A great selection of Starbucks merchandise. Drinks always turn out amazing!! And the employees are very friendly and helpful. This Starbucks is conveniently located in O'Brien's. It is a small one so they don't have a lot of snacks available like the salads or protein boxes. They also tend to be busy because of their location. Nevertheless, still a good place if you want to stop and get a drink before or after your grocery shopping :-) read more

I love Starbucks and I live in salida . Was so happy when they opened on dale rd across from Kaiser. This place is so inconsistent on making drinks. There is a formula that is left on phone when they scan your phone on how your drink was made. I even avoid the drive thru and go in and show them my phone and exactly what I want. And they still can't get it right. I purchased drink yesterday and was perfect. Today I go in and show my phone. And it's completely different. Im done with that Starbucks on dale rd. I then went to new pelandale Starbucks behind save mart and showed them my phone and my drink was perfect. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks and the associates should be trained on how to be consistent on the drinks that customers are spending a lot of money on. read more

Well, I found out this is a very busy location on a weekday morning. It's located in O'Brian's, but the best door to walk in (if you're just coming for Starbucks) is on the far left. Once you walk in it will be on your left hand side. I came in around 8:15am and there were several customers there. Some were lounging in some comfy chairs by the window. Despite the long line, I actually received my order fairly quickly. The baristas are definitely accustomed to their busy location, and do a great job to get the orders out on time. My iced vanilla latte was also made perfectly. The only downside was that they were out of plain bagels which was hard for me to imagine at this early hour, but maybe it was just a plain bagel day for the early risers. read more

I only go to Starbucks for the chai latte. I don't care for the high acidic coffee they brew. I had some gift cards to use up. The iced chai latte is good. I got a hot croissant too. Both were good. This is easily worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Way too slow! Always a wait even when no line. The employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency. They also don't seem to care about customers. Poor customer service and attitude. It almost seems like this is a Training Starbucks. Is it? That would explain a lot. Smile girls and move! You almost seem comatose! Now here is my favorite place to get my caffeine fix first thing in the morning. The staff here are very friendly and they really know what their regular customers want and in some cases they even have it ready when they see you come in the door. Also they give you a punch card and for every 9 drinks you buy you get one free. What's so nice about this place is that you can do your grocery shopping and grab a cup of coffee on the way out. read more

Came in here and order some drinks as well as reloaded my card with $20 CASH. CASH. (So there would be no reason for my reload to be voided right?? WRONG.) The girl who was cashier said everything went through so I didn't think anything of it. Next day I check my card, I don't see the $20 I put on. So I check my account history and it says my reload was VOIDED. Called Starbucks customer service and she told me my reload was MERCHANT VOIDED 30 MINUTES after my reload, which I had already left their store already. Why would it be voided 30 minutes after my purchase??? So what happened to my $20 that they voided??? SHADY. read more

As many of the other reviews entail, this starbucks is in fact a joke and a half. Every single time I buy from this location, they make my drink wrong and when I politely ask them to fix it, they are rude and unfriendly. I am a firm believer that customer service is everything for a business and this place just doesn't represent that whatsoever. Awesome Starbucks!! I strongly recommend this Starbucks to everyone I absolutely love this spot it's inside obrien so it makes it convince R if you're planning to do a bit of grocery shopping. Well the Starbucks inside the store is always clean and the employees are super nice too. They provide both interior and exterior seating, the exterior is under shaded area. Making it perfect to sip on a drink during the hot summer time or when it's raining. I always get the usual caramel frappe here double shot when I'm feeling sleepy. I strongly recommend everybody to give this Starbucks a try, guaranteed to be satisfied. Two thumbs up for this location. If they only had drive thru it'd be a piece of heaven on earth. It's not a stretch to say that this is the best Starbucks in Modesto! Everyone gets to know you by name and remember your usual orders too... but I do go there a lot. Plenty of space to sit and free WiFi means I can bring work with me even on coffee break. read more

You can't pay with the mobile app here and there's no plans to fix it. Their card machines are outdated according to the employees. They don't care that it's an issue. They just say to call the corporate office. There are enough other starbucks that I'll skip this place. read more
