He made sure to put a new lid on but noticed it was the cup that was the issue. He got a new cup & made sure my drink wasn't going to spill. I'm so DISGUSTED by this Starbucks Location. I have an issue with Ants, like most people. I feel like if there is 1 ant then there are thousands more around. Today, I went through the drive-through at this Starbucks, and took off on my way to work. More than halfway to work I get to take a sip of my drink (i was soooo excited) I look down, and on the underside of my lid of my Iced Caramel Macchiato, there's an Ant crushed and stuck to the lid. HOW FREAKING NASTY. If there is one, THERE HAS TO BE MORE. I wish I had the time to turn around and tell these people to clean up!!! I love how spacious this starbucks is. Definitely a great place to come and read a book for get some work done.

Went there to order a tea and a young gentle man name Joi*s*n helped me and told me what was due. I told him I didn't want sugar and suggested that he should probably ask. He then proceeded to lecture me telling me I should tell him, that all the teas comes with sugar and I should tell him, I asked him to stop arguing. He went to a co-worker and continued out loud talking about it. I said excuse me what you say. He said I was talking to her, mind your own business then another worker asked him to go in the back. When I got my order, they also gave me a gift card. I just feel the need to report this and hopefully no one else have to go through this type of verbal attack. read more

Decor is very hipster. Decent amount of seating, varying from long tables to a secluded booth. I would recommend coming here if you have a large group. The bathrooms are also very clean. This is probably one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a while. The interior is meant for people who are there to study, work, or lounging. The store is broken up by some panels so it feels a little more private. There's an awesome booth that you can sit in that looks fairly secluded. They even have the power mats to charge your phone. I had not tried those yet so that was a cool experience. The restroom facilities were clean and parking was easy. The few interaction I had with the staff was positive. I spent a few hours here catching up on emails even though I had only planned to stay for an hour. Hopefully the other Starbucks follow this interior model because it comes across upscale and sophisticated. I will more than likely be returning to this location to get some work done in the future. I am not going to say too much about the actual drinks here, they taste the same to me here as any of the other Starbucks, so if you like them then you should be fine with them here. Whats great about this place is the remodel they have done to this space. One of the entrance doors is a really fancy wood door, and once you walk in the room is so open and nice.There is a huge long table near the registers which is very nice. All of the fixtures and table here look very nice. I don't hangout in Starbucks that long other then to drink my drink, but I could see hanging out in this place because it's so nice. They also have some old time pictures of Milpitas around the place, which is nice adding some local character, this would definitely be a nice place to take a first date. I usually like going to this store because the baristas are so friendly. Tonight was not one of those times. When we drove up to the drive through speaker, the guy told us to wait before he could take our order. We waited about 3 minutes sitting there before he took our order. I ordered 2 venti mocha fraps - one with caramel sauce. We got home & found out we didn't get what we ordered. I think we got java chip or cookies n cream... I don't know exactly what the barista gave us, but it clearly wasn't what we ordered. Hands down, best Starbucks I've been to thus far. I'm a coffee lover so I experiment a lot but for some reason, I can never get enough of Starbucks! The workers here are friendly, professional, and definitely approachable! I really like this Starbucks. It's the only one in Milpitas with a drive thru, but sometimes it takes forever waiting for your drink. I usually go around noon time, and that seems to be very busy for the drive thru. The people who work there are very friendly and try at times to get to know the customers. This Starbucks is fairly large, it is very modern, they have a lot of indoor seating, some outdoor seating as well. one of the perks of this location is the drive thru. The inside is furnished with a huge oak table, one small booth, multiple lounge chairs, and bar type tables. They have tons of outlets for computers everywhere, so no need to fight! They always have artwork up from nearby schools, which makes it very cute and adds a special touch. The drive through here is rediculously slow it will take you 20 to 30 minutes to get your drinks even on their slow days with not a lot of cars. I've noticed this trend for a month already, I don't know if they hired anyone new and have to train them. Not only do the drive thru employees NOT HEAR YOU when you order because evidently when you drive up to get your order everything is WRONG but they look clueless and dumbfounded when you say "Please load the amount on my Sbux card and then charge my Sbux card" & manage to double charge your Visa. This Starbucks has me coming back all the time for its excellent service. My drinks are always made with care and if it's not up to my liking they are always willing to help fix it. I'm here quite often and have to say that Tim and B(briana) are amazing with service. They never fail to greet me with a smile and say goodbye with a genuine "have a great day!" Wheeeeee! Another Starbucks in Milpitas! haha The location kinda sucks because its a bit hard to get to, but a-ok for the most part. The store is huge with plenty of seating. They've got a variety of tables--small 2-4 seaters to looooong picnic style tables. I loved that they had separate boys and girls bathrooms (so we don't have to worry about pee on the toilet, heh :D) but wasn't a fan of how messy the receiving counter was (it was NOT busy when I came in guys... c'mon take a second and wipe that down!). Their pastry display was pretty empty when I came in (around 1pm on a Saturday), but I'll take that as they had a busy morning and not as they were too lazy to restock *ahem*. My study group and I usually find ourselves studying at the Milpitas Library, but because it happened to be closed, we needed to find a suitable replacement. I checked yelp, and found this Starbucks. My oh my, I just love it here. I've been to many Starbucks, and so far, this one takes number one. I just love all the seating available. It really is a nice place to just sit down and hang out or study. There are plugs readily available, and the fancy chairs towards the middle of the store are pretty comfy. They also have a nice little group study area with booth seats. I haven't had a chance to sit there myself, but I'll definitely try to grab a seat there next time. Service is also really great. The baristas are super nice and really quick at making your drinks. The ambiance here is chill, and I definitely recommend this place to hang out and catch up, to study and to read at. This is probably the nicest Starbucks by my house. I'm not too sure how long they've been open, but their "Just Open" sign is still up. I come to this Starbucks when I plan to study for long hours because I like the atmosphere. This isn't the closest Starbucks to my house, but I come here because I find that I get a lot more work done when the place is nicer. Weird of me, but that's just how I am. I like the way the store is set up. There's always plenty of space when I come, which I like. Everything about this Starbucks is nice. I really can't complain. Actually! There's one thing...one of my favorite pastries - blueberry yogurt muffin - always seem to be sold out when I come! I hope it's not sold out again the next time I come in.
