Just got a pumkin spice latte for the first time in the frappachino style in a grande size. I wouldn't call it a coffee cause of how sweet it is but it was a great dessert. I don't like how their regular coffees taste and I also don't like the prices on them. Don't get me started on what the sizes are called here and how all them literally translates to large, which is confusing when all you want is a small or medium. I appreciate the drive thru service and how fast it is. I dig this place for desserts just wish I liked their coffee since that's suppose to be their main thing. This Starbucks has great customer service! Very nice people. Only reason I give this location 4 stars is because it's very busy and tends to take a while to get your coffee. It also has a bad drive thru area so you get stuck in the parking lot of the line is too long . Loved my latte! read more

This Starbucks is amazing because the baristas are always hustling! They are personable and always willing to do what is right! They fill orders with a quickness too! Libby and Keven are always willing to chat with me during my nightly stop. Their smiles can make anyone happy! Went here on 12/09 at around 8:45 AMZ Had pre-ordered on the Starbucks app for a hot drink that was customized. This was the second time I had gotten my order incorrectly. I had mentioned this right away when I wen to pick up my mobile order. Since it's getting colder I wanted a hot drink. I didn't mind waiting or even paying extra for them to fix my order but when I brought it up so they can fix my order the barista gave me an attitude and then proceeded to make my order. While watching them I had mentioned that I had asked for half and half which the barista had stated I would need to pay extra for. I had already mentioned this in my custom order on the app so I felt really frustrated. I left without getting my drink and when I had called to tell the supervisor on duty she merely brushed off my worries and told me to have a good day. It was horrible. read more

This location is the worst. So slow, terrible food/drink prep and presentation, and LAMEST customer service. I ordered from this location through Uber Eats and the protein box I ordered was out of stock so they gave me an old one that wasn't the box I asked for (apples were brown, no almond butter spread, grapes soggy) and they taped a gift card to it for $4 that had no money loaded on it when I went to use it later in the week. When I called the store they said they'd pass it on to their supervisor and that was it. My iced sugar cookie almond milk latte was a sad sight too. So watery like someone ordered it hours before I did and they didn't want it so they gave it to the next customer who ordered it... I used to love this location but I avoid it at all costs now. I also ordered a snowman cookie from this location a separate time and they replaced it with lemon loaf without even asking, writing "out of cookies! Sorry!" on the bag. I don't know why, but each and every time I've stopped in for a cup of their veranda blend (blonde roast) I get something that's not veranda. How do I know? I drink my coffee black and the blonde roast is the only thing I drink so I know it extremely well. read more

My order was just sitting in a corner for 10mins! Usually like this location however today I placed a mobile order since the line was long. I had gotten used to Starbucks where mobile orders are placed at some type of pickup location. Finally when asking about the order, I went to the cashier whom pointed and redirected me to ask the crazy busy barista. My 3-stars is ONE for lack of team support from the cashier, TWO the current mobile order flow, requiring to ask the "status" of your mobile order to the busy barista. read more

This is my favorite starbucks location out of the dozens of stores I've been in. This store can get extremely busy and can generally be a long wait for walk ins on some days. The app makes it a lot easier to just order ahead, and it's usually ready or almost done by the time you get there. The baristas are all very friendly there. I recently had a convo with one of the newer employees,and she was SO HELPFUL. Gave me loadd of information and was super sweet while I was waiting for my drink at the drive through. And I remember I used to work early mornings, like 5 am, and there was a guy there who would have my drinks ready for me and remember me and greet me personally every morning. This location is my second go to for my coffee. I work at an establishment that has a Starbucks, so on my days off I don't like to visit my work. The baristas are super friendly. The manager Denise, is also amazing! She is always super nice and makes sure my coffee is perfect every time. I have been to other locations for my coffee and this location is by far the best one as far as cleanliness, knowledgeable baristas, professionalism, and they are always happy to see their customers. They also always remember my name so it makes me feel welcome no matter how complicated my coffee might be that day. read more

I've come to this Starbucks for the past four years because it is the closest one to me. I've always had good service but a recent visit left me with "happy" tears. I was stopping by to get a coffee early one cloudy morning. I was on my way towards the funeral of a close co worker. As I went inside a man asked me how my day was going. After telling him what i'd be attending in a short period of time he looked at me and told me that I was doing the best thing anyone could do for my deceased friend. That being there to support his family and sharing memories would be the best gift his family could receive. After a shared smile and nod of agreement he told me life was valuable and that he hoped I had a better day. Best experience i've had from that store. read more

I have been to this establishment a few times because it is the closest to my home. Each time I sit in the drive thru wondering why it takes so long to make coffee beverages and what is the point of a drive THRU. However, I have gone inside as well and the service is still slow. This is my favorite Starbucks- ever. 95% of the time they actually have what you want and are hardly ever out of anything, maybe I'm just lucky but it's great. I've never had a messed up order, it's always clean on the inside, and the drive-through people are always SO freaking nice. I don't think they have a single unhappy employee. My favorite person is Gessica, we always have the best conversations in line. She's so fun and I want to be her best friend. Decided to stop for some Starbucks before heading back home which is about an hour away where I was disappointed. I received a grande drink that was 1/4 of the way empty. I hadn't even taken a drink. Then my boyfriend got a grande Caramel Frappuccino where the only taste of caramel was from the drizzle on top. Only gave 2 stars because of the experience, but on a normal day I would give it 5. I love this Starbucks. I can't say I'm a regular, but when I go into this Starbucks the staff has always welcomed me and some of them remember me by name or at lest my drink. Awful! Ordered a plain almond latte at the drive through. Got a caramel latte with regular milk instead. Unfortunately I realized that I got the wrong drink only after I had pulled out of the drive through line. Had to go inside the store to get the right drink. It took them 2 more attempts to make a plain almond latte inside the location. They kept adding syrup to my drink. 20 minutes wasted. I've been going to this location for years. Stopped for a quick morning pickmeup. Only had 15 min to spare. I ordered a tall blonde coffee, add room temp cream and two spendas. Also a oatmeal with dried fruit,nuts and extra HOT cream. And extra-hot pepermint mocha My coffee was cold, assuming they added cold cream and the oatmeal...they must have used room temp milk! It never cooked enough for me to eat it. Tossed it all. I go to a different location than this one on a daily basis. I get the same thing almost every time:Grande Pike in a venti cup. Yesterday at this location the barista barely put enough coffee to qualify for a tall. I was in a hurry and the line was long so I didn't have time to ask for it to be corrected. Passion Tea is Refreshing and the banana bread is delicious! Tried the breakfast feta wrap and gave it to my dog. The dog wouldn't eat it either. Yuck! I'll stick to tea and banana bread. read more
