I had a good experience here! The staff was very friendly. The service was quick. I had gone through the drive through so I am unsure if they do have indoor seating but they have some tables outside I believe. The food was not bad for the price but it also didn't "wow" me. Just seemed very standard. Not much I can say about ambiance as I ate in my car lol. The matcha was pretty standard too. Overall for the price and speed of service it was great. The taste just wasn't there for me. It wasn't bad but again didn't stand out much. Overall I would love to come back and try their coffee. Maybe one of their sandwiches as well. Amazing customer service. We were waiting for a table at a nearby brunch spot, so decided to caffeinate ourselves. Got the ice blended mocha. On our way back to the brunch spot we tried to drink our coffee. The issue was it was so sugary. Like drinking Hersey syrup through a straw sugary. We tried, but we just couldn't drink it. We ended up walking back to Ziggi's and the lady at the window was so awesome. She offered to remake our drinks half sweet. So much better. It was still on the sweet side, but very tasty. You know that incredibly intoxicating smell of freshly ground coffee? I swear my drink actually tasted like that. First- they have the BEST ice- the little circle ice. I had an iced Hazelnut Cream and it was so smooth. Every sip was perfection and the whipped cream on top? Felt like they made it right before they handed me the drink. My husband got an iced caramel macchiato which he thought was really good. I really hope Ziggi's expands to North Phoenix- it would be my new favorite. I have never been treated so horribly regarding my dietary requests. I went through the drive-thru on 1/15 at 1:40pm and ordered my usual.....a medium iced all sugar-free Colorado Mocha. Every time I go through, I confirm that it's completely sugar-free because I am a type 1 diabetic. I have been informed that they make their own sugar-free chocolate milk with sugar free chocilate sauce and my choice of milk (half and half) rather than using the bottled chocolate milk that they would normally use. This is confirmed by no rise in my blood sugar after drinking. When I got up to the window the girl asked me if I still wanted the regular chocolate milk and I told her no. I explained what all of the other Baristas tell me and she argued with me. She said that the only thing she can do sugar free is the syrup and I have to take the chocolate milk. I told her that I can't do that and explained how to make it completely sugar-free. This is not something that I should have to do because this is her job not mine. She proceeded to smile and laugh at me and tell me that they must always be using chocolate milk and lying to me. I told her that's not correct because if that was, my blood sugar would rise and it never does. I ended up leaving there without anything at all and am so turned off by how she treated me that I really don't want to go back. This wasn't just a dietary request but a need. These employees need to be trained better or maybe just this specific one does. Regardless, you don't laugh at a customer like she did at me. Despicable. read more

On an afternoon walk stopped by this local chain coffee place. I got this "Venti" size Colorado Mocha and it tasted amazing! It's none of those Starbucks BS common mocha sweet but giving a different mellow sweet flavor to it. It's so different that at first I got a little confused but later on be like, wait, this is way better. Coffee places are usually similar with similar recipes. But to give credits to local places defending for the evil reign of Starbucks, I'd give one extra bonus star. Bad thing is they are just as price-y as Starbucks. My first impression was...a good location which appears to be a growing area. Second, EMMA deserves a raise already as her customer service was stellar. I'm a member of their rewards system and, their prices are reasonable for the amount they give you. They have so many flavorful options. If you're looking for sugar free options, this is your place! I do wish they had of the sugarfree flavors all on display, so I don't have to ask every time I want to switch it up. But if you haven't given their coffee a try, I recommend you do. And you can get as creative as you'd like with your order, and they most likely have your flavor. They have a place to sit outside but this place is mostly for on the go in and out ambiance. I was walking down Guadalupe st. going west and right before Sossaman I saw this really cool looking new Cafe(with nice drive thru)called "Ziggis"(they originated in Longmont Colorado). The Owner, Stephanie, and Barista Noah were very friendly and welcoming. I chose a Raspberry-Pomegranate smoothie with whipped cream on top and it was THE BEST I EVER HAD! My cinnamon roll with toffee, butterscotch flavored cold brew(added a strong espresso shot)were also outstanding. There is also a nice seating area and staff are fast fulfilling orders. I made a trip here to Arizona and saw this place and had to try it (I'm from California). A walk up window to place your order and a small sitting area outside for patrons was nice. I ordered an iced coffee and a Colorado Mocha. The iced coffee isn't as strong as Starbucks, so if you are looking for a coffee punch, this may not be for you. The Colorado Mocha has a nice sweet flavor and mellow in flavor. I'm comparing it to Dutch Bros and Starbucks. My first choice is still Starbucks and then Dutch Bros. Ziggi's is worth a try if you are in the area. I may come back to try other drinks if I'm ever back here in Arizona. read more

Honestly was sooooooooo excited for there to be a coffee place right across from our home, especially one that offers drink choices for the kiddos. When we found out it was going to be a Ziggi's, I was already imagining early morning bike rides over with my daughter and doing a quick coffee/breakfast dates there on the weekends. I immediately downloaded their app and was ready to go! Fast forward opening day, my husband said his online order went through but they didn't have it at the store which caused a big confusion mess so I decided to not submit my order later that morning. Went through the drive through and ordered the same exact thing but pricing came out higher. Asked the employee at the window and he said it's bc on the app it asks if you want to add extra flavor - I said I didn't want extra, just the regular amount. He said he doesn't know why it's like that.. knowing I had the app, he didn't ask anything about scanning my rewards so I figured they'd ask for my number or something but they never did.. so I asked them! He then said he'd have to refund my order and charge me again because they have to scan the rewards code first prior to payment. Overall a lengthy drive thru experience as they don't have the drive thru drinks in orders they come in but by names. They will have to look for your drinks based on the name and if you're lucky, you get the right drink. My drink was honestly sooooooo sweet that I had to wait until after my errands to get home and add more oat milk. Now why would anyone pay for extra flavor/syrup? Beats me! Update - Husband went back this morning for a cold brew and was given a regular iced coffee..yayyy for our repeated 2-star experiences. Hoping it's only up from here.. read more
