This Starbucks lets a man that is there daily using the wifi on his laptop...SMOKE right outside their front door! Every day! This is against state law! I have informed the staff repeatedly and they do nothing. I needed to order a few items for my clients. This older lady with an unpleasant attitude took my order. I needed assistance with my order since they were my clients orders, and they had long specific drinks orders and I wanted to make sure everything was right. She got really short and super rude with me, but if she works for Starbucks, I'm sure she's gotten a lot of "grande caramel macchiato, upside down, iced but light on the ice, and no whipped cream" orders... I'm sure. The worst part was, when I pulled out my company card, I think she assumed it's a fancy company card so she asked me for a tip, TWICE. I tip everywhere I go - With great service? Of course!!! With the service I just got... it made me laugh she even had the audacity to ask for a tip. No sense of business acumen or competency on what great, or let me lower that standard, good service is. Starbucks being so corporate, I'd assume they gave better training for their staff. Also, when I left, I realized I didn't get all of my order that I had paid for. Very disappointed with this visit most especially to the barista because I ordered a venti soy white chocolate mocha and she didn't fill it up because she said I ordered no ice!!! I come here every Other day in the afternoon and never fail Starbucks is ALWAYS packed! I was in today to get my pumpkin spice latte. The young man at the cash register was very helpful! He explained how I could get soy in my latte. He was patient with me because I had two gift cards and both had different balances. He showed me how to register them online. I did not feel like he was trying to rush me at all. I got my latte and it was delicious made with soy milk and no whipped cream. I can't say enough how impressed I was with the service and the quality of the drinks they served us. I will definitely go back to this location. The seating is limited so make sure you are ready to find yourself during outside or sharing a table. Most people are willing to accommodate. Ok, if you haven't been to Starbucks, then you must have been living under a rock for quite sometime. You've probably have ordered something from this company so it's not anything special to reiterate what you already know. What I can tell you is the establishment is very nice. It's not very big and if you are looking for a place to study, this may not be the best place to do that. There's a limited number of tables to work on so I could see them getting occupied quickly during peak hours. One area of the store has a good amount of lounge chairs so you can chill with your friends and shoot the shit a bit. They're very comfortable and nice to relax on while sipping a cup o joe. Just outside of the place are a bunch of tables and chairs and even a fire pit if you prefer taking in the Menifee air. That's about it. I'm a coffee fanatic, and of all my Starbucks experiences, this place location deserves to be recognized. Prompt service, even when its crowded, and friendly staff that have (so far) always gotten my custom drinks correct. There are a lot of offices near by (including where I work), so large orders are very common, but they are quick to take care of everyone. The location is in the large Super Target shopping area, in the corner by the Chipotle and Panda Express. Parking sometimes is difficult, especially around lunch time, but that's to be expected with so many food places around. The outdoor seating is really nice and relaxing, especially with the little stream that's next to the shop...and (if your lucky) you can find a table that's kind of away from the parking lot and away from the foot traffic, if you're looking for some peace and quiet. read more

Came to this location today because I was In the area (a location I have never been to) and had the WORST experience I've yet to experience at any Starbucks. I frequent Starbucks on a daily basis, I'm an avid customer. After rudely being asked what we wanted to order I was told by the manager that she did me a favor by letting me order an ice water with added dried strawberries. (I order this daily along side a venti iced Carmel macchiato and other drinks for my children.) Which I might add , that I do pay 50 cents for the strawberries. They are not free and I'm okay with that, would never expect it. She then told me that other locations are not allowed to do that and that I need to know it's not allowed. After receiving our drinks, my daughter and I both noticed that both our drinks were only filled 90% of the way. We will NEVER be back to this location! There is something wrong when employees cannot read the instructions when making coffee according to the customer's customized options, like adding certain types of syrup and how many pumps. So, it is pretty much I paid for the add-ons and not get nothing except for a standard drink. If I am keeping count, this would be the 6th time this happened in a year, with me ordering 1-2 times a week. The problem does not seem to happen when going into drive-thru. Mostly it happens when I ordered from the mobile app and went in to pick it up. And no, it was not crowded enough to have an excuse for this type of mistake. There are instances where an employee just outright lied and refused service to the customers that there were no forks or longer straws when anyone with 20/20 vision or a pair of glasses can see that they are right there behind the counter. If the employees do not even have any sense of work ethic, Starbucks need to rethink if it wants to stay in business, because it might be better and less headaches to go to the competitors for better service. read more

My visit here was HORRENDOUS. First off the woman yelled across the store for my husband and I to put our masks on. We did, yet half the people in the store have their noses out, I guess COVID only comes out of your mouth. People were packed in there like sardines btw. She handed us a gift card without us even saying anything knowing that we had waited way too long. That $5 gift card isn't going to give my husband and I that hour back that we very much needed to set up a very large pool for the coming weekend for our daughters birthday. My husband works all week and today was the only day we had. What would have been a 5-15 min stop to fuel up for the work ahead took a huge chunk out of our day. Then when I could finally take my pointless mask off and taste my drink I realized they made it wrong. They gave me ONE pump of sugar free vanilla syrup to my 6 shots of espresso. Like what even is the point???? Yeah, skip this place all together - the most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive thru line was outrageous so we decided to go in.... you know why the drive thru was so long?? Because no one was working, they were all taking their time and talking. No sense of urgency what-so-ever. I walk up to the counter (there were about 15 people inside waiting for their orders) and stood there.... while someone in front of me was filling the whipped cream canisters. Someone finally acknowledged a customer waiting and said, as they walk by "Someone will be with you". The whipped cream lady turned around and let out a sigh and said "You ready?". I placed my order for 2 drinks and stepped to the side. Then a group of people walked in, apparently off duty employees, so now everyone behind the counter are all smiles, "Hello so and so" "Hi! OMG Hot momma" to the female in a skin tight club dress. She goes over to the side where they're making the drinks and things slow down even more.
