Hit or miss. First experience there was typical of any Starbucks friendly service and they got my drink right. Today I went in for the same drink and it was like a half-completed version of the one I got yesterday. The person who took my order was trying to convince me to get a mocha frappuccino when I specifically ordered the triple mocha. I told her I wanted the extra mocha flavor and the beverage I got tasted like a poorly-made frozen hot chocolate in comparison to the well made and pleasantly mocha flavored triple mocha I got the day before. I drank the one I received today because I was thirsty and didn't want to make a scene. The reason I go to chain coffee shops is for consistency and my drinks have been inconsistent. I would expect more from a place that charges me $5 for a small blended beverage without whipped cream. read more

They seem to get your basic already on the menu drinks down but if you customize something it's ALWAYS WRONG. I get that they are busy but I try to go when its not so crazy. Slowest drive thru on earth! Drinks are ok but I this Starbucks is super slow. They gave my dog a treat once. That was nice.

I love having a local Starbucks but this location is too slow ! And when you go in you wouldn't know it because it looks as if the staff is working hard and fast. So what is the problem? Why does it take 20 min to get a drink? I once went inside because he car line was so long, just to see the line inside was 10 people deep with one cashier. I order my drink and give cash to be put on my app. Go to scan my app to pay and the cashier told me my account was on hold and to call and 1-800 number. I looked at him dumbfounded because I had just given him more than enough cash to cover my drink. Luckily another staff member came by and said my drink would be on them. I live in Manhattan and go once or twice every day to various Starbucks there. Many are always very busy and often have 3-4 baristas who, in my experience, are very efficient. I'm visiting family here. Compared to those locations in the city this Starbucks is SO VERY SLOW....and that's with 7-8 baristas. Watching them all behind the counter, they seem very inefficient and the process looks chaotic. Fortunately, I'm not in a hurry...but the difference is very noticeable. read more

Favorite Starbucks to go to! Of course it can get a bit slow around peak hours (from experience i'd say 2-3 and sometimes around 5), but even when it takes a while to get your drink, it's perfect. A few of the baristas learned my usual order and all i had to do was say the size. Drive up can be a bit slow and confused at times, have had a few wrong drinks but they fixed them right away. All the workers know what they're doing and get it done as quick as they can! I will gladly wait on a line for a good coffee-iced, hot, or blended, it's well worth the wait. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. I order from the Starbucks four times a week sometimes two times in a day. No matter when I order whether it's through the mobile app or going into location it always takes a ridiculous amount of time to get my coffee. I've come to this being the normal so when I order I always give myself 15 minutes before I pick up the coffee on the mobile app. Even though the app tells me 5 to 7 minutes. Today was the final straw. I ordered my coffee at 9:40 AM. Got to the Starbucks at 9:55 AM didn't get my coffee till after I asked where it was which was after 10AM. When I asked the girl she stared at me blankly and said "well the mobile orders come really fast. So we just grab them and fill them!" As it turns out there's no specific order and that they hadn't even got to mine yet, but we're filling ordered time stamped after mine. I don't understand the bad reviews for this location. I have yet to have a bad experience. The drive thru can get long at times but that's most places in the area. I'm sort of shocked by the rating for this branch. While I'd normally give 3 or 4 stars to a regular ol' Starbucks, I always find that this particular one goes above and beyond. The staff members are consistently happy to serve you, almost jarringly friendly sometimes. It's my typical Friday afternoon stop on the way home from work, so after a week of teaching middle schoolers, I might not have the brain capacity to chat with the girl in the window about my day, but it's really nice that someone in service even bothers to ask. I've also never had an issue with a single order there. Everything is what I ordered and/or expected. Yes, the drive-thru line might be long sometimes, but that's always during peak hours. Super slow. They always have a line and the parking is horrible. But the worst, which we have complained to cooperate headquarters, are the NASTY restrooms. Time and time again we have come and the restrooms looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I've been to SB in the city that have cleaner restrooms. It makes me scared to think what the back room where The food is kept looks like. The people are nice though so that helps. I had been going thru the drive thru so I decided to go in this time so I could see if there was a reason it was so weak. I ordered and went over to watch the lady make the drinks. Well, I found out why they are so weak. She was going so fast that she wasn't putting the cups all the way under the machine. Had a delicious venti Americano. Nice relaxing atmosphere and great Wi Fi. Parking lot is VERY small, you will probably need to park in shopping center lot nearby. When we left, there were eight cars on the drive thru line and it was 11:00 am. This location gets slammed so don't go if you are in a hurry. read more

I really do enjoy coming out to this Starbucks to do my work. The staff is friendly and attentive. One thing I have noticed as of recently though... It is very unclean from the floors, the tables, and the bathrooms. The floor was absolutely filthy, looked like it wasn't washed/scrubbed/cleaned in months. I was afraid for my laptop charger to touch the ground. I used the restroom recently, and thank goodness I checked, there was NO toilet paper... and this was at 8am. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor/dirty conditions of the store. Please do us all a favor and designate someone to clean in the morning, midday and evening, and to also check on the bathrooms frequently. These are things that should be maintained throughout the day. Many of us come here to do work/school work/work meetings. Make it a place that we WANT to come back to. read more
