and I were not sitting far from the barista counter and could here these ladies gossiping about customers and being just quite rude and snobby. Customer service here is absolutely lacking. They are incredibly welcoming and so entertaining to be around. I can always expect a great cup of coffee and a great conversation. When I was going through a difficult time, they made sure to check up on me every time I walked through the door and always allowed me to stay and work quietly in the background. Nothing beats the atmosphere of freshly roasted coffee and hearing great stories every visit. I have also done the coffee tour, which is very informative and also entertaining! If I had a choice, I wouldn't get coffee anywhere else.
