I love this location being so close to base! I've been to Starbucks throughout Virginia Beach and I just love this location, the outdoor space is the best of any locations close by! Drinks are perfection, breakfast sandwiches are always assembled nicely, they get our orders right! The Baristas are all very friendly and even make the drive through experience pleasant! David is hilarious, he has me and my kids laughing every morning at the drive through! Thumbs up over all at this location! read more

Very weird vibes. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. I stood at the cash register for a couple of minutes before the cashier, who was leaning against the counter directly behind the cash register acknowledged me. This location may need some additional training. read more

New Store!!! I'm a Starbucks crackhead, and chances are... if you visit this store you will see me there. Come by and say hi. I'll likely be studying for this Microsoft Certification too so feel free to buy me a coffee. If not, hi is fine. Its the best thing they could have done to this disappointment of a shopping center. It's really big and the chairs aren't all tightly placed together. We love Starbucks, but this particular location has botched our coffee orders on both visits. Forgetting sugar. Forgetting creamers. Wrong flavors. Yes, they quickly made things right when pointed out, but both times wasted busy time, having to go back around the drive-thru and long car lines. Inconvenience, when it should be pretty darn easy to get peoples coffee orders right. I mean, it's not rocket science. It's all they have to do....put the orders out right. We still go to this location because its close, but I just cant give them a glowing review. Very very convenient location!! Always lots of parking available. Not very busy and lots of seating available. Lots of out doors searing also available. I have given them so many chances and yesterday pretty much was the worst i go threw drive thru they tell me something different every time I order the same thing they have yet to get an order right it's frustrating when I spend so much money there I got to work and couldn't figure it what was different until I opened it up and it was milk .. There is a fly in the food case. I alerted 2 employees who thanked me then did nothing. Needless to say I only ordered a drink.

You may want to rethink using this location. My past three visits have been a disaster. How long should it take to make a cup of tea? A long time, if you forget about it and move on to the next customer. Twice in a row this happened. Oh and the third time I get the wrong cup of tea. Tea consists of water and tea. No milk required. UPDATE: gave this location another try today with miserable results again. Walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 5 employees talked and joked with themselves. Only one employee acknowledged my presence. Walked out without anybody offering any service. Had to go thru the drive thru to get a simple cup of tea. Mentioned to the drive thru worker my experience inside the store. She comped my tea but that really isn't the issue. Apparently they don't train their employees in customer service. read more

Pros: nice location, convenient, drinks are always well made, generally good staff. Plentiful seating inside and out. Clean. Negatives: Drive-thru customers obviously get preferential treatment; more than once have waited 10 minutes or more just to have my order taken while the three or four folks working scrambled to get those to go orders made (obvious that they are timed). There are really only a few basic tenets of the food service industry. I should think the provision of tasty food and drink is important. So are friendly and knowledgeable servers. A clean, inviting environment is key. But surely, most important of all these elemental components is this. BE OPEN! I drove to this Starbucks at 5:50 a.m. and they were closed, even though their posted hours of business indicated that they open at 5:00 a.m. So, in desperate need of coffee I indulged them another ten minutes thinking perhaps, somehow, they forgot they opened at 5, not 6. Don't waste your time at this location. The staff has no idea what is going on. Today I ordered a dragon drink ,the pineapple passion fruit lemonade refresher, 2 cake pops. I pull up to the window to be told that they are out of dragon fruit but don't worry it will taste the same just won't be the right color, I asked for a refund for the dragon drink. How does a dragon drink taste the same with out the dragon fruit? She asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes, she issues the refund and says have a great day. Meanwhile I sat in the drive thru as she walked away because I had not received the other drink or the cake pops I paid for. Someone finally come back and I explain why I'm still waiting. She hands me the cake pops and the drink. My boyfriend takes a sip of his drink and says I don't think this is what I ordered, it sure was NOT the drink he ordered. We were given a drink with coconut milk. I'm very confused on how the employee asked if I wanted water or lemonade, I say lemonade and we get a drink with not one drop of lemonade. Mind you I was the only car in the drive thru and when I past by the front of the building there was 1 customer inside. I go to this location because it is close to my house but time and time again they prove I really should just travel to a different location between the rudeness of the employees some days and just the complete lack of care. Some of the nicest baristas i've met have been at this starbucks don't get me wrong but this starbucks has very clear management issues. the list of employees is constantly changing, the location is constantly shutting down due to being short staffed, drinks are frequently made incorrectly because the staff is always so new. just this morning my drink was made three times, the first time my vanilla iced coffee with oat milk was nearly black. i told them that i was so sorry but the drink didn't look right to which she repeated my order to me with attitude and i said yes but that doesn't have any creamer in it to which she snatched the drink back out of my hand and dumped it out. just a little cup of oat milk would have been sufficient but she decides the whole drink needs to be remade. the second drink i kid you not is just a cup of oat milk. it's completely white. my only reaction was to ask if she was kidding. no one on earth drinks their coffee like that, so i assume this was just because the barista was irritated at having to remake the drink but i was the only person they were serving. no one else in the drive thru, not even anyone ordering. the final drink was watered down but i took it and left. waste of money. very disappointing. get it together starbucks little creek location! read more

My family and I had horrible costumer service yesterday (8/29/15) when I came into this location. The barista was very rude and gave us a wrong order and when we asked nicely that we received a wrong order, she insisted that it wasn't wrong. And that is what we ordered. Again, we told her it was supposed to have coffee in it, not one of the creme based fraps. She snatched the cup from us and threw it away and said shed make us another one. I was also waiting for part of our order, which she forgot. As I'm standing there waiting she turned to look at me and asked rudely if I was waiting for something. I simply told her I was waiting on my drink. To which her reply was "opps sorry guess everyone wants this drink today." And proceeded to give me someone else's order from the drive through. Both of the drinks we received were poorly made and didn't taste anything like what we had ordered. I will not be visiting this location in the future. read more

So I frequently go to this location because it is the closest to home. I go here 2-3 times a week (always drive thru.) It can be absolutely terrible if you go on the wrong day or wrong time. I consistently have a long waiting period (which I get compensated with a gift card somtimes so, I cant completely complain but when I'm there for 15-25 minutes with kids screaming in the car it feels like hours) and somtimes my drink just down right sucks, but there are these 2 guys that when they are there the service and drinks are BOMB. Seriously. I get extremely excited if one of them is my barista because my drink is always perfect, especially when I order the pink drink. I wish i knew their names so I can call them out, but one was the barista today around 1 pm. There is seriously no one else that ever makes my drink any perfectly than them and I will continue to go to this location because of that. Last several times there have been underwhelming, and today I got a coffee that was lukewarm and clearly outdated and bitter. Down the road I ran into a Dunkin' Donuts, got the same size coffee and the same type biscuit for $2.50 less. Hmmm. read more

This is hands down one of the best Starbucks on the south side. Everyone here is very friendly and willing to answer questions (not all of us are seasoned veteran Starbucks customers lol). They are also great at giving suggestions on how to customize any drink to make it even better. Always clean on the inside and quick through the drive thru. Highly recommend this location. NOISY!!! The employees here are rowdy and make more noise than the all the customers put together. Given that the floors are tiled and there isn't much to absorb sounds. So, when you combine the blender, the cackling employees, and the waaaay too loud music, this location leaves nothing to be desired. I will probably drive down to the Starbucks on Northampton which is 3 miles further than where I live just for a more peaceful environment. read more

Went there today and the lady who helped me at the drive thru was wonderful! She was so upbeat and really made my experience great. I ordered two drinks, one of which was a black tea. She said they had just ran out and that it would be a few minutes because they had to brew more. I didn't mind waiting at all, but she handed me a $4.00 off card for my next visit and apologized for the wait.
