Workers were nice. It was clean. Not crowded. This outlet is nice and has free WiFi. My wife got the Dubai matcha. She really likes them. I got a matcha latte and it was good. We also got a piece of the cinnamon coffee cake. That was pretty good too. I don't love chains but Starbucks is fairly consistent.

'Twas Friday night after Christmas and all through this 'bucks, we were the only customers yet strangely still stuck. Mobile ordered a caramel macchiato with extra shot in venti, you'd think 4 total baristas working would be plenty. Patrons then grew more while we stood by, waiting 8 minutes for 1 drink nearly made me cry. When out of the cup poured such a fright, my wife's face frowned, "this wasn't made right." Back to the counter it went described as bland, half-full and unsweet, cashier kindly acknowledged their negligent defeat. Lacking confidence and concerned by yet another wait, female barista made haste, "if it's wrong again, say so don't hesitate." Full second cup was a tasteful delight, Merry Christmas to all despite robbing 15 minutes of your night. When spending $6 on a cup of coffee, I appreciated their willingness to correct the mistake; fact remains, when there's little to no other customers, long waits shouldn't happen but, if they do, reward patrons with quality. Like the indoor and outdoor seating along with self-serve water container on the far right counter.

One of the cleanest and organized Starbucks I've been to, ordered my normal Venti Iced white chocolate mocha with extra caramel drizzle with sweet cream foam. Starbucks staff were really friendly generous and committed to great customer service. Don't really come to Norfolk Prime Outlets that often but would come back to this Starbucks establishment any time.

Starbucks has turned into a classic coffee shop. There is no specialty to it, but I think what keeps people coming back is that it's dependable. You know what to expect & you're able to expect a good drink. This Starbucks was relatively clean. The table still had crumbs on it. Since it was a cold day at the outlet mall, many people wanted to hang out inside the Starbucks so getting a table was half luck.

I love this Starbucks location! It's at the Norfolk Premium Outlets; no shopping center is complete without one, in my opinion. It's very spacious, bright, and beautiful. Some of their decor makes them stand out from other locations. They have leather seats, and leather kind of ottoman-like, stools. They have a black wall, near where you pick up your drinks, with a mermaid drawn on it, in white paint, to look chalk-like. Love it. See pics. What makes them stand out the most (so far, until more locations get it,) is that they serve Nitro Cold brew. Cold brew Coffee on tap! They have a regular Nitro, also a Nitro Freddo, which she said is similar, but with foam. My fiancé ordered the Nitro, and I know it's cold brew and doesn't need ice, but I prefer everything with ice. Even plain milk, I know, I'm weird. It even comes with a cool and different lid! See pics. I had my usual Iced Americano with nonfat milk + 6 pumps SF Vanilla. The ladies working were super nice. Love it here. I will definitely return, because I will always come to shop at these outlets, and will always need and want coffee!

This Starbucks located in the Norfolk Outlets is probably one of the biggest Starbucks locations I've ever encountered. It's nicely decorated with loads of seating for patrons. I came on a rainy Sunday and there was quite a bit of people in line but the baristas quickly handled it and got our orders out quicker than I expected. Everyone was friendly and helpful and served me with a smile. Good experience. Good drinks. Way to go!

This review actually has two great businesses because I visited Klassic Doughnut's food truck too! Ok first things first. Every Wednesday through this Summer Klassic Doughnuts food stand will be available at COVA 8-11 AM. They are in my opinion the best cake doughnuts in our area. They are a major draw for COVA. I purchased a few to go. With COVA I specifically wanted to try their coffee. I was blown away upon arrival to see their outdoor space. It's huge and beautiful. On a weekday at 11 AM without school even out was busy! The counter service was helpful and friendly. I told the staff I wanted a black coffee and was directed to what beans were being offered. I opted for an Ethiopian pour over. The coffee comes in a large and priced competitive. It took a bit with being busy and a pour over, but boy was the wait worth it. Probably the best coffee I've had in any recent memory and I drink a lot of coffee. The space inside is compact, but they offer a side patio that's covered too! COVA is late to offering coffee, maybe 5 years or so. However, they are established with brewing award winning beer. I chatted with a female brewer a minute who was so sweet and invited me back for a glass. They also have a bakery case with offerings that looked good. So I need to return. So exciting to share such a gem in East Beach. Parking may be an issue, but off street neighborhood streets are available.

The atmosphere was welcoming with pictures of the Old Ocean View Amusement park which was like a walk down memory lane for this Norfolk girl having spent many days at the park as a young child. A very pleasant employee greeted us as we arrived. I chose the S'mores latte which was absolutely phenomenal, as was the snickerdoodle cookie. The egg scramblers in the display case looked so good, we got those to take home with us. I will definitely be returning to this gem. On the way out I noticed a water bowl just outside the front door for dogs. Great coffee and pet friendly, who could ask for more?

It operates out of Toast on weekdays and Perro Blanco on weekends. I ended up circling the block for a while trying to find it because I had no idea where it was located. Apparently they mention this on Instagram, but since I don't have Instagram, I only figured it out after the fact. I can't help but wonder how many potential customers end up at Mea Culpa Coffee, which is right behind Toast and much easier to identify as a coffee shop. Once I went inside Toast and asked, the cashier explained that I was already in the right place. Mystery solved. I ordered the iced blueberry lemon zest matcha latte with coconut milk, and it was genuinely delicious. The blueberry and lemon complemented the matcha really well, making for a refreshing drink that wasn't overly sweet. My only hesitation is the price. At $9, it felt a bit steep for a drink that appeared to be about 16 ounces and was filled almost entirely with ice. While I enjoyed it and would order it again, I'd have a hard time justifying the price on a regular basis. Overall, the quality of the drink was excellent, but I think Kobros could make the experience even better by making their location more obvious outside of Instagram and offering a little more value for the price.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte: Every note balances each other out with minimal sweetness and an exaggerated flavor. I can confidently say this is one of the FEW places i've ever gotten coffee.
