It was clean and customer service was good. Since it's autumn, I had to get a pumpkin spice latte. That latte was made perfectly. Nice Starbucks in the casino. I was surprised that the sausage muffin sandwich was extremely fresh and good unlike the ones I've had in other locations which is pretty much sloppy. Very ideal for serious coffee drinkers because the hotel has lousy coffee in the rooms. Never changed for the past 20 years. This Starbucks inside the Mohegan Sun is always busy. They have partitions set up along the service counter where you order your drinks and food all the way to pick up. Staff wears masks and there are stickers on the floor to encourage social distancing. They are all super friendly and get your orders out quickly. glad they keep their regular brewed coffee fresh all day! read more

Just cause this location is here and not Dunkin doesn't mean that certain employees can't appreciate their customers! As an example we ordered a beverage and the person who took our order was extremely friendly which was a nice touch. She directed us to pick up our beverage at the other end of the counter while a male Asian employee in Black was stocking in front of us with his back toward us which was ok. When our beverage was done he turned around picked up our beverage with out looking up placed it on the counter in front of us, Not even looking or NOT ONCE ACKNOWLEDGING HIS CUSTOMERS, and turned back away with out so much as a THANK YOU! Or eye contact! If I was the Manager and notice his lack of Customer Service he would be history and gone since there are so many people that are looking for good employment such as STARBUCKS and need a job that to hire someone with lack of pride AND IGNORANCE is disturbing. I understand this isn't a real corporate Starbucks, but a franchise, but still this is no excuse. Everything in this store is sub-par. It stands out like a sore thumb in Mohegan Sun where other businesses are at least decent. The staff look stoned and mix up the orders. The coffee tastes like it's been sitting there for weeks. The ice cream is dropping and tastes like it's spoiled. All other food looks just disgusting (I did not try it, obviously). Given that Dunkin, Krispy Creme, and Imus Ranch provide much better coffee, I wish they would shut down this joint already and open something more useful in its place. read more

Hands down this is easily the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Overpriced, overcrowded, they baristas do not pay attention to what they are doing, it's dirty, it's messy, and just all around either needs some reno work or they need to just shut down. The coffee tastes like garbage, so if you're at the casino and want some, I'd suggest walking the 500 feet over to Dunkin and getting that or a coffee at Krispy Kreme if I were you. Walked in happy to get a mint majesty tea and an everything bagel with butter, and we weren't greeted at all by the employees. I went to this location while at the casino and ordered a very basic drink and while they were making my drink they proceeded to joke about who would want that kind a drink. All three of the baristas has went on and on about it was a really ridiculous drink to have in the Winter. It was an iced coconut milk mocha Macchiato which is a typical drink it just happens to be more popular in the summer. Then after all that they actually got it wrong which was extremely disappointing based on the overpriced nature of the drink being that it was in the casino. Has to be the worst and slowest Starbucks ever. Every time I come here they have at least 7 employees who are standing around doing nothing. They only have 1 person ringing and one making drinks. The line is always so backed up because of the horrible work ethic. The barista can't even time manage and star your espresso before poring a green tea.
