So much more than a cafe. Great breakfast, lunch, and now dinner! Chicken Cesar wrap, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast burrito all top notch.

You have to order at a kiosk instead of with the people in the cafe, which wouldn't be a problem if the computer system had accurate information about the inventory. Multiple people ordered something and waited a while just to be told they were out of what they already ordered and paid for. If they're out of something, people should know right away, not 20-30 minutes after we ordered and have been waiting. I switched to the cookie butter latte after being told they were out of what I ordered. It was very bland in flavor. The cookie butter was just stuck to the side of the cup and not incorporated into the flavor of the drink. read more

I think this place was good, just not a must have. It's a pretty small space so it gets cramped fast. They do work quick but the line also built up quick. My friend and I liked our coffee's but it honestly tasted the same as an at home coffee and my wafer was soggy by the time I got my drink. I had high expectations so I was a little sad it didn't blow me away. read more

This small coffee -breakfast place is pretty cute! Located on King Street and has a pretty palm leaves painting inside. They decorate it with some Christmas decor and look so cute! I came for an iced coffee and ordered their iced coffee gingerbread latte and pretty happy with my order. Will visit this place again next time. read more

Met up here with a friend and honestly I was sad regarding my drink, vibes, and lack of hospitality... We came on a Saturday afternoon around 12pm, they were slammed packed. The store is really really small so every table was full, people were standing around, and it was just really busy in there. As you're waiting for your drink you just feel like you're in the way. The whole set up is odd, they weren't taking orders at the register but instead had these kiosks you order from. The drink I wanted, a banana bread matcha wasn't on the kiosk menu so I had to flag someone down and ask how to order it. They told me to write it in the special requests section so I did. Whats so sad though, is they kinda are taking a loss because on their printed hanging menu the banana bread matcha is around $7.50 but on the kiosk because it wasn't listed it was like $5.25 instead, (just trying to let yall know so you don't miss out on $) But anyways I got lucky... because honestly I didn't even drink the entire matcha because it was EXTREMELY sweet. Like a gross sweetness level. In the photo attached you can see all the sugar left on the bottom. If I knew this place made them that sweet I'd ask for half sweet. I didn't bother to ask them to remake it because we waited about 10 minutes for our order and at the point we were just ready to go. So I just waited awhile until the ice melted so it was watered down. Not sure if it was just a bad day to visit there as maybe the staff were overwhelmed due to the busyness. I was excited about this new cafe on king street. The coffee is excellent and the food is very good. There is a lot of variety. The paint is the same as when it was cafecito, but the vibe is different with a young and trendy feel. I tried the Dubai Latte with Espresso (as opposed to Matcha) and I was super impressed. It tasted so good and was rich without being sickening or over sweet. I also had the strawberry cream cheese danish and I was super happy with it. I will definitely be back especially since there are a lot of fresh ideas for coffee here and the prices are very reasonable. It's a small cafe without a lot of hang out space, but it's good if you're on the go. read more

I ordered a peach iced tea for my wife and had to ask them to add ice to it. I also ordered an iced London fog and before I ordered, confirmed they could do it that way. A guy working (who appeared to be the owner) said to the girls working you need to tell them we can't do a London fog iced. The drink was trash and I tossed it after 1 sip. Small place with seating for maybe 10 people. Ordering was done through kiosk which was okay--you could put notes in the order. While the avo toast tasted good, for the price it was skimpy. Very small and maybe 1/4 to half an avocado between two small pieces of bread. Mocha tasted okay and it's nice I could customize as I wanted. We went on Monday around noon, and the place was absolutely packed. The biggest issue was that they only had one employee making all the orders, which made the whole experience feel chaotic and poorly managed. I understand places get busy, but having just one person handling everything during peak hours is not okay. We ended up waiting around 30-35 minutes just to get our coffee, and honestly, it wasn't even worth the wait. The drinks were mid at best -- nothing special, especially considering how long we had to stand there. To make matters worse, the place was dirty. There was trash on the floors, and the overall cleanliness just didn't match what you'd expect from a coffee shop. Between the long wait, average coffee, and lack of cleanliness, it was a really disappointing experience. I wouldn't rush back anytime soon. read more

I stopped in here because it was walking distance meeting someone. If you read a lot of the reviews on here and google- it's the similar- the wait is ridiculous. They move slow. People next to me were saying "We should have gone to Dutch Brothers" and "Do I need to put my barista pants on and go back there?" Another person was waiting some 40 mins for a hot tea. High volume is no excuse. Starbucks also has high volume and gets coffees out in 5-10 mins. They have elaborate drinks like strawberry matcha cold foams and salted caramel cookie butter lattes when they can't quickly make the drinks. 5 people were working and it took 30 mins for 2 plain lattes. After I stood in line 20 mins. I tipped for 50 minute coffee. read more

Sadly, I expected a better experience. I came in with an open mind, not even anticipating how much I'd be comparing this cafe to the previous one at this location. It went from mom and pop vibes with the friendly owners and employees, to a kiosk screen, zero customer service and a messy environment. Besides painting a few walls and slapping some peel and stick tile on the bar, the design remains the same. The kitchen looked to be an open storage unit filled with storage racks and boxes. The barstool area in the back could have been a really nice place for additional seating and/or personable conversations with the baristas but that's just not what this place is. When I arrived, I really didn't know I HAD to order on the kiosk. I waited at the register for over 5 minutes while the girl working just stared at me not even asking if I needed something. Considering she was the only one on shift I thought I'd give her some time to maybe catch up on orders. It's laughable though because I came in on a very slow afternoon and I was the only person there. Would hate to see this place if they were busy. Eventually I ordered on the kiosk and got the Sweet Palm Signature Latte which was made in an appropriate amount of time. The coffee itself - small, sour, and a whole $10. I'm not sure why a couple shots of espresso, some milk, and a little bit of syrup would ever cost that much but hey, the cost has to compensate the service I guess. I also thought I could get some work done on my computer but the WiFi password was incorrectly posted. Figured it would take me 20 minutes to flag down the worker so I just left. I know a lot of people who love ordering, picking up and moving on with their day. But for me, I'd prefer a more personable place with friendly people if I'm looking to support a small business on King Street. read more

This place is highway robbery. Ordered a CHICKEN caesar salad that didn't have chicken on it... almost 15 bucks by the way. We also got avocado toast that was probably the size of my palm- 10 bucks. Finally we ordered 2 drinks, the salted caramel latte and the banana bread latte. The caramel one was straight salt and somehow sour? Horrible. Not sure if it was just the barista but save yourself the trouble and don't order it. The banana bread latte was so sour. All of this totaled to 42 dollars. Place was tiny and our order took a while to come out. We had to order on some kiosk which was weird too. Disappointed to say the least. read more
