This place is definitely a grab and go coffee shop since there is only 1 bar stool to sit inside and it's so small. Just enough room to walk in and order. They have street parking in front, no lot though. They have all your classic coffee shop drinks including some specialty ideas for a normal price. In truth, I didn't believe her, but i walk away from this experience as an Olmo diehard fan. Their bagels are absolutely brilliant. Tens, elevens even, across the board. I've truly never had anything like it. Their flavors are unique with a Zaatar and Cacio bagel; candidly, I was too much of a purist to try them this time around and opted for the safe yet mildly experimental Rosemary bagel. Stop everything you're doing. Book the flight. Try this. Its crust is crackly with a bubbly top, almost akin to that of high quality sourdoughs, yet the interior is plush with a quintessentially dense bagel crumb. God, there's no limit to the amount of praises I can sing about this. The flavors with the okonomiyaki are well balanced also with the sweet tangy bbq contrasting the luscious, creamy egg omelette. It's really REALLY hard to choose a favorite though as I tried their lox, okonomiyaki, white fish, and cinnamon raisin shmear, and all of them were excellent in their own right. The workers are also incredibly kind and accommodating, working fast to complete every order efficiently. Olmo's so good I had four of their bagels within a 24 hour period. Does it really get any better than this?
