Came from out of town for a visit, and had to see what the 7Brew online hype was all about! I got the Cloud 9 Iced Matcha Latte, & a Decaf hot latte. Im writing this review based off my drink, the iced Matcha latte. I'm personally not a big fan of sweet drinks, and I found this matcha latte to be very sweet. That being said, I got to try a sip of the hot latte & it was delicious! Very aromatic & strong. Service was really friendly, & fast. The only downside was the drive through, which felt a little cramped. read more

Is it me? On two different occasions I observed workers petting dogs. That's not sanitary and they're handling people's drink.

Coffee is the fuel for early morning Americans, used to jumpstart our body. That said, setting yourself apart takes effort with all the popups on every street corner. That means location, customer service, quality product needs to be on point or someone else will do it better. Does Seven Brew meet all of the qualifications? Well, it meets a couple but I'll let you all be the judge. Located in a safe yet a challenging location to access during busy hours, I thought Seven Brew would have more cars lined up compared to other facilities I've tried in other states. However I'm not complaining as I was able to zip in and out; thus getting my large cup of coffee rather quickly. My first visit in SC, I modified their hot Sweet & Salty creation. Man, it was good! A medium roasted blend with a salted caramel and white chocolate breve but I added an extra shot of chocolate and added one shot of vanilla. The first sip the nose picks up on the coffee which immediately is replaced by a sweetness hitting the nose. Then the mouth senses the nice salt and caramel bathing the tongue and as it dissipates then white chocolate takes over, smoothing out the whole experience. Literally I couldn't wait for the next day as I wanted to try it again to certify my first visit's experience. This time I opted for a hot Smooth 7 which has white chocolate and Irish crème breve. This one had a subtle change in flavor but the Irish cream hits a little different. Instead of the salt being the first on the palate, the cream had that barely noticeable whiskey flavor elevating the experience then being once again rounded out by the white chocolate. To be honest I'm not sure which drink was better as they both offered subtle differences; equal in enjoyment. One aspect I didn't like was the fact I don't have their menu memorized. So, when I asked the very nice car attendant if they had a menu, she couldn't make a suggestion nor let me see a menu on her pad, therefore I had to use my phone. Think about that for a second, they don't have an easily accessible menu for the convince of the customer. It would be nice to know their base offerings in addition to a lot of flavored syrups to customize your flavor needs. To summarize on a Saturday morning after the 4th of July no cars thus a quick experience of great coffee. On busier days a lot more cars 7 Brew has horrible accessibility and do your research before pulling up. read more

First visit was very pleasant! Employees were friendly and offered suggestions. Cinnamon roll latte was delicious, not too sweet but sweet enough. They have energy drinks and smoothies as well, which I did not know. So many flavors of syrups and sauces. The drive thru can get a little backed up during peak hours. I'll be back! read more

I am torn, honestly. I really like my "go to" drinks from 7 Brew. The staff here is young, but friendly. Getting the same drink doesn't always taste the same, but for the most part, I don't have any issues with my orders or flavor. My biggest issue with this location is the set up. I know the space is limited and not much can be done now, but it's a strange layout getting in and out, and the lines don't seem to move at the same pace - one always moves far faster than the other. read more

This was my second visit and the service and drinks were wonderful. I ordered the German chocolate - the second visit added the cold foam on top. So good. They've created an addict. There are two lines when pulling in- you just hop in the shortest - a barista will greet you - get your phone # for points and help you with your order. There are also QR codes to scan when pulling in so you can check out the menu before ordering. Pretty fast service and everyone I've encountered has been super friendly and helpful. read more

There's no visible menu except for a screen that flashes briefly, which makes it really difficult to order. I don't want to have to pull out my phone to look up the menu, and waiting several minutes for it to reappear on a rotating screen defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Customer service is not good either. The drink I got was decent at least. read more

This was an interesting experience. One of the few coffee places open late in Summerville so I will give it that. We came by for some coffee and it's drive thru only. There were two young girls that helped us, very nice and laid back. Gave us a paper menu because we had a hard time reading the digital one outside. The person behind us was blaring his music so we had a hard time hearing the girls helping us. My husband has been here once before and said the iced coffee was good and this time we got hot coffee with some flavors. It was just not very good and didn't taste of good quality. You just know when you take that first sip of coffee and can tell it's legit. We barely finished it when we got home. Maybe we'll be back for the iced coffee but it definitely won't be out go to. read more

Delicious options with tons of variety!! I've enjoyed going for their community week where I can try different things. At first glance you can be overwhelmed bc there are lots of choices but knowing how to combine them into a drink is overwhelming. I looked up options on their site and that really helped. Coffees, shakes, lemonades, etc have all been delicious and their workers are always so bubbly and welcoming. read more

Fair disclosure: I came here on the "friends and family" day as they opened up, so my beverages were complimentary. This makes it hard for me to judge the coffee in the context of the price, like I normally would. This is a drive-through coffee shop... don't do what I did and fruitlessly look for parking and an entrance! I had the "Blondie", hot, and my son had a vanilla latte. He's 10, so I don't really count his opinions on lattes too much, but for what it's worth, he enjoyed it. I liked my coffee, it was smooth and did not have an acidic taste, it was not overly creamy or sweet, it did not come off as a "coffee milkshake". The shop showed the usual "first weekend" struggles, which don't bother me at all, and I'll try to update the review after returning once they've had a month or two to settle in and work the kinks out. First off I am a super fan of drive thru coffee huts. I fell in love with them in Alaska and I am happy to see they are picking up as a franchise-able opportunity. 7 brew has so many flavors and options which makes it a great stop for the whole family. If you're a frequent flyer they also save your previous orders and you can just reorder. I got my kids a fizz which they think is super cool and my favorite is an oat milk brown sugar cinnamon iced latte. The employees have been wonderful at this location! read more

I would have left 0 stars if possible. The girl couldn't get my order correct and asked me at least 3 times if want d a hot drink and what size despite ordering a small hot marshmallow latte with almond milk. Our order was wrong. My latte tasted liked faintly sweet water. Girl that took my sold me a blondie latte w marshmallow but I asked for a latte with marshmallow. My husband got a crème w caramel latte after she told us it would be similar to a Starbucks crème brûlée. His coffee tasted liked it was made w sour milk and other than that, no flavor. We threw both coffees away. When I asked for a receipt, they told us their printer has been broken for a month and it hasn't been replaced. What a waste of money. I don't see how this place will stay in business if the lattes don't have any coffee flavor or flavor. read more

I finally tried the new location around noon today. I'd say there were about 8 cars in line when I pulled up. I reviewed the menu ahead of arriving so I knew I wanted a salted caramel cold brew with cold foam. Their menu is pretty straight forward. I think I ended up there for 30 minutes start to finish. I think the organization of the kitchen is a little chaotic which slows them down. Otherwise the coffee was good. The workers were polite and approachable. Only recommendation would be patient. Atmosphere and service is great but coffee is bad. I ordered a large breve with 4 shots and it tasted like milk with a little bit of coffee. If you want your drink to taste like coffee get a medium or small with 4 shots. Large just adds more cheap milk to make it a 7$ drink. Lodi is the better choice. read more

This is my new favorite place. Drive thru coffee and energy drinks. Super fun vibe and friendly staff. Fast service even though it was crowded and they just opened. The menu is on line which I wasn't familiar with however they can make just about whatever you want. the staff was great at quickly guiding me thru what II liked and a discovered a great new drink. My family and I enjoyed the friends and family weekend with free small drinks! Th atmosphere was fun and exciting with fun music playing loudly. We have never tried 7Brew before, so we were not familiar with the menu. While I appreciate the staff was trying to get orders in quickly with the long lines, the menu was difficult to access online. Also, we are in a drive thru, so a bit dangerous to ask everyone to pull up the menu on your phone. We did enjoy our drinks. I liked that the coffee was strong, but I could still taste The flavor. I do wish I knew about the dairy substitutions and sugar free options without having to search on my phone After the fact. The employees were very friendly. I did have a bit of a weird feeling from one of the gentlemen who told me to pull up as close to the car in front of me without hitting the bumper, unless it was a Tesla...I laughed it off, but thought about it more and was feeling weird that politics was brought up during a friendly coffee order interaction. Might want to work on the customer service interaction part of training a bit more. Other than that, I appreciated the quality of our drinks. I will try it out again. read more

i love 7 brew, and have visited many different 7 brews. but this is by far the worst one ever. the service is so slow. the line was so long, past the gas station, yet no employee had any urgency. i sat in line for almost 10 minutes before i even got my order taken, yet i was the 3rd car in line. how a 7 brew is SUPPOSED to run, is an employee is always taking orders. not sitting at the counter on their phones, talking to their family members etc. it took a total of 20 minutes from the time i pulled in to the time i got my drink. i just think this 7 brew needs some more training. and if ur in a rush do not come here, you will wait all day. read more

we made out order and gave a tip. the entire line cleared out and we still didn't have our drinks. a different person tried giving us the wrong drink. then our server came back and said they didn't have enough strawberries to make the 2 smoothies. we changed our order. then she came back and said that they could only make a smaller size smoothie. No refund. just "tell us we messed up next time and you will get the right drinks.". Terrible!!! And I already tipped. read more
