It's clean. Staff are nice and fairly quick. Needs more tables and chairs. It's the closest one to our home. At $5 a cup of coffee I can't afford to frequent here so it's a once in a while treat. I'll take a solid 7-11 cup of joe any day. But Starbucks flavored lattes are delicious and unmatched anywhere else. read more

Went there for my coffee this morning and there were maybe three people in line while five or six people were still waiting for their food and drink. It went pretty fast for me since I knew not to order anything crazy due to the amount of people waiting. You think they would be understaffed but there were maybe three employees around in the back, one decorating the store, and only one person filing orders while the girl behind the register was legitimately crying for some reason while taking orders and she had to ask to switch with someone to take over the register. So basically only two pairs of working hands for all of those people, one of which was crying. Very pleasant experience. read more

This is just a run of the mill Starbucks. Nothing to special about this one. I docked some stars because in my opinion there's not enough seating. Also I came here twice in two days (once in the morning and once at night) and there were no panini's. I asked the girl to check the fridge in the back and she looked at me straight faced and said they are all out. I didn't even bother to ask when I came the second time. Otherwise the drinks are usually good, sometimes they are spotty with the quality. Good for a quick in and out type stop but if there is another Starbucks that will be in your travels check that one out instead, I say! read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house. I get Starbucks twice a day. Sometimes I would avoid coming here and go out of my way to go to other Starbucks locations. This Starbucks doesn't have a drive thru and I usually can't work from this location because there's never enough seating. That being said lately my mind set on this store has been changing. They have some newer staff that is much more friendly and accommodating. One barista in particular is making my daily stop at this location much more pleasant. Hannah is so sweet and willing to help! My daughter and I love Starbucks. We come here at least once a week and are always very pleased with our drinks.

The workers here are very friendly and quick. This store sells a lot of Starbucks merchandise which is cool. I would never cone in here on a cold winters night in hopes to grab a cozy spot because there is no such thing here. The tables are like cafeteria tables, no comfy couches or chairs. The few tables are located alongside the wall and right next to the doors so the cold breeze that enters each time someone walks in and out is brutal. I feel like this environment would be ok for inside a mall where people are making quick stops to grab a drink or a bite. I wouldn't want to study at this location or hang out. Great Starbucks.. Worked in the area for years and always enjoyed getting the one or two cups of coffee during the work day. The staff is always friendly and makes the drinks the way they should. I even enjoy studying for school during the day or night time here.. Just a nice atmosphere to be in. If you're looking to just run in and out on the go then I suggest you leave yourself some extra time because this place gets very busy. Solid location. I used to study here back in the day, nobody really gave me crap for camping out with my LSAT books even when I was there for hours. Sometimes it can get a bit crowded during the usual morning and afternoon rush hours, but it never bugged me much. There isn't too much seating here, so if you want to camp out like I did, you'll have to come fairly early (def before noon). The food and drinks are just fine, as per any other Starbucks in Suffolk County. read more

I like visiting this place. I am an almost regular, stopping in a few times a week. The staff are very friendly and this shop is usually kept super clean. What I don't like: drinks are not always prepared in the same order they are placed. It's not uncommon for people who ordered after me to get their drinks before me - regardless of what I ordered. I can understand if I ordered an obnoxious drink that required extra preparation, but my iced coffee should never take longer to prepare than a frapuccino. I'm also not fond of the idle chit chat amongst staff when they have a line seven patrons deep. Not everyone is there to experience the coffee shop vibe - some of us are stopping in on our way to work. Not enough for me to stop visiting this location, but a little more attentiveness and this store could be elevated to a 5 star shop. read more

the baristas are always friendly here, always smiling, recommending drinks, keeping the place clean. Usually, the drinks are good. Sometimes when it gets busy, as others have stated, they lack quality. Or they're not hot enough. Or they forget certain 'toppings' (drizzle, chips...). The brewed coffee is terrible. I seem to not learn from my mistakes lol! I often get the bold roast (French, Espresso, Sumatra, Komodo...whatever they have brewed for the day) and it's always wayyyyyy to light. It lacks flavor, like they put half the amount of beans as they should have. One day I went back for something else, and the lady gave me a Pike Place instead, and this was just as terrible. I couldn't even drink it. So I politely left and dumped it outside. Not sure if they're not following directions or what, but the brewed coffee is always way too weak here. Never have this problem at the Setauket or Port Jeff locations. read more

Okay so this will be the only time I will ever use this app. Anyway this place is horrible! Let me just say I am a big fan of Starbucks I began to go a lot more over the summer and I consistently get the same drink. A grande mocha frap, best drink by far. But these past few times I have come here they literally have fucked up the drink. First time they didn't put the chocolate drizzle on which is no big deal like okay I will ask, the next time I went they put the chocolate syrup in the drink mixed it literally when it was handed to me "oh I forgot the chocolate drizzle". Excuse me? I can see it in my fucking drink patches of syrup not blended in. Another time they gave me my drink again no chocolate syrup so I asked politely can "can I please have chocolate syrup" he says sure and without any hesitation he just starts to poor it in on the side of my cup and starts to leak. Like mother fucker it's common sense. Lastly oh yes my last complaint today I went today I needed my daily dose of Starbucks and I didn't get whip cream now your probably thinking to yourself "hey asshole stop bitching and go to a different one or just stop going" well person reading this Im unfortunately not going to drive 20 mins out of my way to get my correct drink.
