This one sucks. The line is always so long because they have children running it. Today, we opted to go inside. The floors were littered with trash. There's THREE people working and Tyler couldn't stop swearing. The counter tops were trashed, gift cards spilled everywhere, whipping cream and coffee all over the back area. The service was terrible. The worker looked angry & confused & straight faced. I spend over $400 a month on starbucks - a coffee a day x 5 days a week. I REFUSE to every come to this milford location. The napkins were not starbucks napkins & the straws were not starbucks branded straws- even the cups were clear with NO starbucks logo.... I have given this location several chances and every time I'm disappointed. Many times my coffee has been wrong. One time I had to wait 25 minutes for my coffee and another time there was a piece of metal in my drink. Will never be going here again. read more

This morning I got the pleasure of working with Paul who I must say was perfect. As soon as I walked in, he had a big smile on his face and was very happy which I believe is the attitude you should have at a coffee establishment. The coffee here is usually good, however, several times I've come here during regular business hours and they aren't open- not a single person in the store. Its hard to make a place your everyday routine when they frequently aren't open when they are suppose to be. I really never come here anymore. The wait is too long and products too expensive for me, plus the last few times the service was just not worth it. The young man who took my order kept trying to tell me the thing in the picture on the drive thru menu A. Didn't exist B. Wasn't out yet C. Is really a vanilla bean frappe (which there's no way in hell, a vanilla bean is not coffee and it's all white, plus it's named vanilla bean not caffè vanilla frappe blended beverage so...there's that). So I just gave up without getting what I wanted, since he wasn't going to check out what I was talking about or find out how to make it. Friendly, kind, quick and accurate. Whoever hired Caryn should do all of Starbucks' hiring. She gets your day started on a bright and cheerful note. I visit this store often and have always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The store is bright, open, and I always receive a friendly greeting upon my arrival. There is always a line at the drive thru. I can't count the number of times that I've gotten stuck in the drive thru line for longer than twenty minutes... once you get to a certain point in the line, there's no way to get out. 50% of the time, my order is made wrong or just wrong all together, but all I want is caffeine so I will just drink it. I am not a coffee drinker, but came here since I had a giftcard. I bought a caprese sandwich which was a bit pricey for something shrink-wrapped, but they reheated it and it ended being quite good. I also requested a simple ice water, they weren't stingy about it like they are in other places where they give you a tiny sippy cup, they gave a me a venti. Customer service needs major improvement. I would specifically like to point out kenzie. She handed us the wrong drink, then proceeded to ask for it back. She then hands us another drink after rolling her eyes and slamming the slider shut. this drink is also wrong and she informs us that they ran out of the fat free caramel. But went back yet again and they made new drinks and they were still wrong, there is only one employee who knows what they are doing over there.
