Always out of food, make drinks incorrectly, take forever to greet you, unfriendly, frequently under-pour or use so much ice you can't even put a straw in, and lastly no drive-through. Go to a different Starbucks if you can. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. They completely messed up my order and when I got home and tried it, I called the store to complain. The manager (Amber) explained that they didn't have the stuff to make the drinks I ordered so they just changed it on their own without telling me. I grew up going to this Starbucks & I have never been let down here. The line is always big but for a good reason cuz they get it right! This Starbucks is always Stocked & updated on all there products. Food is on point & customer service is Phenomenal. The lobby always looks cleaned. They have never gotten my drink wrong here! So I've been going to this Starbucks for the past year everyday Since December 2015. (My company moved right up the street) I would walk in every morning , no greeting, no nothing. I guess if I get lucky I'll get a "Hey you".. However the manager is really nice and she has a good attitude no matter the situation. The cashiers suck, Their always in a bad mood and have a horrifying mean mugging face. I really don't care for the cashiers anymore I sorta got over it. I'm grateful for having a place like this Starbucks close by. I'm a working professional back in school, which means even if I need to study for a few hours (my kids won't let me at home), this location accommodates it. It's a busy spot, but generally big enough so I can sit here for a few hours study, have some caffeine and snacks. The staff is super friendly and a few times other customers have walked off with my drinks, they've taken care of me. I come here frequently enough that some of the baristas have remembered me by name, which is always a friendly and nice thing to do. read more

I was given a $4 off my next order card at a different Starbucks and was attempting to use it at this location. The barista swiped the card twice and told me there was nothing on the card and proceeded to throw it in the trash. I was annoyed because one: I had JUST gotten the card and two: she said "you must have already used it" and threw it away without even asking me any details. Starbucks is usually really good about customer service so I was a little frazzled from her lack thereof. I told her I'd like to have the card back, because I was just given the card a couple days ago and wanted to check with the location that issued it. She seemed a little apprehensive to grab the card out of the trash, which it was on the very top of some plastic and cardboard, and no one told her to throw it away in the first place. At any rate, I called the location that issued the card and the manager was very helpful and explained that the proper procedure would have been for the barista to load the card and apply it to my order. Also, if you're going to this location to study be aware that the lighting is very dim. read more

This is the worst starbucks at all. I travel all around San Diego, and this is the only starbucks that really should be off the map. The service is terrible, the drinks don't taste like a true starbucks drink should be, the employees are extremely rude. Don't bother with this "Starbucks". Just head to 7eleven instead. read more

They always mess up my order somehow , some way and I give them chances time and time again. This Starbucks can never seem to get the order right. Negative on the drive-thru. Positive on the cushy seats and spacious interior combined with unfinished industrial rafter area. It makes the place seem huge for what it is. On to more important things: the venti iced coffee I ordered came out perfect as sometimes I feel the brew is over-roasted or even tastes a little rancid. I hear that complaint sometimes about Starbucks but I think I am desensitized and consider it "full-bodied" instead. Anyhow, iced coffees were delicious and wife and I sat in the previously mentioned cushy chairs so I could peruse through a Wall Street Journal for the first time in my life. Good times! read more

rude customer service including the manager! They ran out of the sandwich I had ordered online and I was okay replacing it with a different one. I asked to get the difference put back on my card, the barista said "No I've got it covered" but the one I had originally ordered was more expensive, so I asked again if she could please put back the amount on my card and she gave me an attitude about it. I come here enough for them to know me by name. The girls are always amazing and when I'm in a time crunch they always knock my drink out fast. I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks over the other ones in the area. It's always clean and like I said my order is always right and I've never waited more then a few min. This is NOT a drive-thru store! All of the comments about the drive-thru are for another location. I come to this Starbucks to fix my horrible beverages from the drive-thru down the road. I only go to that one b/c its right off the 5 and more convenient for my morning commute. Amazing staff and location! read more

The thing I like most is that this Starbucks has a drive thru. It can get pretty busy, but my order is always correct, and they help you as fast as they can. I love their spinach and feta wrap.. Mmm. So good! I would recommend this Starbucks over the others in Oceanside. read more

Worst service ever by all three people working! They wanted us to leave before they were even closed!

If I could leave a negative review; I would. On two separate occasions I stopped here for breakfast and coffee before having to go into work and it's a joke these people still have their jobs. First I ordered only TWO banana nut breads, it took thirty minutes before I received them and I had to ask the women who took my order for my order who where making drinks for a group of girls that where four people behind me after I made my order. She threw them on the counter, slid over the edge and they landed on the ground and then walked away. First I ordered them warm so after I picked my food up off the ground she states I'd have to wait for them because they have orders already in their oven. I didn't even order a drink just two breakfast items yet it took that much to get them and I had to deal with some college student's bad attitude and paying for my food to be thrown on the floor. Second occasion I ordered a holiday drink, didn't get it because she made the wrong drink. I ask for her to remake it and she told me I'd have to repay. This Starbucks is a joke to the franchise. I have not been back to this location due to my two times of crap service. read more
