Sometimes in the morning around 8:30am on weekdays it's a bit packed so if you're in a hurry, you should avoid this location; although the staff works quickly, it will still take a while. read more

A cute intimate little Starbucks that's a bit of a walk from the mecca of restaurants in downtown Mountain View! They were efficient in getting my drink. Because of the size, getting a seat for a party of 4 could be a problem though! read more

I'm a big fan of Starbucks and love that this one stays open late. Great for picking up my favorite soy latte on the way to a football game.

Was not too impressed . Got my usual iced white chocolate mocha I get from any Starbucks and it was very watery. Store was fairly clean. Just a little unusual that there were 6 employees working and about 6 to 7 customers waiting in line to order along with 4 to 5 others waiting for their coffee. This Starbucks is conveniently located on Castro street. Usually a lot less crowded than the other coffee shops on this street. The internet connection here could definitely be better! read more

When I am in the area I stop at the Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and there's plenty of seating pretty much all the time except for The peak times. If you're a member of the coffee club the free refills are excellent. I just got through going there this morning in the pastry that I had was super super fresh and the coffee was great. Cons: Jurassic slow wifi (0.3-1.0 Mbps). Staff said they're still on attwifi even though they've been calling corporate every week for two years asking them to upgrade them to Google-wifi. Closing time was moved earlier to 10:30pm Mon-Thu in 2014. Pros: Friendly staff, fast service, nice layout for working or meeting people, power outlets, not too loud, tables outside. read more

Tony was our barista and provided exceptional service. I showed up in my Army fatigues with a fellow soldier and he expressed his deep appreciation for our service, which made us feel welcome and was much needed a long drill weekend. very busy, and difficult to park but friendly staff, and lots of room to sit and have a nice cup of coffee or work in a bustling location in the center of town. . Summer time they have an outside seating area and people are generally friendly and happy. Nice balance all seem to get along with nice interactions. It's a little loud, but they are very accepting of the Starbucks office people : ) and the kids are allowed to have a nice time and talk without any nasty trolls insulting them for just being kids. Overcrowded on morning. Fast service. Starbuck coffee can be expensive, then staff should put a little effort on it. Lot people means slow wifi connection. I enjoy sitting at starbuck to relax while drinking my coffee and browse the web. Experience needs improvements. read more

I've frequented this Starbucks so many times over so many years that it has become one of my pit stop office. So today I walk in and lo and behold, they redid the interior and furniture. At first glance it looked really airy and nice actually. But then when it was time to a find place to settle and work, I noticed that they have removed the window booths and replaced it with one long bench. In front of the bench were a row of small, round, tables, each one of them with a chair. Looks good but the old set-up was so much more comfortable. To begin with, the bench seating set-up has no back-rest so you're hunched over for a long time if you're planning to sit there for a while. Second, these tables are round and small,.. it's actually a really hard set up to study or work if you have other materials to work with and need to work in a group. Maybe they did this intentionally to keep the traffic moving or didn't want people to park there for long. But whatever, they went from a relatively comfy place to study/work to super-uncomfortable ergonomics so for this inconsiderate (or oversighted) transformation, I'm going to give it 1 star. This is probably the worst experience I have had in a while. Not only I was ignored ( twice) by two baristas, but also the messed up my order. Neither they asked my name nor they wrote it on the sandwich paper, so someone else took mine. But the worst was when I was ordering my items right in the middle of it she ( the barista) saw a familiar person behind me and started talking to him and took his order. That person got his hot latte done, while I was still waiting my latte. Horrible and unprofessional experience! I won't go there ever again. read more

service here is way too low. it takes them 10 minutes to even push out your drink. if you are not in a rush or anything, then feel free to come. otherwise use the to go app on starbucks. ridiculous how i had to wait 10-12 minutes for a drink. ended up leaving. read more

used to be our favorite spot and go there every day (sometimes twice), but the customer service is getting worse day by day. We ordered mobile in the morning, and half of our order was ready 10 mins before the other half! And the taste of coffee became inconsistent, changes from day to night. I think they need to pay more attention or organize staff better. read more

This is one of the busier Starbucks I've visited and I'm from Seattle. The line was long but it does not seem to have many people stay around to sit. Seating was easy to find and seemed to stay that way. There is also nice seating outside but no wifi access. read more
