Waited over 20 minutes all the orders got mixed up. They were making drinks that weren't even ordered for people who werent even here. Watched them throw away 10 drinks because they weren't actually ordered meanwhile myself and 10 other customers were waiting. They had around 7 employees working and still couldn't get drinks out within a decent amount of time. Took the shift manager about 15 minutes to realize something was wrong and one customer I had talked to had been waiting an hour for one drink. The staff that took the order and handled the messed up situation was very friendly and made conversation tho. read more

I can truthfully say that I've never waited 15 minutes for a simple drink order at a Starbucks. The staff appeared to be working consistently and they were friendly but no drinks seemed to be appearing. The place itself didn't seem overly busy either. It was mid afternoon on a Sunday. This is the only Starbucks that I always have a poor experience at. They are soooooo slow! It doesn't matter if you're the single car in the drive-thru or if you go inside. And it doesn't matter if you're the only person there...it's the equivalent of having 5 people in front of you. I went through the drive-thru this time around and there were no cars in front of me. When I pulled around (surprisingly this time around) it wasn't long before my drink was finished. But instead of taking my money and letting me go with my drink...the cashier proceeded to take at least 3 more orders from the vehicles behind me. They get two stars. One, because my drink is actually good and flavored consistently the way I like it. And two, because they are friendly now and again. I don't know what's so broken in their system that makes them the least efficient of all the Starbucks in Murfreesboro, but the manager needs to shadow the other stores and being back some best practices to this location. read more

I've been to this Starbucks several times due to it's close proximity to my office. I have never in my life been in a slower Starbucks. I went there yesterday with my manager and the girl making the drinks got mine wrong and when I tried to tell them she was defiant that I was in the wrong and that she had made the correct drink. She gave me attitude!! My manager ordered an iced drink and after they called out the wrong name she discovered they had made it hot instead of the iced drink she ordered. She didn't want to fool with trying to change it because of the trouble I had. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION to save yourself a massive headache. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've given this location countless chances and every time I give them another chance it's total crap. Always short staffed, store is always dirty. On one occasion they had milk just sitting on the service bar instead of temperature regulated craftes. If you decide to give them a chance make sure you have at least 30 min to kill while waiting on your drink. My advice head to the Old Fort Pkwy location or hell even Target. read more

I ordered through the mobile app, but still waited more than 10 minutes after I got there. I stared at the empty cup that sat on the counter (the whole time) that turned out to be my order. Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but it wasn't very good. Not enough cream. I threw it away. I like Starbucks, but I'm done. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It is dirty condiments where out both napkin dispenser where empty and and the person with the beard and mustache was to busy trying to look cute and not making drinks. This has to be the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to. The wait time for your drink is excessive no matter what time of day you visit, drive thru or inside. Great location and close to all the shopping in Murfreesboro but so slow. Get ready for at least a 15min wait for your coffee in the morning. read more

I love Starbucks, but I am not a huge fan of this location in Murfreesboro. Typically you go to Starbucks and everyone is super nice and helpful but I find that at this location it is really hit or miss as far as what kind of mood the employee is going to be in and if you stop here, be prepared to spend some time waiting as they are always busy and it always takes some time to get your order. I have definitely found myself going out of my way to visit one of the other locations in Murfreesboro to avoid stopping here. :-( read more

I usually have great experiences at this location so I'm giving stars. Unfortunately I recently had an unpleasant experience because of the person at the drive thru window. She was quite rude and seemed bothered when I nicely asked if she could check if my coffee was decaffeinated, since it did not say it on the label. I come here often and order the same exact drink everytime, but this person tried to tell me that I ordered something different, something I havent even heard of. She stood there for a while as if she was trying to figure out why I needed it to be decaf. This should not matter. I asked for decaf. I continued to say "I just need this to be decaf". Further, instead of taking the drink to have it remade, she actually then asked me if I was allergic to caffeine! This was the strangest, most unpleasant experience I've ever had at this location. Normally the people are very friendly and are not at all bothered if a drink needs to be remade due to their mistake. She eventually took the drink from me to have it remade, but nothing about this was nice. I was questioned and was basically told twice that I asked for something different. This was not the case. I usually love giving compliments, but sadly not this time because of this particular person. I was very surprised by how I was spoken to and basically questioned as well. This person does not seem to like interacting with customers. read more
