We went through this drive through this morning and had a pleasant experience. The line moved quickly, & Alexa & Sydney were both amazing! Although they put the wrong "walls" on my drink order, they were pleasant & apologetic, and even gave me the wrong one for free! So we ended up with two venti coffees instead of one. So sweet!! I don't know what's going on at this location -- it used to be my favorite of all the local Starbucks in the area. But good luck getting anywhere on time if you stop for drive-thru here, you'll be waiting 20+ minutes. This is a relatively recent change from several months back so I don't know if it's a management issue or just a whole bunch of new employees all being trained (very slowly) or what, but after several occurrences of the same nature over a few weeks' time, I finally gave in and switched to another store. The product is good (when you finally get it) but if there are ANY cars in line when you get there, be prepared to wait. I started clocking it on the last 2 incidents and it was 10+ minutes before I even got to the order screen, when I was only the 3rd car from it. read more

Pretty typical Starbucks with a drive-thru. The staff are always friendly, despite the serve times being hit or miss (due to staffing levels and the higher volume of drive-thru customers). The inside is not that big, but I've never seen it more than half full. Overall, this location seems to have far fewer inside customers than the Starbucks that's less than a mile away at the intersection of Oyster Point & Jefferson, so it's a pretty reliable option if you're looking to sit inside and linger for a while. It's right by my gym and the staff always put me in a good mood, so I'll continue coming to this location. read more

My high school starbucks! Love going here early in the mornings are after a long workout at PF which is right across the street for a Passion Shaken Iced Tea Lemonade. The staff seem to be very consistent as far as service and friendlyness goes. They keep this small location clean and they aren't usually too busy so I can't recall a time where I waited a couple of minutes or so for a drink. The drinks I've ordered are great and despite it's small sized they keep their food items stocked nicely. This is my go-to Starbucks in NN. read more

This is my local starbucks and I've been coming here for as long as its been open. I think it is one of the best run Starbucks in the area, if not the best. The staff is friendly and I have never had a problem with a barista messing up my favorite drink, the coconut milk mocha macchiato. When I was a student I frequented this location more often and while it could get crowded, the noise level was never obnoxious. This is my local Starbucks. I go to it just about every other morning during my work week and on Sundays before church. The staff is amazing to me and my family. They always know my order before I even pull up to the speaker to place it and on Sundays they know what my husband and I want and already have it in for while the kids make their decisions. They are very friendly and always ask how my family is when they aren't with me. I truly feel loved and supported by the staff their. Even when I get someone new and my drink is off a little they fix it and get it taken care of. Been going there for years. It is my Starbucks location of choice. read more

Typical Starbucks fare. Staff was friendly but seemed to be understaffed for the day. Was little slow inside the store for a Sunday.

First off i love starbucks. However i will probably never return to this one. I made a drive thru order of 4 sandwiches and a wrap and did not realize until i was home that they had only included two sandwiches in the bag. Not a big deal, just go back with the receipt and get the sandwiches. WRONG! Firstly, i called to ensure that they still had the sandwiches and i could still come pick them up. Well instead of being helped i was told that they have a full proof system and its impossible that they made a mistake and i must have gotten the sandwiches. I was pretty much called a liar and told to call corporate or either come back and buy more sandwiches. I tried the corporate number and they said their systems were down and they couldnt help me. Then i tried calling the starbucks again to explain that corporate couldnt help me. And when i did they told me they couldnt do anything for me and they assured me they hadnt made a mistake and i got my complete order. The woman i talked to even offered to give me the corporate number. And when i tried calling again they ignored my calls. So pretty much if you go to this starbucks make sure you have your complete order before leaving or else you will not be refunded or able to receive the food you already payed for.
