Typical Starbucks. Long lines great drinks and food. Long lines and a drive through headache. Considering it's one of the only Starbucks in the area I really can't complain. read more

Normally Starbucks is a pleasant experience. Today they not only threw out the sticker for my order but had the nerve to ask me who ordered before me. As if i would ask for my coffee to be made out of order insulting question to say the least. But not only did I arrive before any of those people were there the employee had a conversation with me while I was the only person standing there. He then continued to talk to his coworker who is the slowest barista by far which resulted in me waiting an additional 5 minutes for an iced caramel macchiato. The entire 45 minute process to get a cup of coffee today is almost enough to make me want to go to dunkin instead. read more

Over the last few years, the Starbucks in Middletown has gone down hill. No one knows how to make a proper drink. Waiting times for drive thru and walk ins are ridiculous. I know many people that stopped going in here due to the fact people are waiting long and receiving lower quality beverages. We need a better team with better barista skills. read more

Walked into this starbucks and waited 3 minutes and got not one Good morning or just one minute. Two young ladies were just walking back and forth and what l assume was a manager was making drinks. One of them could have said something. I walked out, went down the street to Dunkin Donuts! read more

This Starbucks was filthy!!! Trash all over outside and trash cans inside the restaurant were overflowing. The coffee station was a mess and there were no napkins . The bathroom was unsanitary and in need of cleaning / disinfecting and repairs /painting of walls. There was toilet paper all over the floor in the bathroom. The staff's aprons were extremely soiled, I hope the reason the service was so slow was because they were short staffed. C'mon Starbucks, step it up!!! read more

I travel extensively, and this is consistently the slowest starbucks around. I like/luv their coffee, not any other fancy drinks, so it is incomprehensible that a simple decaf coffee would take longer than 10 minutes to make. Oddly, the starbucks is in a great location and has a nice area to meet or find a spot to chat with a friend. I have been coming there over 10 years, but never have noticed a difference until the last 2. So I wanted to post this. Just beware, it make take longer than you anticipate. read more

Compared to the hundreds of other Starbucks I've been to, this one is the worst. Staff seems to hate their time here, the drinks usually take a really long time, don't even bother ordering in the drive-thru, and Ive heard them ignore customer's questions and requests - even when the bathroom was flooded! Too bad this is the only real one near me. I have lived in many cities, with many Starbucks and they are all so friendly and get to know their customers - not here. read more

Great coffee and speciality drinks, staff is always great. But WOW, walked in there this morning and it looked like a bomb went off. Garbage's were overflowing, counters were messy and the floor looked like it had three days of foot traffic and nobody has swept in a while. Disappointed read more

I travel for work and always look for a quick Starbucks. This location actually surprised me as it is not where you think a Starbucks would be. I came around 3PM and the employees were quick, friendly and efficient. This location has a drive thru and a large seating area for customers. The only take-away is that the bathrooms were a tad dirty and they could fit more tables or chairs in the main area to accommodate everyone. Other than some minor take-always, this location beats every Manhattan Starbucks hands down. The district and regional leadership should look to replicate this service across its brand. read more

Used to be that I could rely on Starbucks for a decent cup of coffee, and an occasional treat or quick breakfast sandwich, emphasis on "rely". I ordered what was essentially a doppio macchiato (which used to be on the menu), and the sweet young cashier smiled knowingly, giving me a moment of false hope that I'd get a drinkable cup. I sidled over to the pickup window, and watched as the lone "barista" juggled drinks from blender to automated espresso machine, pumping sweet and foamy drinks for the drive-up folks. She seemed competent and quick, but she machined a double espresso, poured some foamy milk in a cup, and dumped the double in the milk, announcing, "doppio macchiato" as she slid the drink to me. Not sure if it's the chain, or the millennial culture, but it was doubly disappointing to me because about the same thing happened at Peet's a few days before. And this was even before Trump took office! read more

LOVE the people here, and the drinks are great but the bathrooms are atrocious. Definitely comparable to backwoods truck stops. If you go to get a drink, cross the street to Panera for the restrooms. It might save your life. read more

I enjoy Starbucks however...I have ordered a sandwich several times and it has had all of the ingredients in the very center of the sandwich...bread on both sides!!! Most of the employees are pleasant. read more

This by far has been the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. I believe the whole reason for a mobile order is so that the order is available when you get to the store or at the very least have a wait time of 3mins. Well this morning I ordered at 6:23am and 6:25am and when I arrived at the store at 6:34 the two employees were standing there doing absolutely nothing and proceeded to ask me if I had a mobile order then walked over to the machine to see the order was just waiting there. I believe rush hour is from 6am-9am so regardless if anyone is in your store you should always be mindful of the orders coming in and check the machine frequently. The Barista had the nerve to say oh can you wait no I can't wait that's why it was a mobile order I have a train to catch and my train isn't going to wait because you can't handle working as a real barista......Please tell me if this is how you would like to start your day before you have to get on a 2hr train ride to work.... read more

Slowest drive thru ever! Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes for your drink!

Went to the drive-through and they gave me some really burnt coffee instead of hot chocolate... you can imagine the disappointment in that first sip. read more
