The parking lot is close by (such that the outdoor seating area doesn't seem all that peaceful) and the drive thru is situationed at the right rear of the small shopping center. My experience was less than typical Starbucks. I placed a mobile order, it says it will ready in 4-7mins - I arrive there 12-15 minutes later, The coffee is ready but the croissant is not. It's not like they need to cook it, they just have to warm it up which takes 1 minute. I show up there and wait, the barrista asks from far what do you want. Sounded unnecessarily rude - could have been a little polite. Ambiance is much improved after the remodel. I love the cappuccino's at Starbucks but I hope the service improves here. read more

UPDATE: So my neighborhood Starbucks is back open after weeks being temporarily closed. The update has improved this location in many ways it appears. First of all, the interior makeover is very nice. The renovated space is a clean modern look and brighter than their previous decor, a nice plus. Recently, they have been improved also in getting the food orders placed on the app prepared in a timely manner, one thing I had pointed out in the past that had been lacking at some points. In fact, some staff have asked if I have everything on my order when I grab my items at the pick up counter. I am noticing the staff there now are using first names to address you when you come in to pick up your app order, at least more so than previously that I have noted. In all, these changes make me feel they are listening to feedback not only on reviews but their own internal email surveys they send out. Good for them! These changes bring me back here to add another star back on to this location's review. read more

Meh... Its ok. I get coffee here, and its generally pretty quick service, and I think that they have only screwed up my order a couple of times, so I will continue to go, when I am near it.... I really just gotta bitch about today's service, however. I went through the drive-thru this morning at a semi busy time, and ordered over 15 bucks of coffee, so by the time it was my turn at the checkout window, there were 2 or 3 cars behind me. I had my cell phone, Starbucks App, and an empty wallet. I paid for my coffee with the app, and the attendant came back a minute later saying I owed $0.06 (yes, 6 cents). I kind of stared at her for a second, and then looked in my wallet for a buck.. had nothing. I am in a new car today, so there is no change in the cup... I look at the tip jar right in front of her and kind of alluded with my eyes, "hey, I see like 10 bucks right in front of you, half of it in change." She finally asked me if I could reload on the app... ugh, if you have ever tried to manually reload, it is near impossible from the app, because Starbucks always asks for a password, unless it is an automatic reload. I said that I would try, but Starbucks always makes you put in a password, and they have very strict password policies on passwords, so I didn't remember mine... She just stared at me. So, in front of her I tried... it asked me for my password, and of course I didn't have the right password... I said yeah, that figures, but it will eventually auto reload. She left then again to talk to a co-worker (the poor bastards behind me waiting for their coffee). I heard the co-worker ask her to ask me to try to pay again through the app. I opened it back up, and by this time it had actually reloaded, she scanned it for the 6 cents I owed. This Starbucks location always makes me happy. Albeit the long drive thru lines from time to time, the wait is quick and the staff is so pleasant. You are even more lucky if Judy is the barista taking your order. Her warm attitude and positivity radiate. I go to various Starbuck's all around the Cary/Morrisville area every day and I've been pretty happy with the service at most all of them, but things went a little sideways at this particular one today. I stopped in for my usual cup of coffee and get some morning work finished up time. My order, as always, was simple, a large (venti) regular coffee. That's it. The kid behind the counter was Tim and he seemed pretty new. He wasn't real sure what was going on and nobody was in any kind of a rush to help him out, so the procedure took a minute. Place was fairly crowded and he didn't take my name so I just watched for when my coffee came. Cut to 10 minutes later when I am still watching for my coffee to show up and I've joined another gentleman at the counter who has been waiting slightly longer than I have and while he was being nice to the staff, he was clearly as annoyed as I, especially when my coffee finally showed up before his. Not really a problem since my coffee was the wrong size anyway. Finally, a couple minutes later, both of our coffee orders show up, mine finally in the right size cup thanks to the pleasant girl that had been working the drive-thru window. The staff here is always super friendly and my mobile order is ready in a timely manner. Even if it is not ready the moment I get there, they acknowledge me when I walk in, ask for my name, and get working on it ASAP. Drive thru line never seems to be to crazy compared to other locations in the triangle area. There is a small outdoor patio and the store currently allows 21 people to sit inside. Location is very easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend! read more

This Starbucks has been my neighborhood store for the last 10 years that I've lived in this area. It's right down the street so it's so convenient for me but aside from that it has some of the nicest staff ever. One nicer than the other. I always leave smiling. Of course the coffee is good too but it's worth mentioning the amazing people working hard with a smile on their face. I stop by at least once a day for my coffee mix. Sometimes they even give me little samples of new things so I know what to order. That's how I got hooked on the Nitro Cold Brew. So Good! Thanks guys! read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for about 7 years now and always get great customer service here. Christina is my favorite employee. She always smiles and greets all the customers. I am a regular here and I believe they really value my business. Took one star off since there is not enough seats here and it can get crowded. I always come inside than go in the drive-thru for exercise. I don't really like drive-thrus. I don't drink coffee but I love their bagels and breakfast/lunch sandwiches. This is my go to Starbucks. Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is just the right amount of busy that you are still able to focus on work. I stay there for many hours and they always come up to ask if I need anything else or sometimes during the day offer free coffees that may be extra and offer samples of sandwiches. I simply have to give a shout out to this Starbucks.....I mean their staff. After all every Starbucks can whip up a triple, mocha frappawhatever but the staff here are fantastic at their jobs. My little story, was hooked on those canned double shots. One dreadful morning I entered and they were out. as the panic in my head was growing the manager suggested they make one at the bar. This Starbucks is within walking distance from my house- so when I'm craving coffee, I often head here. Drinks and service is just fine- like any other Starbucks. However, it's not open past 10 pm, which is ridiculous is you ask me. Also, it's always cold inside and the staff always seem to be in the middle of some serious restocking and design changes. It's always a bit confusing to me on how to review a national chain. In the case of Starbucks, it's not my preferred coffee house as I don't care for the beans they use for espresso, but I do appreciate that they offer a place to get away when I need one. In general, I'd give Starbucks a one-star review, but I do want to call out that this is a nice location with a good crew of people working here, so I've added a star. Basically, this is your average stand-alone Starbucks. Quality of the drinks and food is what you'd expect, and the employees, like at most Starbucks are friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. There are the typical seating options - tables, cushy chairs, as well as a bench and a few more tables with umbrellas outside. Parking here can be a pain, especially at lunch. They share a lot with several other restaurants which do a booming lunch business. Be prepared to circle the parking lot or steal a space a hundred yards behind Starbucks in the lot used by the office complex. This location can get crowded. It's surrounded by office complexes and it's definitely an escape for many who work nearby. No reason to go out of your way to visit this Starbucks, but for me it's the most convenient place to get a decent cup of coffee near my office. I'm not very fond of Starbucks, but given that my other options for coffee when I want a quick break from work are basically gas stations and fast food restaurants, I'll continue visiting this location. read more

I go to this starbucks a LOT and that's because they do it right. The drive thru lane is always packed in the morning, but it moves very quickly. The barista at the window is always very pleasant, and I've never had an issue with my order. I don't ever go in and order, because of the reasons listed above, as well as the fact that their parking lot is pretty tiny and is shared with a salon next door. I usually grab breakfast here as well--bacon gouda breakfast sandwich all the way! Always served hot and very filling. read more

Back in town for a quick business exchange and I was very delighted this store was open again. I was pleased to see on of the same Baristas there that I have experienced over the last 8 years, I believe he is the manager, Kyle. He nails my order every time, venti, iced, soy, no whip, white mocha. Probably the best one I ever get, in Arizona they seem to struggle with the mocha and it's not as rich as I like it, Kyle nails it. I didn't see Heather here today who is also a fantastic Barista. After grabbing my drink and a slice of banana bread I headed to my car to enjoy them. Now as I sit here I started reading reviews on Google, I am in complete disbelief in what I was reading, I see a lot of first time Google reviewers bashing this establishment, namely Kyle.stating they will never return because of their treatment. So i figured i would post my google review on here as well. I personally have been hitting this establishment up for many years and Kyle has always been the friendly face of this StarBucks, I have a hard time believing a word of what I am reading. I travel extensively for my job and I look forward to my many visits to Starbucks, I enjoy the small relationships that I have formed at all of the locations. I have to admit, I am amazed how long Kyle has been here and how great he represents the StarBucks brand. Not too many stores I visit have an employee there as long as this one, that tells me he is doing something right, I know he does good ny me and everyone else I see in the store at the same time. I will return again next month like I always do and I look forward to seeing Heather and Kyle again, they make my visit feel like home. My fiancée is also in complete disbelief of these reviews as we sit here together reading, she will add her own review as well, hopefully the management takes the time to read these and take them to heart. read more

I like this Starbucks. I visited while passing through the area, and the restaurant proved to be an enjoyable setting for a long lunch. I got my cold-brew easily enough, from friendly and competent staff, and from there, it was off to the sunny little patio, where I proceeded to read a good book while eating good food and drinking my good coffee -- splendid! Then, once I'd gotten enough vitamin D, I retreated indoors, to the comfortable dining room and its relaxed atmosphere. Finally, after all was said and done and chewed and drank, I found the bathroom to be clean and accessible. All in all: no complaints, and I would gladly return. A great place to study, especially since it's so near my home! Music at this location isn't as loud and intrusive as at some others. Standard hours until 9pm fit my schedule well. Our Regular Starbucks Location. Starbucks is the 'go to' coffee chain for many of us because of consistency, product, no surprises and speed. In our days of hurry and scurry, we rely on our drink establishments to get us started in the morning and through the end of our day; without any hiccups. This location has its drive-thru as their 'claim to fame' with almost synchronized ease and always a welcoming team member to greet you. This is THE stop when driving into RTP, but with their 7-day a week schedule, also for the weekend after appointments, church, games, shopping, etc. We really appreciate this crew at Grace Park and having this Starbucks location. read more

I love Starbucks and this is my home location. The service is friendly and my drinks land food orders are as expected. My complaint is that the drive through line is way too slow at peak times and sometimes even off peak times. It seems to be getting worse lately. I've been late to work on a few occasions with excessive wait times and have only been offered drink compensation once. I wish they could expedite order delivery better. When doing mobile orders, they sometimes miss the add-ons; make sure you check your order even if you're in a hurry. I always do mobile orders because of the proximity to my job.
