Place is garbage. First time here. Husband raved about it. Ordered an iced cinnamon coffee, and it tasted like someone soaked Hot Tamales candy in coffee overnight. It was awful. Asked for them to change it out to something different of equal price, they claimed they couldn't. Husband asked for a refund, they claimed they needed a receipt even though we had JUST purchased the coffee less than 5 minutes before. He wasn't given a receipt anyway. The woman claimed there was nothing that could be done. I will never go back to this shit hole of a donut shop. read more

Working till bar closing nearby, so excited at a chance for some freshly made donuts in the middle of the night. Not at this donut shop. They make you stare at the cart of freshly made donuts in the back of the kitchen but you can only order donuts that are cold on the shelf. So you go and its just ok....But you love your friends so you give the place another try....Well skip this place, the service is terrible, no lines (loudest person gets their order in), you ask for a bagel and cream cheese and litterally get an uncut, non toasted bagel and a packet of cream cheese. I mean really? I could have gone to supermarket and done it myself. The donuts are delicious and I really like this franchise, however in the last visit I was in, the card machine had not worked. The worker tried to help us but ended up taking more of our time and wasted it. Instead of calling someone or resetting the system, he proceeded to use all his cards, including my boyfriend's card, and tried to figure it out. We waited about 10-15 minuts until he decided to reset it. He did not even apologize to us the whole time or even after and then proceeded to give us the milk that had been sitting on the counter the whole time which ended up warm when we got it and then gave my boyfriend his now cold croissant which he had asked to be warmed up. Donuts were ok...the crazy homeless lady inside wasn't with her clothes spread across the table and more in a trash bag that thought it was ok to come up to me and my brother and touch us ...I mean full on touch us 2 hands Even rubbed my brothers stomach! Had to push her away after she tried to continue ! Then she started to yell at us profanities ...should have drove off when we first noticed her grab her trash bag and March outside to look towards our window from the side of the store as if scoping is out...why allow people like this to just hang out inside?
