While in new Rochelle I decided a cappuccino from Starbucks will be good enough to start my morning and it was . Damn place is crowded but got to give credit to the staff as they are quick with the customers orders. Got my large cappy and inside is the typical Starbucks interior and I ain't feeling the communal tables but I see some outside chairs and I guess it's me , my cappy and the morning breeze after all. Better than Iona Starbucks, but not by much. I ordered an iced shaken espresso and they filled it only 3/4 of the way. If I wanted to have that little, I would've ordered a tall instead of a grande. I was waiting for a worker to help me because I was going to say something but ended up leaving because I didn't want them to mess up my order anymore than they already did. I saw other customers drinks also made this way. The prices Starbucks charges are too high for me to not be receiving a full drink. The place wasn't even that busy. I am giving one star because this establishment let people come in the door with dogs. Not just come in. Stay and sit for a long period of time. A Couple comes in with a dog so big it is past the man's knee. They stayed for a least an hour. Anther woman walks in to pick up her order holding her dog in her arms. The two dogs begin to bark at each other disrupting peace. Neither dog wore anything that identified them service dogs. It is disrespectful and unsanitary to have dogs in a place where dog hair can fly around anywhere. read more

Probably some of the nicest staff I've met to date at any Starbucks. They love to get to know the locals and they always work extremely efficiently. Sure the wait times increase when it's packed but that's expected. They handle themselves well during rush hour and makes sure everyone is taken care of. read more

My only issue is the parking... If you want to make a left on north avenue from Starbucks, you can't. You must make a right and drive around the block. There was 1.2.3.4.5.6.7 workers behind the bar and we waited in line for 10 minutes while workers were looking at us and the people in front of us had been waiting longer then us! After being noticed the very rude lady behind the counter said "we will be with you soon" in a very nasty tone. Shorty after getting our coffee we realized our coffee was extremely bitter which means the shot sat for too long. Because as you know a shot is only good for 30 seconds. Someone working the coffee machine she should know this. I have never had such bad service at Starbucks until now. Very disappointed. read more

This new Starbucks location is so very convenient. There is a parking lot right next to the location reserved especially for customers. So, when I submitted a mobile order as I left my house, it was ready for pick-up by the time I arrived and I didn't have to search tirelessly for street parking. The service was great. Everything was prepared just as I had specified and, as my order was "to go," it was ready with a cup carrier and brown paper bag. The baristas were friendly and energetic, despite the fact that it was just past 6 AM on a Saturday. Props to them! I will definitely be back. Though I did not stay, there is plenty of place to sit and read/study/work. I am sure it is a popular location amongst Iona College students as well. read more

Every time I go in there there's an issue. Today I ordered an Espresso with almond milk. I am extremely lactose intolerant . I heard the girl ask do we have almond milk ? No answer . Obviously not. I was sick all day. They apparently did not because I know when Milk had been introduced into my system. I can count exactly what I ate today. Shame on you . Never going in the there again. Wow! What an awesome brand spanking new Starbucks here in New Rochelle! I am very impressed and have never been in a spanking new Starbucks in a long time. It just opened up about a week or two ago just in time for the winter months. Finally you do not need to go into Iona College to go to Starbucks because this one is open to the public not just the college kids. Pros: 1. Parking is very simple. They have a small parking garage built into the property and it's free. I parked in front of the property using metered parking. 2. The inside and outside of this Starbucks is very modern and comfortable atmosphere. That new store smell comes at you when you enter. Then you will smell the awesome coffee. There are comfortable seating with plenty of built in power outlets and USB ports for your electronics and fast free WiFi so you can spend plenty of time doing work especially for the college kids from Iona across the street. 3. The employees and baristas are very friendly and welcome you when you come in. Such a nice and warm atmosphere! 4. The bathrooms are clean and modern looking. The one thing is that the bathrooms are locked with a code so you have to ask one of the employees for it to use it. Very nice new Starbucks!! I recommend coming here!! The location is comfortable, the seats are great, the AC is fantastic, the employees are always nice, but the reason for the 3 stars is it's cleanliness. It isn't always clean. I can walk in at different times of the day weekdays or weekends and sometimes it's not clean. Napkins everywhere, the tables aren't wiped down, the chairs are disorganized, the bathroom isn't as clean as it should be. A simple wipe down and tidying up would suffice. In any food and beverage place cleanliness at all times should be a priority. Once again, the employees are always great but the cleanliness of the location is not. read more

Clean, quiet Starbucks, WITH PARKING and friendly, attentive staff. Enjoyed a coffee date with a friend for three hours. It wasn't busy but had a constant flow of customers. LOVED the Jenga game that was on one of the tables which I played with my friend while we sipped. I love in the Bronx but it was worth the ride up 95 North. I'll definitely be back. read more

All the effort of 'Starbucks Frontliners' are greatly appreciated, especially in this very difficult time of Covid 19. Although, kinder words and GOOD CUSTOMER service are expected, foremost of a manager. Last Sunday morning, (July 26) I have experienced for the second time the rudeness of a male barista, 'seemingly the manager' in my routine Mobil Order pick up. He could have been more courteous and helpful in tracing my Mobil Order, and more polite in pointing out the exact spot one should be standing, to observe social distancing. The other 2 baristas were taking coaching from him, (I understand that they could have been receiving an overflow of Mobil Orders, and a couple of walk ins, but the 2 out of 3 baristas have undermined my request to check my order on their system, as I have already been waiting for 10 mins., (plus another 10 mins, upon placing my Mobil Order). The seemingly manager had a very crabby attitude, & his 2 baristas, (another male, & a female) were acting just like his robots. This location is a far cry to the one further up North Ave., (Wykagyl) whose staff are so attentive, reliable, and cheerful. I can't believe that this Beechmont location rates higher than Wykagyl. I had an awful experience here. I ordered my drink and was waiting at Starbucks and when I got my order it was wrong. When I told the lady, she told me to wait. I continued waiting or about twenty minutes and then I when'd back and told the lady I had been waiting, we continued waiting for another 20 minutes and after that I had have enough. I told the lady I had been waiting and if they didn't do it soon then I would leave and expect a refund. I waited for about another 30 minutes and then a kind young man finally gave me my drink. They were very rude to me especially the young lady with her hair in a bun wrapped in a scarf . I would not record the service here. Thank you so much to the two young men who have me my drinks.
