This is a relatively large Starbucks situated in the middle of the Tanger outlet mall. Even at 10:30am when we swung by, it was packed. The baristas did their best to get through everyone's orders, but it was a bit of a wait. The store was pretty clean overall but there were a few pieces of trash on the floor and tables. It was nice to get my caffeine kick satisfied while on the hunt for some good clothing deals!

I liked this Starbucks for its ease of access and cleanliness but it was packed. I did like the seats they offered while waiting by the drink area. I remember where the drink maker may have forgotten a pump or two of the classic syrup but other than that it was all good.

Went on Mother's Day and the store was a wreck. Huge line, no napkins, trash on floor, tables needing to be wiped down, several items we're out of stock, wait time for drink was much longer than usual. Staff was trying to keep up but management should have prepared better with staffing. I will come back and change ranking based on next experience and update notes.

I went here while shopping at Tanger on my birthday. I went in for the Dragon Drink. They were sold out. I purchased the mocha cookie crumble frapp instead to treat myself. I had to wait about ten minutes for the drink. The place was a mess. I had to ask for napkins. All the dispensers were empty. All the trash cans were overflowing. Get it together Starbucks! The drink was good though!

A perfectly standard Starbucks in the Tanger Outlet center. A few seats, a few coolers full of the usual drinks and pastries. Pleasant barista was able to put together a perfectly adequate latte.

A really nice Starbucks and super efficient service. It's a Starbucks so you know the drill. The staff makes the difference. The coffee is consistent.

Underutilized and over staffed, this is a better option for a quick cup of coffee than the full on location down the street. Large seating area given the location is nice too. Snag the leather chairs hidden in the corner for the best people watching spot in the Tanger Outlets.

    Calorie count... Who's counting?

Took the advice of a previous yelper's comment and headed to this location instead of the SBUX down the street for some writing I needed to do and soooo glad I listened! Nice baristas, large seating area, good flow of inspiration and people watching. Most people don't linger long... They have some deals to find!

This Starbucks frequently gets my order entirely wrong. I used the app to order a green tea latte, but a chai tea latte was waiting on me.

We ordered the chai latte, cold brew with caramel and oat milk, and a slice of earl grey carrot cake. We added sweet coconut cold foam to both drinks. I was astonished to pay $19 for those 2 drinks and another $8 for a very small slice of cake. Chai latte- Found it to be okay...nothing super special about it. Cold brew- It reminded me of this specific sesame grain drink with barely any coffee taste. Could not finish. Carrot cake- It was moist and the frosting was good. No part of it tasted like earl grey imo. I would skip on the sweet coconut cold foam as it barely provides sweetness to your drink, which in turn, is not worth the additional cost. Overall, it was a nice place to cool down and the atmosphere was alright. The interior is aesthetic and well designed. Coffee is not really special and cake is good. Wallet may shed a tear.

My gripe is that they use Minor Figures oatmilk which, in my opinion, ruins espresso-based drinks. I always ask what oatmilk is used before I order. Do a blind taste test against oatly...trust me. I also liked the patio out back. I hope that area continues to blossom!!

We were the only customers at the time, which I appreciated because it gave us time to review the menu & chat with the gentleman behind the counter without worrying about feeling rushed, etc. The spot is cute, with plenty of parking, seating inside and out, and it gives off a nice, cozy vintage vibe. He gave us time to look at the signature drinks, offered information, let us ask questions, etc. He was very nice! I landed on the Biscoff Bliss and as a fun tidbit - they offer Small, Medium, and Large, but they also have a "bucket" size - which we found intriguing & of course went for the bucket! It's essentially one of those "to-go" soup containers and they make a hole in the lid to fit a large boba tea sized straw. It also had like 5 shots of espresso in it and even at 3pm, I'm down for! That was literally the best coffee I have tried in a long time. It was delicious and there was so much of it that I got to enjoy it for the rest of the afternoon! As a side note, the 2nd time I went, I ordered the same thing & another barista made it. It was good, but not as good as the first one I had. The prices are great and I love supporting a small business over a chain. So you should definitely pay a visit to The Bean Counter!

The customer service was exceptional--friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment we pulled up. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the drinks and food. It's conveniently located on the corner of North Rhett and Remount Road. We ordered the Caramelicious Peanut Butter Cup Latte with an extra shot of espresso, the Caramelicious Caramel Latte with an extra shot of espresso, and the Fudgelicious Latte with an extra shot of espresso. Every drink was rich, smooth, and packed with flavor. The extra espresso gave each latte the perfect boost without overpowering the delicious caramel, peanut butter, and chocolate flavors. We also ordered two sides of the all-beef mini sliders on pretzel buns, and they were surprisingly delicious! The sliders were juicy, flavorful, and the soft pretzel buns made them even better. They paired perfectly with our coffee drinks. Overall, Scooter's Coffee delivered amazing flavors, excellent customer service, and a quick, convenient drive-thru experience.
