Been seeing so many people try this place and had to come for myself. The banana matcha latte is definitely delicious. They use bitter matcha so the amount of sweetness that it comes with is perfect. Also not grainy at all! The inside is beautiful, you must come see for yourself. Service was so friendly and helpful. We were also told that they will be switching up their banana recipe, so I'm happy I got to try the old way so I can compare. Accidentally stumbled upon this hidden gem, and I'm so glad I did! They had a sample table set up in front of the store offering their Jasmine Reserve Latte made with A2 organic milk. Since every drink is freshly brewed to order, I decided to give it a try--and I was completely blown away. Finally tried this place yesterday after working at the gym. It went through a name change. No longer related to the café near my current home. Nice café with a mom and pop feel. Had the Phin. Had not had one before so it tasted weird. They were sold out of any goodies (cookies, croissant, etc) which was a downer. Would have loved having something with the coffee. Want a super aesthetic spot where the girlies can feel like they're in Bridgerton? This place is perfect. The decor is so beautiful that you feel like you're transforming into a lady or lord. As stunning as the decor is, the drinks are average. The banana matcha was flavorful; I loved the hint of banana. I also appreciated that the matcha didn't have clumps of powder like some boba spots. My mom had the peach lychee, and it was good, but kinda bland--I added less sugar since it might be too sweet. Overall, it's a nice spot for high tea and some boba. However, there are a few things they could improve. When I ordered at the kiosk and someone else ordered through the cashier, we received the same number. I had to go up and make sure they got it right. Parking is terrible; it's not the shop's fault, but the plaza is very busy. read more

This is a review for their Afternoon Tea. To make an appointment, I emailed the K on the Go email found on their website and we ended up texting to book and confirm the appointment. There is a $20 deposit per person that will be refunded when you arrive. Otherwise it is nonrefundable unless you cancel at least 72 hrs before your reservation. Reservation process was fairly easy and you need to select three sandwich options 72 hrs before your reservation as well. It is $50 per person + tax + automatic 15% gratuity We arrived to our reservation and it was packed in there. We saw what looked like our table set up with other guests seated there, but they were asked to leave when we arrived. This typically isn't an issue for me, but the previous guests left their trash (napkins, straws) on the table before they left. We were instructed to take our seat and waited a bit to see if the server would clear up the table, and decided to do it ourselves. After a bit, we were given options to choose what teas we wanted. There was another large party there for afternoon tea and they didn't have the entire tea selection available. About 2-3 options less than usual. We got cherry blossom and a mango tea (don't remember the exact name). Of the two, the mango was the best and most flavorful. The food was a little delayed and we were informed of it after we received our tea. The top tier is two of the three sandwiches. The second tier is the third sandwich and a scone. The scone was underwhelming. The bottom tier is dessert, which included a bowl of fruit, a brownie, macaron, and two other small chocolates. It's a cute spot and we did enjoy our time. Compared to other places we've been, the overall experience was a little underwhelming for the price. There are other afternoon tea options available with a greater tea selection. I think it would've been neat if they offered the drinks on their menu as an option. read more

Had a great time here with my partner and friends on a Sunday evening around 5 pm. It's a beautiful cafe that's isn't spacious but has lots of aesthetic personality. There's plush seating of 3 couches, low tables for studying or working or just drinking tea with a friend. We managed to find a table in the back where the bathrooms are since it was packed. It's so instagrammable from the colorful murals and flowers. You order from their self service iPad or ring the bell for questions with the staff. We got 3 drinks, and I got the mango passion fruit green tea. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be finished as there were other drinks ahead of us. The interior of this place is absolutely gorgeous, unfortunately I was very dirty from weeding with some friends and we did not want to sit on the furniture so we opted to sitting outside. Since we did not sit inside I didn't check to see if there were outlets or such to comment. I ordered the corn milk, less sweet, however, I would say it was still sweet so if youre like me and prefer less you may have to speak to whoever is working directly to make it even less sweet as from the options I still think it was sweet. Still super good, I'm just glad I didnt do 100% sweetness. The worker also asked us to let her know if we wanted any additional adjustments, so that was very nice! I love corn milk and if that's something you like I'd recommend. The pandan jelly in it helped lessen the sweetness so I think keeping that in really balanced my drink. My friend got the peach lychee crusher which had a very syrupy taste to it. I would say if you dislike that type of flavoring then it won't be for you. He enjoyed it alot and although it isn't my preference it wasn't bad just not for me. Prices are along other location with $6ish dollar drinks. I believe my corn milk was actually cheaper than other drinks at around $4.50-$5 not including tax. (Unfortunately I don't remember the exact pricese) Additionally: cups still have K on the Go on them but they seem to be rebranding to Latthe: Roast & Toast which was on the door and on a sign when we appeared. read more

We visited this place for the first time after hearing a lot about it, and my friend and I were excited to explore. However, I want to share a small experience so others can be mindful. They had placed a very small, finger‑sized glass jar with a little water and tiny flowers on the table. As I was about to sit, my phone slipped accidentally, and the jar fell and broke. Even though it was unintentional, they charged me $20 for it. So before you visit, just be careful with the delicate items placed around, as any accidental damage may still be charged. read more
