I felt bad because he was already so busy making drinks, but he was really kind and came over to help. Even he couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to order it through the kiosk, so he ended up making the drink for me himself. The good news is that the latte was actually really good! I think having another person working during busy hours or improving the ordering system would make a huge difference. Overall, I liked the cafe and the atmosphere, but the ordering experience is the main reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

Even though I live within a half mile of this place I'd rather drive to a better location at McCarthy Ranch or Dixon. Today was another reminder of why I will never step foot in this sbux again. I came to meet a friend for coffee before going for dinner and while I was waiting for my friend to arrive I asked to use the restroom and the person at the register asked if i "made a purchase yet?" And I let them know not yet because I was waiting for a friend. The employee said I need to make a purchase to use the restroom. I then asked for only a cup of ice and was again met with "you need to make a purchase first". The fact that I couldn't even get a cup of ice I didn't argue I simply said "okay" and walked away. I stepped outside and told my friend we are not meeting here. I will never come to this sbux again and will absolutely inform everyone I know to avoid this place. The crazy thing is, I worked for Starbucks for 17 years from 2005-2022 and never in my life rejected anyone from using the restroom or a cup of water or ice. I was there through so much change and the whole Philadelphia incident but this is off the wall. I'm just getting out of work and dressed in business casual attire so there's no way they would think I was a transient so to be denied like this is completely disrespectful. read more

Starbucks coffee bean was never my favorite, so I don't usually get the black coffee. But Starbuck has some of the best specialties coffees. They kind of popularized specialty coffees. I go to Weight Watchers meetings and there is a Starbucks next door. I go over sometimes and get their mocha light. It's only 3 ww points. They are fast, friendly and efficient. It is always clean and I always like the décor of all the Starbucks I've been in. They have a lot of other items besides coffee. I like their little sandwiches, pastry's and their meals like their protein meal. You can actual eat an entire meal from main course to desert, coffee and soda or water. They also have Italian Soda, which I love. There are always several different re-usable coffee cups and mugs to choose from and souvenirs and things to buy as gifts for people. They are really nice to go into during Christmas. There are tons of gifts you can buy for people at Christmas. Sometime they are even a little more convenient than other stores during Christmas. They are also on every corner which is convenient and some of them have drive-thru which is very nice. read more

i come to this location almost every day because i work early and this store opens the earliest. the workers are usually welcoming and make my drink right. lately there has been this little girl that has been so grumpy and rude to both the customers and the workers. giving attitude to customers or yelling at the others and it makes me sad because they look like they want to cry. she even yelled one time that they are all going to get fired! she took my order a few times and always gives me attitude as if she doesn't want to be there. just like today, she was making drinks and I asked for a cup of ice water after she gave me my drink. she yelled at me saying that she's busy and she'll get it when she can. took her 10 minutes before getting me my water. starbucks needs to do something about rude workers like her. read more

I usually love Starbucks, and as a Starbucks employee myself, this was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at any location. The barista at the window had a huge attitude for absolutely no reason, and the overall interaction felt very unwelcoming. I didn't even receive a message on my cup, which may seem small, but it's part of the experience we're encouraged to create for customers. As a barista, I would never treat customers the way I was treated today. I always greet people kindly, create a positive environment, and do my best to meet everyone's needs. That's why this experience was especially disappointing coming from a brand and company I genuinely care about. read more

I came in last Wednesday and ordered a grande psl. I was so disgusted by the pink hair girl making my drink that on my way to work I dumped out the drink she made and stopped by another drive thru to get it made again. Starbucks needs to make sure the people making our coffee has good hygiene. She had sweat dripping down her face and her hair was so dirty that I could see chunks of dandruff in it. When she handed me the drink she had a really strong sour odor. I definitely won't be coming back to this Starbucks. read more

I like the layout of this starbucks--their is an open floorplan with lots of pretty wood. Really lends a sense of warmth to the place. The employees are friendly, they have lots of snacks in stock (lots of locations run out of the stuff often), lots of outlets, and plenty of seating. However, the tables in the sun get really hot! I've been here a many times using the drive thru only and from experience they mess up my order about 50% of the time and the wait for the drink always take awhile. When you let them know that it is the wrong drink they give you an attitude. Isn't the drive-thru suppose to be better and more convenient? Not at this location. read more

My husband and I used to come here every morning for years because of the quality of the coffee and the outstanding attention to detail. But for the past year, it seems as though our orders always have something incorrect. The only reason I gave two stars is 1) because we love Peet's coffee, and 2) when Mac or Christine is there, our order is always perfect. So sad that the place has gone so downhill.
