My grandson and I come here once a month as part of our special "Haircut Saturday" tradition. Because he has sensory processing challenges, I have to physically and mentally prepare him for haircuts -- so having a comforting routine before we go makes all the difference. This location has truly become part of that routine. We absolutely love the convenience of it being inside our favorite Target store, with a CVS pharmacy right there as well. It's genuinely a one-stop shop for us. Everything we need is in one place, which makes our outings smoother and more enjoyable. We pick up snacks, Legos, toys, baby clothes, Diapers, wipes, baby clothes for his two baby sisters Aury and Ameena, dog food and toys for Gracie, Laundry products and our favorite Gardetto Chips mix! Moncho never allows me to buy things just for him, he always put things in the buggy for his 2 baby sisters. I just absolutely adore this kid. The employees here are wonderful -- kind, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their warmth and positive energy make our experience even more special. They help create an environment that feels welcoming and safe, which means so much to us. If I stop at Starbucks alone, the employees always ask me "Where is Moncho". Lol. The seating area may be small, but it's always clean. The tables are tidy, and everything is well stocked -- napkins, straws, stirrers. We love sitting together, sipping our drinks, people-watching, and easing into our day. Afterward, we enjoy our sandwiches and cake pops while strolling through the store, hunting for the latest Lego sets and Barbie toys for his 2 baby sisters. This location also carries the newest Starbucks cups and their most popular coffee beans, which is always a fun bonus for me. I really love my latest purchases the Fall 2025 floral cup and the Charleston SC fun things to do cup. It's our favorite way to begin our long Saturdays together -- a simple but meaningful tradition that we truly cherish. I don't know how much time I will have to enjoy with my grandson because adults become gross at some point but for now, I am in bliss. I highly recommend. I've found myself at this Target more often recently for some reason and every time I do I need a pick me up. This is a Starbucks so that's what you can expect, but I will say that I've had and seen particularly good service. The staff is quick even with the extra Target traffic. More importantly, they're pleasant enough to get your drink right, make suggestions, and stay open after they closed for someone who was looking to pick up some last minute gift cards. read more

Stopped in at Target for an item and grabbed some coffee's to go. Same routine, with a location, service, and food rating. Location: Seemed rather disorganized with tables placed all in a group in the center with not much thought to how people will sit. Used straw paper on tables and floor. Rated a 2. Service: No smiles, but the order process was smooth. They did not have a blond roast, but the barrista said she would make one for us, which was a plus and gave them an extra star. Rated a 2.5 Coffee: What I expect from the chain. Rated a 3. Overall, a 2 for this location. Spend a little time organizing the tables and chairs, and I think I could give them a 3 over all. read more

Nice and roomy. Many tables, couches, and free wifi. Plenty of outside seating for cool days and nights. The baristas are very friendly and engaging. I like that. Makes me feel like I'm with friends. The coffee and desserts are always great, fresh and indulgent. I like that they are putting out sugar in packets now, instead of the "free pour" container. And hanging out with my boyfriend there while we surf the net Would like more variety of hot teas maybe, but not really complaining. I'm glad they upgraded their furniture and got new chairs awhile back and replaced the dirty orangy ones they used to have. Great Starbucks location. Standard fanfare but the temperature was not too cold or hot, and the lighting was perfect. It has a decent sized outdoor seating. The inside is well laid out, with a long work table with plugins underneath the sides near your thighs for easy access. It's perfect for the TTC students who go there to study and down some coffee! The soft chars are comfy and I constantly see employees cleaning up the chairs and tables, making sure they are clean for everyone, including the leather chairs! I cannot STAND this starbucks. This is the one inside target. The first time I visited this location I ordered my usual semi complex drink and even was telling the barista how it is usually rang in and a step by step in how to make it. The girl at the register was just in shock and the women behind her said "you know what? If you want that drink go across the street they'll make it for you." I've never been so enraged in my life. I work food and bev and I bartend so I have a fair amount of patience with things like this but that was absolutely uncalled for. I had boycotted this location for a long time. Recently I owed a friend a coffee and we were in target already and they just wanted one from this location. She ordered hers and I ordered mine. I clearly ordered a grande and was handed the exact same thing as what my friend ordered in a tall. Not what I had ordered at all. I do not recommend this location if your drink is any sort of off menu bc they will screw it up and overcharge you. Horrible. More training and menu knowledge is needed all the way across the board. Skip this starbucks and take the 4 minutes to go to the one across the street next to panda express. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times in the past month and have never really had any problems. The first time I went here it was rather late but the girl behind the counter was friendly and polite and made my drink right away. The second time it was in the middle of the day and there were two guys behind the counter. Both of them seemed to be pretty new to the job. (I know this because they were talking about it.) The one guy making the drinks was taking his time, and did take quite a while to finally get my one refresher. I was kind of of surprised that two brand new employees were running it by themselves. But they seemed to do a decent job for being new. They need to work on the waiting time at this location. read more

This location is great because of the drive-thru, however the traffic is heavy surrounding the area, so be forewarned. Even getting in to the drive-thru can be a bit of a challenge, but if you can't get out of your car (sleeping toddler anyone?), it's the best thing ever!!! I love to actually park and go inside this one. The atmosphere is a mixed vibe of definitely Starbucks, but with a hint of a real cafe! There are some folks who can work in this atmosphere and there is a nice outdoor area with seating as well, although you're right by the end of the drive-thru and facing Rivers Ave, it somehow still manages to be somewhat relaxing! They have all the regular coffee, most importantly, the cold brew. It's pretty good! And I don't know if it's just because I get the cold brew plain, but service is also pretty good and not too long of a wait. Special note: If you don't know how long it takes to make an Espresso, you shouldn't complain about the wait time whilst in a drive-thru. read more

I love Starbucks, but this was the worst experience at a drive through anywhere. I was 4 or 5 cars back and the entire process took 23 minutes. Each person in front appeared to order just one drink. We officially placed our order at the speaker at 1:48 (per the cup) and didn't get it till after 2:00. The batista at the window didn't acknowledge my wait or anything like that. She actually just said the cost and thank you. The problem is your can't leave because the drive through lane is blocked by a curb. Oh, and they had plenty of people working and we saw two people walk in and then walk out with their order. I ordered a tall americano, had no one ahead of me in line, and waiting for my drink for 20 minutes watching no less than 6 staff members scurry around doing other things. When I finally got my drink, it was handed to me with a curt apology, and it was lukewarm. I sent it back. Because I was already late getting back to work, I called and spoke to a manager who offered little more than another curt apology. Typical coffee shop but with an open interior so you won't feel cramped inside trying to maneuver around. There's wifi available and it's a decent distance from one of the local technical colleges. Staff at the drive thru window are generally very nice, but the amount of time it takes to get a coffee is often greater than ten minutes.
