My Scooter's away from home. This is our go to place when up in Louisville. It's convenient to get in and out of and the same quality and reasonable priced coffee and snacks. The kids love the donuts (bag of 3 for just $1!!). So it helps mom and dog as we get our drinks and the kids are entertained (at least for a few minutes) with their treat. The service is always good. Ok so I have a thing for Scooters. This is the only other location I have been to other than the Dixie Highway location. This happened to be close to a friend of mines house and decided to give this place a try. This on on Poplar Level across from the shopping center that houses Kroger, Big Lots etc. I did the app ordering so I was ready at the drive thru. I was greeted with friendliness and the concluding " You can Scoot around". I did notice there was someone at the drive-thru window that was a walk up. This guy had a semi parked in the next lot and obviously couldn't fit. All Scooters locations are drive thru only but, I think they should consider a walk up window. I go the Peanut Butter Crunch and OMG. Peanut Butter heaven. Yes I am definitely addicted to Scooters now but, I don't need an intervention lol. read more

The only place in town where you can get a $1 coffee! Service is super quick and everyone is very nice, especially if you pre order off the app, you are done in a flash! My only gripe is that the food is less than stellar, the stuff I have tried was not worth the price. But every time I am in the area I definitely stop for a drink! read more

A new coffee place in town! I was dogsitting in the area and figured I might as well get my caffeine fix from the new spot. If nothing else, it got the job done and I was pleasantly caffeinated in the end. I got a mocha of some kind (something that was prominently displayed on the menu, because I am very susceptible to marketing) and it tasted great. The worker was talking up their app, rewards program, and free birthday drinks. Well, it happened to also be my birthday on that day! So I downloaded the app and was trying to figure it all out. But to qualify for the the free birthday drink, you have to have ordered and paid for drinks, on/through the app, on two different days. So that was disappointed. But overall, the app seemed simple enough and easy to use (although we just did drive through that day). There is not a dearth of coffee shops in Louisville. But the location of this one has me feeling that they will succeed fairly well. read more

Because their menu has other options that I have not tried this is my first visit and all I got was coffee I gave them three stars depending on the quality of other items it would be a four-star. I went through drive-through I do not know if they have an inside lobby I did not pay attention or if they even have a restaurant the parking lot is small getting into the parking lot it could be challenging because it's a busy intersection it is conveniently located across from shops and grocery and it's convenient for those who live in that neighborhood the prices I feel are reasonable they do have an app with rewards I would not compare their coffee to other shops they have their own flavor it's not very bold it's a nice cuppa coffee to have on a beautiful spring day or in the evenings as a dessert when you're with your friends just hanging out. I am so glad to see Scooter's come to Louisville! I love their coffee and other drinks. I am gluten-free and dairy-free and had lots of questions about their items before I could decide what I could actually purchase. Cody was great ! He took the time to review the items with me and did not become impatient at all. I had the Maple Vanilla Latte, hot, with no whip cream and it was divine. The coffee is so smooth and the flavoring was perfect. My daughter had the Carmelicious Blended and loved it and my grandkids had the Birthday Cake CakePops and gobbled them up. The everything bagel sandwich with gouda is delicious. The coffee is decent and will do in a pinch. The red bull drinks are very sweet but also good. The staff are also very friendly and helpful! Very grateful for the drive through! read more

Great strawb banana smoothie. Decent breakfast sandwiches. Decent muffins. Bad coffee lol. I've tried the coffee maybe 10 times now and it's never been good, plus it's super overpriced. $8 for an almond milk latte and their large is a medium/regular anywhere else. I can somewhat justify that price at a local coffee shop but not a chain... especially when it's drive-thru only and the quality is bad. They do have free pup cups though - they're small but they include a little dog treat inside. They put 5 treats in my dog's pup cup when I went there on her 5th birthday lol. Scooters has fastly become my favorite spot for quick on the go coffee. If you are someone who is used to going to other chain coffee shops a suggest you stop by and give scooters a try. The menu is a lot more simple with less options than some other places but it makes up for that in the value and quality of the items they do have. My go to is a regular coffee with cream and sugar but what I really enjoy as a treat is a blender, they are a great frozen treat with the right amount of espresso flavor that is great on any day. As for the food I will say most of it is average. most items are frozen and they heat up when ordered. The food item that is the best to me is the cinnamon roll, It is a fairly decent size and they serve it warm which makes it all that much better. read more

Courteous staff and that's where it ends. If you love coffee, real coffee this is not the place for you, but if you like watered down, mediocre coffee this is your place. The food is super lack luster too. My husband got the spicy burrito and it smelled and tasted bad and we ended up throwing it out. It was similar to a frozen burrito. A large mocha, and iced coffee, two (nasty) burritos and a tiny breakfast sandwich cost $25! Not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and go to Heine Bros. if you love coffee. read more

Not a fan of this place. It was my first time trying it and my expectations were high. I had heard nothing but good things about Scooter's. The attitude with the lady taking our order was unacceptable and very unfriendly. After waiting a few moments to get our order taken (no big deal) I had told her "Super skinny iced mocha with almond milk medium please" She then asked if I wanted a flavor in the drink, if i wanted it hot or iced and then what size. So that was off putting. My boyfriend then ordered a "cappuccino blender" directly off the menu and the lady replied "so you don't want a flavor in it?" After the drinks we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. After proceeding to the window and paying over $20 for the drinks and food, we received our drinks and sat there for about 2 minutes. The lady opened the window "Are you waiting on something?" And I replied "Yes, our 2 breakfast sandwiches" and she asked which ones we ordered. It was not the nicest experience, especially for it being my first time there. I do not recommend this place and would rather get local coffee with kinder workers. read more
