There are two Starbucks locations in my area. This one is hit or miss on the service. But I'm glad to see that they've renovated since I last visited. I love the new look and the seating/sitting area. The food is the same (all standard Starbucks food items) nothing new that I've seen. But what I love is the drinks they always have something new brewing. Service is still mediocre. They got my order perfectly done this time. Nice sitting areas very large drive-through with plenty of space. The inside is well lit they have the electronic board to let you know the progress of your order, you're very polite and friendly. There is lots of see the pastries are fresh made to order. read more

This place rocks! It's a beautiful spot to hang out and chill. The drinks are excellent and the service and cleanliness is great! I have been here several times and the vibe is cool and pleasant. There are 2 reasons why I come here all the time... the two very, nice young gentlemen who know me by my car and order. They even make me laugh when they say "can I interest you in.... A passion fruit iced tea". (Anthony is one of the gentlemen and the other has light facial hair... sorry, I don't know your name...but you guys rock!!) Yes, sometimes the drive thru is a bit long...but these men and their service make it worth it! I don't normally write reviews but I'm definitely going to for this one. I mobile ordered a drink and was waiting patiently in the lobby. I'm not sure if one of the baristas was just trying to be funny, but she was making comments about the drink I ordered as I'm sitting RIGHT in front of them I don't think they realized I was the one waiting for my mobile order. she also held on to my drink for a good minute instead of just putting it on the mobile order shelf. When I walked up as she was putting it down, all the baristas looked surprised that I got up and was right there to pick up my drink. The same barista making comments about my drink order in front of everyone then has the nerve to say "just kidding". I didn't say anything, not even thank you - just walked out. Also my drink was trash. I will be sticking to my Antioch Starbucks locations because clearly this location doesn't know what they're doing lol. Some are quite awesome and then some still need a lot of work with training their baristas, getting the drink right is the key to a great Starbucks verses a total flop. I have come here twice this week and ordered a $7 shaken espresso, and both times they were sour! I travel for my job and have been to about every Starbucks in the state, and have never had sour espresso! Also, today the girl working the register was uncomfortably rude. It was supposed to be hot and it was luke warm. The 3rd drink had someone else's name on the cup. The wrong size and not even close to the right drink. The drinks have improved a little bit depending on who's working still the same exact way with other people so is it an improvement not really. Not to mention me in this other lady in the parking lot had a conversation for about 20 minutes because we couldn't find a goddamned Starbucks that's actually legit and open when they say they are. Spent 15 minutes to an hour trying to find a Starbucks that's actually opened around here because they all have lied about their hours and what days they're open. Not to mention half the people that work there don't know how to make a drink every time I get a dude he messes my drink up I swear guys do not know how to make a drink at this facility thus far. And I'm not being sexist just if you wanna a drink get a girl that works here because the guys don't know what they're doing whatsoever. I take that back one guy one single guy out of the whole entire franchise has ever got my order right. he was from here and I believe he was either a brunette or blonde only one ever got my order right he was sweet also that's not the point. Get your orders right and get the correct hours on your website quit wasting peoples time and money. Probably the most inconsistent Starbucks I've ever been to. They constantly get the drinks wrong like they're not even reading the order. I've received multiple orders that are missing the flavoring they charge top dollar for just to give me a plain latte. Great remodel, but no improvement in customer service. Lila walked away from me three times. She walked up to the counter with no "hello". Just a "what can I get you?" She was ringing me up with a garbage bag in her other hand. She rang me up and had me pay for the drink. Then she started to walk away. Then I was like wait a minute, I wanted a pastry. (She didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, which is what they usually do.) She rang me up for the pastry then began to walk away again. I asked her for my gift card balance? She told me to get out my card to scan it again. Shouldn't she be asking me if I wanted a receipt to begin with? Really cold, no thank you, no goodbye. Super strange experience. Update: Oh, so same day, when I picked up my drink, I noticed it was a venti instead of a Trenta which is what I ordered. I asked the barista to please remake it. She said "you need to go back to the register and pay the difference." I was like "can you just remake it? This isn't what I ordered." And she said "we will remake it once you square up over there at the register." Girl, this was not my mistake. It was the store's mistake. I understand we have to account for the difference but it was only like 50 cents. This is just not the usual response I get from baristas, so I just walked out with a drink I didn't order. I don't know the name of this employee but she was tan with curly hair and had winged eyeliner. It was just a slap in the face. There are a lot of great helpful people in the morning. Inside and outside needs to be cleaned. The music is so loud you can barely hold a conversation with someone at your table. When we asked if they could turn the music down, they commented if they did then the workers couldn't hear the music. It's as if they do not want you to stay at the tables. I went 2 days ago and ordered a venti iced mocha with 2 shots of chocolate, I received a white mocha. I went the next day at 2pm, they were closed. Consistently this location lacks in service, quality and time management. This one is close to my house and I try to avoid going here due to my orders always being wrong or taking too long. Just today I ordered a Hot chocolate for my daughter and classic oatmeal. My oatmeal came with no toppings and my daughters Hot chocolate was a white chocolate. We were already home before I noticed. Last week I stopped by the drive thru and sat in it for over 35 min with only 5 cars in front of me. Always missing items or wrong drinks. Write the order how it's ordered...not half way (ends up wrong) or don't print the tag at all for the drink (ends up wrong). Once again...my order is wrong! I came by this morning and ordered a VENTI chocolate shaken espresso with OAT MILK. A Caucasian old lady took my order she said her name was Dora dori? She can't hear anything you say. I kept repeating my order so many times she had to pause then repeat it. Came up to the window and handed me this tiny cup I don't even know what size that is because I ALWAYS order venti or trenta. I told her I ordered a venti she proceeded to say no you didn't, I said yes I did. She continued to say "you didn't and even she (her coworker) says you didn't and if you want that you have to pay extra". I asked why? I had said venti. She continued to say its going to be 50 cents extra, it's going to be extra. For 50 cents she gave me a ton of attitude. I ended up paying the FIFTY CENTS. handed me the cup with such negative attitude and still didn't get it right!! They gave it to me with almond milk.
