    mint mojito latte
    Saemyi L.

Love me some Philz Coffee whenever I'm in cali! The iced mint mojito latte never disappoints. I don't wanna know how much sugar goes into it, because I just wanna enjoy my drank! The service is fine, what you'd expect at a busy coffee shop. The wait wasn't too terrible. And ordering from the app makes it super easy to go in and out real quick.

We ordered online to pickup at this location and it was fast and it was cool to see on the app who was making your drink. We got the limited time tiramisu drink which had coldbrew with tiramisu topping and it was perfectly sweet. We got a large and small size and the small size was perfect for me!

My fav mix of the 2 creations in 1. Don't knock it until you try it!

So excited to have a Philz location in the South Bay. It was overdue! My go to for delicious coffee, you can't go wrong with the mint mojito and with the rosé on top, that's the cherry on top! I really enjoyed both drinks but when you can't decide I just combine the two and Wha-Lah!, the birth of a new fav coffee is born! I'm so glad that the barista is so kind and they won't stop until they perfected your fav coffee. You really can't go wrong with any drinks there and Philz is pretty strong coffee! It's like neck to neck with Viet coffee but subtle in bitterness and smoothness.

Look who is in our neighborhood now :) so excited to see Philz here!! Lots of parking in this noah bagels, yogurtland square opposite sprouts/ home goods. Nice and airy big premises with lots of seating and servers. Easy self service coffee shop smelling of coffee grounds and cinnamon rolls.. In $6.75, i got: - iced mint mojito - 5/5 - medium - my go-to drink here. Yummy taste when paired with honey and medium sweetness!! Deducting 1 star for making 1 medium drink so expensive :( i dont think now i can stop by daily for this. Also, i wish they kept some savory wraps/ sandwiches to offer a more wholesome experience

When we heard there was going to be a Philz near our house, I was quite pleased! Finally, I would be able to order there enough to find my jam. I've had the mint mojito drink and other ginger snap, and neither of them were my 'go to'. I finally discovered my everyday coffee in the iced Tesoro with a small amount of cream, no sugar! It's delicious and it keeps me awake for the whole day with one large cup. I've always had my coffee to go, but this location has great spots to post up with a computer and study/work. Lots of young folk occupying the seats. It's a relaxed, and clean location. I love the feature of ordering ahead and picking up, Philz has this great option to delay the pick up time or make it 'ASAP'! Ok busy mornings, 7:45-9am, it's not a good idea to expect your stop to be 5 minutes. I would recommend ordering ahead of time. One time I waited 17 minutes for my order due to the few baristas and the influx in customers. Plan ahead for good coffee!!

Still a pretty big fan of Philz, even if they are now considered mainstream. It's great that they've opened another SJ location that's not DTSJ or DTSJ-adjacent. This is a pretty nice location that'll serve a huge community. I'm not a big fan of the plaza however, as the parking situation and overall design is very hectic, and fills up quite easily. It's newer looking and can be nice at times, but because of how quick it fills up and also lots of solicitors loitering around make the experience pretty unpleasant.

I LOVE that there's a Philz in this location now! It's super convenient and allows for more coffee options in this area. Yay!! While I generally love the coffee at Philz, this particular location has not been my favorite in terms of consistency in modification requests compared to other stores': I ordered a Sweet Harmony here on 6/9/25 for a pick up order with medium sugar, but the sugar was way too sweet (and not mellow like how I had it at another store - ordered the exact same way) it tasted like sweet sugar. I didn't like it and didn't finish my drink. Today, 6/20/25, I had my husband pick up an order. While I don't put the blame entirely on the barista (or whoever was sticking on the sticker for the cups), my husband should have checked the drinks rather than just the name itself. I ordered a large and received a medium. I'm not sure why the barista didn't double check (the size) upon making the drink to order so I'm a bit confused about that. Of course, because of the convenient location, I will be back. But after 2 "mess ups" each different time, I can't expect my drink order to be made correctly on the first try.

Quick service, clean, and plenty of parking and seating. I usually go to the DTSJ location but this one is good too. My go-to is the philtered soul cold brew. Not too loud on the inside. Nice place to study or work.

Excellent place to grab a coffee and study. The place is spacious with a lot of utilities like WiFi and charging places. Baristas are lively and are able to make adjustments to the drink you ordered. I like the Honey Haze, but the Mocha Tesora is great too!

Finally had a chance to check out this location of Philz Coffee. Parking is challenging at this plaza especially during morning peak hours and lunch time. It's very popular and crowded. The store is pretty large as it takes over the space where Five Guys Burger used to be. The ambiance lively, with colorful bright decor. One men and women restroom each with door code. Iced Coffee Rose: smooth and sweet topped with subtle rose cream (4/5). The barista asked, "if I needed it adjusted, just let her know." It had the perfect sweetness for me. Almond Croissant (3/5) - warmed up upon request. It is great to have another coffee option here!

Uniqueness: Philz nearing Milpitas finally?!?! Wait Time: [x][x][x][x][ ] Drink Quality: [x][x][x][x][x] Service: [x][x][x][x][x] Setting: [x][x][x][x][x] Cost: [x][x][x][x][x] Recommendation? Tried their Caramel Cardamom and it was excellent for those who love sweetness & oat milk! I've been a long time Philz fan for years and hearing that there was one in Brokaw that's nearing Milpitas was like a blessing. No longer a need to drive down to Campbell or downtown San Jose to get one of the best chained coffees in the Bay Area, I had to stop by to this Philz for a try. It was a bit of a rocky start when it came to their parking situation as their parking lot is in a plaza that shares a City Sports gym and multiple other shops, leading to finding a parking spot to be very difficult. However once the spot was found and stopped by, this Philz has the same expected vibe you'd expect for any Philz. Staff are friendly, space is spacious and plenty of spots to sit to enjoy your coffee + work, and quality of the drinks here were perfect. I decided to try this new Caramel Cardamom Karma drink and it was spectacular! Sweet and creamy for me and it was made just right without any need for further adjustments. Wait time was slightly longer than expected but I came around the last hour of operation so it might be expected for last minute drinks. My visit here was not disappointed as I expected, enjoying a great cup of Philz coffee here and definitely knowing this will not be my last. Might be considering this spot as my go to Philz in Milpitas and I highly recommend others to check this place out.

It is located in the back end of the Japantown strip under an apartment complex (it is easy to miss!) It's across Higher Fire JTown Clay and you will need to rely on street parking like most of downtown. Note: Tono is more of a quick grab and go environment with some seating outside (limited), so not a place to work from home/do school work, but more to get your caffeine fix. There are close by community spaces to sit though! At Tono, they do not really do drinks with frills, but straightforward drips, lattes, and at most chocolate/matcha lattes. That being said, all of the drinks I have gotten so far have been smooth and not bitter at all. I typically do not like plain lattes, but I did order one the other day and it might have been the best I had due to how non-astringent it was. What I truly love about Tono is their pastries. He also observed that I had my hands full and offered to assist me with adding a lid to my coffee and bagging up my pastries. I ordered the "Extra," which was basically a mocha. All their baked goods looked delectable, but I went for something savory and got their Korean garlic cheesy bun for me and my husband. We both agreed it was the best Korean garlic cheesy bun we've ever had. In addition to the bright garlic flavor and gooey cream cheese, the crunchy corn flakes added a nice texture to the buns.
