A unsweetened Black tea and bacon Gouda. Efficient pick up of the items and a smile from staff. I have steered away from Starbucks and can see coming back somewhat more. But the times of going four to five days a week are gone. It's too expensive and does not fit my healthy lifestyle changes. read more

THIS STARBUCKS IS TERRIBLE! I'm extremely disappointed that Starbucks decided to close the Kings Grant location. That store was consistent, friendly, and always delivered great quality everything a Starbucks should be. Unfortunately, the Little Neck location has been the complete opposite. The coffee is never the same twice often burnt, watered down, or poorly made and the food quality is unacceptable. Sandwiches are frequently undercooked or so overdone they're almost inedible. It's honestly frustrating that the dependable Kings Grant store was shut down while this one continues to operate with such low standards. I hope Starbucks reconsiders the decision and takes a serious look at improving the quality and consistency at Little Neck. read more

This was my very first time at this Starbucks location. As I make a sharp right into the parking lot, I immediately had to slam my breaks, for I was faced with a intense DriveThru Line. I decided after a 10 minute wait that I would take my chances and enter to order. Low ans behold I was instantly greeted with salutations and a smiling face by an associate. There was no line and my order was quickly taken. I was in and out within 5 minutes with a smile on my fave and a toasty breakfast sandwich. All I can say is great service. I ordered the impossible sausage ciabatta breakfast sandwich. I highly Reccomend if you are an meat eater but would like to try a healthier alternative. I can't believe the sausage is non meat! Omgeee this location! Slow and never make my simple order right. The drive through is awkward as you have to drive through a parking lot with the neighboring business. And don't think about parking because there's barely none. So my drink is never properly made. Here's an example.... triple espresso with stevia over ice, coconut milk. Simple right? Not for them! They don't melt the sugar in the hot espresso instead the sugar crystals are all on the bottom of the cup. So when I place my order I have to tell them to please make sure the sugar is melted and once again.... nope crystals! I really think they're doing it on purpose!! The baristas are very slow and just lack the skills of making any of the drinks. This SBUX is the closest location to my destination I am have to be at couple days of the week, I suffer through but now I'm just going to skip my whole SBUX run on those days! read more

Ask any of my friends and they will tell you that I love Starbucks. I go all the time. This was my first time going to this one and it wasn't good. I went through the drive thru and it went really quick. Sounds good, right? Well I figured out why is went quickly. They made my iced tea wrong. I asked for only 2 pumps of sweetener because I don't like it too sweet, and I'm pretty sure they gave me two extra instead? I'm not sure to be honest. All I know is I was basically drinking sugar. This Starbucks location is the closest to our new house, so naturally I've visited way more times than I'd like to admit. And I can confidently say that the coffee at this location is consistently amazing! The drive-thru line is a little bizarre but I've gotten used to it. The past few times I've been, they've had the same barista standing outside taking orders (Chick-fil-A style). She's the one with brown hair and pretty makeup... love her! She's so friendly. I'm always lounging here when I'm getting my oil change done at Hall Honda next door. Service is excellent and patient. I eavesdrop on dumb questions because I feel the plight of being a barista, and honestly, it's not as bad as other places. Maybe I'm just not in at peak... nasty-customer time. There are a lot of regulars on Saturday mornings as I typically get my oil change done then, and they're all super friendly. I like how quick the service is, and I love not getting rushed when I'm thinking about my ridiculous order for my free drink. I've never had a drink gone wrong here nor have I experienced bad service. The location is convenient to Hall Honda, a neighborhood, and offices, so I'm sure they stay consistently busy. FORGET the parking here. Not the ideal spot to study because you need to find a spot for parking as well as getting out safely. Good service overall, consistent product, yet small confines. The drive-thru alone is one that can easily block you in if you aren't careful. Strongly advise the traveler to park within the back lot & walk in, as opposed to parking on the side. If you park on the side of the store, you will be blocked in! No doubt about it. Clean. Welcoming. Nice staff. I walked in having no idea what the keto white drink is...yes, I'm on keto right now so I have to know exactly what goes in my food and drinks. The cashier was patient and examined the link on my mobile then explained to me it's only cold coffee and heavy cream. I can choose to add sugar free syrup if I like. Opted out due to sugar alcohols. I paid just over $3 and it was ready in 15 seconds. Score. It was good. The reason I gave 4 stars is the display case with all the food options. Not all Starbucks are created equal but I like this one simply for its location and drive-thru services. I travel on the Blvd quite often so with that said, I come here a lot. I've never been inside because I'm usually always on the go so drive-thru it is! My drink of choice(s) are: Toffee Nut Hazelnut Iced Coffee with Cream and Classic Syrup. I know, I know - let's call it what it is: coffee flavored sugar. And that's how I like my coffee. Point blank. It makes me happy. And jittery. And I feel like a superhero when I get sh*t done. LoL!!!!! During the holidays I do like to partake in their holiday flavors from time to time and I even like to try their special, limited flavors, too, sometimes. Being as my drinks are pretty self explanatory with exact instructions, my drinks are always made correctly here. Then they put the car in the back lot until I call for the 30th time, at which point they bring it back into the garage, put some paper floor mats in it, and hand me a bill for $753.37. Needless to say, the staff at this Starbucks have gotten to hear me at my worst. Let's consider the half conversations they hear during a typical James R visit: "Yes, this is he." "It will take HOW long??" "You want HOW MUCH????? Is your abacus broken today? You know that this is a Honda Fit and not a Bentley, right?" "Do I really look that stupid?" "I'm coming right over, don't touch a damn thing on the car. And I'm bringing my lawyer. What? Yes, of course. Put the paper floor mats in." In essence, this poor Starbucks is merely a backdrop for the human tragedy that is car repair....but...if they were to get it wrong, the Yelp Elitist Coffee Snobs would be all over the place with negative star ratings. Even though I've never been inside this location, I enjoy the container look Starbucks is giving some of their locations (hopefully not all though - I still enjoy my work sessions inside once in a while). Everyone is extremely nice in this location though, just talking to them makes my mornings as they always make a point to ask how I am and what's in store for my day - sorry people behind me, they're just that nice! Hopefully, to everyone. For some reason, they can sense when I'm feeling especially tired and manage to give me a treat and a nice little chit-chat. They know how to not be annoying at it too (socially awkward problems), so I never feel uncomfortable when ordering and taking my time. As for drinks and food, it's Starbucks. My sister and I stopped in to get ourselves some drinks from this location and weren't greeted or tended to, even after ordering. The lady who took our order was unresponsive and unhelpful; she was very abrupt and curt with us. We were the only customers in the store, and the line wasn't long, yet none of the other baristas greeted us. The staff were wonderful. They were incredibly friendly and I think everyone said hello to us at some point during our visit. They were prompt with our order and made them exactly as we asked. They must enjoy their job because they were laughing and joking. They had us laughing! My one complaint is this is by far the noisiest Starbucks we've ever visited. And we've been to a lot. I don't know if the shop was poorly designed, or if it's the layout, maybe too much metal so sound isn't absorbed... I don't know....but we were constantly barraged with the whir of the blender, clinking ice being put in cups, clanking items put on the counter, etc. We were trying to have a meeting but it was impossible. We decided to work on reports but it was so loud I couldn't concentrate. Neither of us has ever experienced this at a Starbucks. Went in last night and ordered 2 seasonal drinks, both with almond milk and no whipped cream as neither of us use dairy. One came with whip so we pointed out that we had ordered it without....she proceeds to scoop the layer of whip off the top and when I pointed out that they can't have dairy she said "yeah, i took it off". I'm surprised that there aren't any reviews for this Starbucks along the BLVD. There is usually a line for the drive-thru and the mornings are really busy. First off, my review might be slightly biased because this Starbucks is literally 10 feet from my work. I get my morning drink almost every single day and sometimes even an afternoon drink. Yes, I know I am addicted and it's bad! Anyways, since I'm a regular, I've been helped by pretty much all of their employees. The baristas are very friendly and know me by my name. I recall a handful of times when my drink was already prepared before I even paid. They get bonus points because my drink has certain specifications. That's awesome customer service! I honestly don't know how they manage to remember so many customer's drinks. I have been a customer at a lot of Sbux locations in Hampton Roads, but this location makes my coffees, lattes, and fraps the fastest. I have a lot of favorite Starbucks in the area, and this is one of them. I always go here after I make my trip to Sam's Club which is down the street from this location. Sometimes the drive thru line wraps around the building but it goes quick, unless you have someone in front of you doing a complicated order. But its ok. The lady who takes your order at the drive thru is so nice. Kudos to her for being so friendly and always having a smile on her face. You don't see that much anymore these days. This particular Starbucks is small and parking is limited. If you're here to meet with friends, this is not the place to do so. Other than that there is nothing else for me to say. The lines in Drive thru are so long and they only have like 2 parking spaces to actually park and go inside.
