Today I went to get my usual Starbucks, and heather took me and my daughters. I just wanna leave a review so y'all know that long point has the best staff I've ever encountered. Eliot, heather, Meredith, Jackson, Susie and Jack. They always have the biggest smilies and the best service. Good job guys !!!!

Gotta have my Starbucks, especially when the coffee at the hotel is what we call "warm and brown." This is a nice little location with outside seating and tables inside too. But no drive through. Free wi-fi works at the tables outside, but of course no power outlets out there.

Love this location. The staff is very nice. The food and drinks are the same as the rest. The place is crazy busy especially first thing in the morning. During Frappacino Happy Hour there was less people but the service was still very good.

I grew up in the Charleston area and when I could afford to buy a house, I bought in Belle Hall Plantation in Mt Pleasant. This Starbucks was a frequent stop for me and I got to know the baristas and other customers who frequented this location. Once I got married and started having children (two girls who are now 17 and 15), I would bring them with me to enjoy a treat and just hang out. Back in those days, the decor was comfy chairs and couches, which encouraged you to hang out. It was sort of like a community center. In fact, when I had my second child, I'd get stir crazy when I was on maternity leave and would come here sometimes to break up my day. The baristas would give my older daughter (at the time 2 and a half) stickers and they'd heat my younger daughters bottle for me while I was able to enjoy my coffee. What a lovely place. Now it's more like an assembly line and tables and chairs shoved in and people working...not that there's anything wrong with that. It's a busy Starbucks and they've changed with the times and the ebbs and flows of demand. I bet this is one of the busier Starbucks in the area. They still make a mean Americano.

Good place as always if you beat the crowd! They need to be like the DC area and have them on every block LOL! Be prepared to wait!

Ambiance: 9.5/10 I…read morereally liked the covered outdoor seating. It was comfortable, inviting, and a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. The tables were a little rickety, but that's certainly no reason to stay away. I didn't sit inside, so I can't fairly comment on the indoor space. Why 9.5 instead of 10? The rickety tables. I know. I know. It's a nitpick. I'm okay with being honest about it. Service: 10/10 The gentleman who took care of me was genuinely friendly, and the service was prompt and attentive. It was a nice contrast to places where you get the distinct impression the person serving you would rather be anywhere else. Nothing to criticize here. The service was exactly what it should be. Food: 8/10 This is where they lost me a little. I asked about the baked goods and was told they're sourced through a distributor. I understand that this is common practice, and there was nothing inherently wrong with what I had. But "nothing wrong with it" is a pretty low bar for a café. There's a bakery and restaurant directly across the street, and there are excellent local bakeries that deliver fresh products daily. Why resell distributor-sourced baked goods when there's an opportunity to support another local business and serve something that could make the food every bit as memorable as the service and atmosphere? For me, that's the difference between an 8 and a 10. Ambiance: 9.5/10 Service: 10/10 Food: 8/10

The service was lovely- everyone inside was so genuinely friendly and helpful with us ordering with our busy toddler. High chairs available are inside, that was a plus! The coffee was delightful. We had an iced mocha and an iced Toffee Coffee, and both were excellent, rich in flavor and smooth. I had a chocolate chip cookie, I am a bit of a cookie snob so it doesn't matter if it's 9 am or 9 pm, I'm gonna eat one. That said, it was yummy! Soft and chewy and the chocolate chunks were so good. We also had the kid's waffle meal, a sausage egg and cheese waffle and a croissant sandwich. All were yummy and we loved the syrup that came with. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back.

You can really feel the love that goes into the place. Highly recommend stopping by -- great food, great vibe, and a wonderful local business. Show them some love!
