While ordering breakfast after picking up groceries, I decided to stop here to order beverages for Sophia and myself. The last time was probably back during the summer where I used the last amount of the gift card from my sister. Well, she bought me another one this past Christmas so it was time to head here again for some sweet treats. Sophia chose to order a coffee frappuccino beverage off the bat when we entered the drive-thru line. For me, my first choice was a pistachio frappuccino beverage. I'm a pistachio fan so this was one worth trying. Unfortunately, they were out of the flavor. So I went with my second choice, caramel ribbon crunch, which I ordered before. Just like the last time I ordered, this one was really good. Not too sweet and full of caramel flavor to satisfy my sweet tooth. In the end, we were both satisfied with our choices. Since I am on this side of the water today, I tried to venture out and find a new coffee shop. But as luck would have it, the shops I tried to go to weren't open. Since it's still early, I haven't hit any lunch traffic so that is a bonus. The app is apparently a little slow today but my drink is ready by the time I drive up! It's a good cup of coffee, as they normally are here. My only concern was the eyesore of a boarded up building right next door and the random trash some person left in front of the entrance. First time visiting this location. Wanted to do the drive-thru but the line was extremely long and not moving so we decided to go in. We placed our ordered fairly quickly but the wait time was extreme. We waited roughly 20 minutes or so for two drinks and a wrap. The strawberry açaí was great. We order a Venti shaken espresso and it wasn't filled nearly to the top. Not a bad location at all, easily accessible by foot from CNU. Relatively quiet throughout the day time, the drive thru is quick and also easily accessible from either side of Warwick Blvd. There's ample parking and a small seating area outside, and the staff here are very pleasant. Mobile orders are tended to quickly for pick up in store. I love the inside of this Starbucks. Plenty of room to sit and work, with different styles of seating; there's a communal style bar, comfy chairs and regular seating. The wallpaper also makes this location extra chic. read more

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. By far the cleanest store I have seen in a long while. So bright and airy with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly, and I love that they gave me a choice of having my drink in a ceramic mug while in the store. New, spacious location just opened across the street from CNU. There are some larger tables inside - more seating that most of the Starbucks in the area - and a nice patio with several tables outside. Super friendly staff, and given the location, I anticipate this place will be packed to the gills regularly when the university is back in session. This location also has a drive thru, which is a nice addition to the area. Other than that, it's a Starbucks - so everything that goes along with that, it's got it. Except a trashcan outside. I have to temporarily change my review...... this is a new location so maybe the team needs time to learn the Starbucks way of life. I tried to contact the location directly to notify them of my experience. After searching the internet I have yet to find a phone number to call. This location rarely has the items listed on the menu. And my coffee is never quite right. Today I ordered cold brew flat...... it came with milk and vanilla..... they did exchange it. When I pulled off I sipped it to realize it was not a cold brew...... it tasted of iced coffee. Now I have to wait to drive back...... at lunch to return a $4 weak coffee. First time visiting this brand new Starbucks location. The first thing I noticed was how spacious and bright it was inside. I visited during the morning and was impressed with the open space and large windows allowing plenty of sunlight to brighten up the store. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Easy stand alone location to get to with ample parking. Comfortable seating with large tables for groups to gather. Highly recommend this Starbucks for a quick break or a get together. I was out of town for the day and went to this location to get my favorite drink. I was the only customer there on a Saturday; that should have been my first clear. The barista by the name of Abby ignored me and tried to act as if she was busy. When she finally acknowledged my presence if that is what you want to call it. She stood at the cash register and just looked at me. Not once did she greet me. So I looked back at her and said are you taking orders? She mumbled something. No good morning. May I take your order...NOTHING. I ordered my drink but they were out of strawberries. Strike 2. I went ahead and ordered anyway. She made my order and then pushed it at me while her back was turned. Strike 3. I said. Absolutely not. Give me a refund now. No one turns that back on me and pushes food at me like I am trash. Another barista by the name of Amber came up and asked if she could help me. I said I needed a refund and told her that I had never been to a Starbucks and was not greeted or had a drink thrown in my direction. She apologized and gave me a refund. I left angry, humiliated, and still without my drink. This location should be investigated as I can see from the reviews that customer service is an issue at this location. read more

The workers here are really good. They all seem to really work hard and fast, very polite and personable. However the store manager never seems to order enough supplies. I constantly feel like while im going here every-time they are out of something if its a cream, shots, the actual coffee or whatever. Who ever is making the order needs to do more so. This is the largest and most beautiful Starbucks I've ever seen! Every time I go, there are a good number of open tables (maybe because it's summer and college isn't in), which is super super comfortable if you like having your own space. It's beautifully designed, quiet, clean, and cool with baristas that are seriously well trained. Lots of snacks, natural lighting, and a variety of seating options. Everyone who works here knows their stuff, so ask if you're unsure what to get or want something new and creative made. Horrible service. Took my niece for a cake pop on our fun day. It's sad to see people that hate their job. The girl took our order then Ignored us and pretended to be busy. I was not a fan of this Starbucks when they first opened. I am a CNU student and when I heard there was going to be a Starbucks located 0.2 miles from my apartment I was thrilled (my wallet was not as thrilled). I went there a few times and I was disappointed by the service and quality of my purchases. HOWEVER, they must have retrained or hired new baristas because my opinion of this location has completely changed. I've been coming here frequently to work on school stuff this semesterand getting a coffee (or two). I really love the atmosphere, the baristas are extremely friendly, and all of my orders from my recent visits have been perfection! The music is at a great volume, noticeable but not distracting. My favorite is when they play old music like Billie Holiday and Nat King Cole (not sure what that genre is but I love it). Also this is kind of irrelevant but I a HUGE fan of the wall paper.
