Heading in, the ordering is straightforward as well with an easy to use menu board outlining their signature flavors, a pastry/grazing case to the right and order pick up to the left. Service is quick and friendly. The transaction easy. I was a little disappointed that my coffees weren't marked with what was in them, only my name and how many there were (two facts that probably help the baristas, but I already know both of those things and telling me which is mine and which is my partner's would be better use of sharpie ink). The coffee also wasn't very hot. It was warm, easy to drink and flavorful, but would have been tough if I'd had a long drive. There are plenty of outlets in the gray-painted interior of the building to charge your devices. There's also outdoor seating, but the view and traffic noise can't be all that desirable. The employees were very friendly and quick to service. I ordered an extra-large house latte (it for sure lives up to its size-naming), and it was delicious. Ordered the wife a strawberry lemonade and she also loved it. My only complaint is a nitpick, the shop is small with not a ton of room to sit inside and less so outside.
