The lack of attention to detail and the inattentive service made me feel overlooked as a customer. Customers deserve clear communication, basic respect, and accuracy with their orders. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in all these areas. I hope the management takes steps to improve because these issues directly affect trust and satisfaction. I always encounter nice staff here, and while small is consistently clean. I've sometimes used their drive-thru, and it's been an easy process every time with my order always being quick and efficient. Today's occasion ordering their Blue Hawaiian with electrolytes was no different. It hit the spot and was an excellent pick-me-up after my flight back home last night. My mom got the Nutella Frostbite, an iced blended drink with Nutella, espresso, and milk. Both of our drinks were very good, but the price tag is pretty steep.
