Love this location. It can get busy in the drive thru which also blocks parking which is unfortunate but they're always super quick about keeping the line moving. I've never had problems with any staff or receiving my items. They're always willing to help me figure out new drinks to try and with the accommodations I do make to my drinks. Tried the new Cran orange refresher with water this morning. Very good! If you like more on the sweater side then this open is not for you. I also tried the new turkey cheese danish it was meh. I recommend giving it a try. Me personally I wouldn't get this again. read more

If you are in a hurry stick with the drive thru! 4 or 5 workers behind the counter but only 2 actually working ( maybe the others were taking a break) only 2 customers sitting in the cafe so it's not like they were swamped . Took about 20 min for them to make my drink. read more

These guys know me, they know my order, and basically I'm just so happy to be back at work down the street and picking up my afternoon coffee! So, today post quarantine, a guy walks into a Starbucks and orders bacon egg bites and a froofy keto-friendly coffee drink... the barista comes back after a long wait and says "I'm going to have to cook new egg bites because they were frozen and didn't cook right." After a longer wait and half his coffee is consumed, the guy gets his egg bites and some extra egg bites that came along for the "frozen cooking experiment,l" ...and they look slightly burnt. The punch line? This is how they should always be cooked! For Pete's sake, I would have never known that you could get the bacon wrapped around a Starbucks egg bite to be crispy, except for the quarantine keeping them in the freezer too long! They went from "good" to "amazing"! I realize now that with the hundreds of Starbucks I have visited across the US and Canada, that the egg bites have always been undercooked - until now. Right in my back yard right a my goto afternoon Starbucks. Now I need to figure out how to get them like this every time!! :-) read more

Much better experience here this time. It was kind of funny actually- I ordered an Irish Cream cold brew, which by the way is freaking delicious!, size tall. But they accidentally made me a trenta (the largest size) instead of a tall (the smallest size.) But they didn't charge me! The nice young man working the window said they'd just toss it if I didn't want it. Well of course I did! It literally took me hours to drink it, it was so huge! The inside dining area isn't open now due to Covid, but you can grab some quick to-go items from the refrigerated case. And of course the drive thru is open, as are the outside tables. read more

When coming here in the summer, my drink would somehow be a little wrong (no fruits, extra ice, sweetener), so I avoided this location as much as possible and drove to the one down the road by Bass Pro. However, I needed to go to Whole Foods, so I decided to give it another try. I ordered the trenta pink drink with 2 scoops of blackberries (instead of strawberries). It was made very well and accurate, with the right amount of everything! In addition, the staff there had a very positive attitude and it made the experience better. The only thing is that the music is too loud to really study, but there is always room inside or outside for you to find a seat to chit-chat! read more

Drive-Thru Birthday Experience: I don't frequent coffee shops, but I do love the birthday club at Starbucks and how CONVENIENT it is to order through the app. I hopped on the Starbucks app where I'm logged into my account. It had a banner across the app that I could click to redeem my birthday coffee deal. I just selected my store, selected the menu item I wanted with any and all modifications, and submitted it! I went through the drive-thru about four minutes later and despite the app giving me a 10 to 15 minute completion time, it was already ready! I picked it up and left! Happy birthday to me! read more

I like this Starbucks location a lot better than some of the others in the OP area I have tried, mostly because this location didn't freeze me out! It was a comfortable temperature, that counts for a lot for me when it's cold outside! Haha. Their hours are great for students, they stay open till 10:30 pm, plenty of seating and it never got too loud, I prefer background noise while I study though. Did you ever have a day when you just couldn't seem to do anything right? Well, that must have been what they were feeling the day I stopped by. I waited in the drive thru a long time (there were only 3 cars ahead of me). I ordered 2 of the shaken iced teas. Nothing too special or anything. Finally I get to the window and pay, then still have to wait for them to make my order, which they proceed to get wrong a few times. They finally gave up and gave me the closest rendition of my order they seemed able to muster (right drink, wrong size) acting like I won the lottery since they gave me a venti for the price of a grande. I just moved closer to this location and have only been through the drive through. Decided to pop in since men were dancing on my roof (it was being replaced). It was Good enough - no outstanding items to note either way. Yes, parking is limited here. Agree, music is a bit loud but this is probably because the space is so small. Barista seemed friendly enough to what appeared to be repeat customers. Oh and ya - the man sleeping in the corner (homeless or hiding from the wife - I'm not sure lol) He didn't bother me but I had a seat, a power outlet, and coffee so I was set. Mobile ordered.. 10 minutes later arrived and order was no there. 10 minutes after standing there he made drink 1 of 2 correctly.. the 2nd drink should of been a cold brew with splash of almond milk.. he poured the almond milk and set the cup under the cold brew machine as it spit out foam.. no coffee.. he then proceeds to put ice in cup and hand me my drink.. Across from where I live. It's always convenient. My drinks are always delicious, and usually on point. I've been a Gold member for 3 years, and have been drinking Starbucks since HS. I wish I knew about the membership early on. Could of gotten lots of free coffee. I also get notification through the app for happy hour, and I get to see my current balance. I love how easy it is to buy coffee using my membership card. I also reload my card often, because I drink lots of coffee. read more

I LOVE this Starbucks for one reason and one reason only. The barista! I think his name is Kyle. And really, it's a shame I don't know his name. He is chipper and happy every morning. He greets you with a smile, is always very friendly and chatty, and acknowledges your patronage. He's awesome for business. Honestly, he sometimes really makes my day. His cheeriness is contagious. I'm only not awarding the 5th star because of the sometimes horrendous drive-thru waits I've experienced here. The wait in here is a little long but they are super busy which tells me that people flock to this one. Yesterday I was having kind of a bad day. One of those days where you keep dropping or bumping into things. Well I just so happened to spill my venti mocha all over myself and my BMW which was very maddening. I don't go to Starbucks very often, simply because I am not a big coffee person. I'll get some iced tea from here sometimes, or the occasional frap, but...I'm not a regular. However, the staff at this location has always been awesome, thus the review. Whether I go at 6am or 9pm, weekday or weekend, the staff is always really, really great. Besides that, it's a standard Starbucks. The parking lot kinda sucks though...the drive-thru line (lazy bastards...I hate drive-thrus) gets so long at rush hour that it can actually block you in the parking lot if you parked and went in. That's a pain, so I subtracted a star. read more

To be fair, I have to start by saying I don't like coffee. I do like a good iced chai tea though. Starbucks iced chai tea isn't that good. My main complaint is that the spices taste like an afterthought and are not brewed into the tea. It is also a little heavy on the dairy. It is a good option if you are out and about and want to grab a quick iced chai tea though. I think the price is a little much, almost $5 for a 20ish ounce drink. The snacks are decent and after looking at the menu more, the breakfast sandwiches look good. read more

I typically go almost every morning before work and, let me tell you, these people are some of the most chipper, happy, and kind people I've met at 630a. I love this Starbucks! They're quick, friendly, and always put a smile on my face. When I move in June, I would consider driving out of my way to go to this specific Starbucks. They're the best! read more

This is one of my favorite starbucks. This is the first and only starbucks where the employees actually made an effort to get to know my name and what I order. I've never had a place with a Cheers like feeling, but this is the closest place I've ever had something like it as the staff is really great. If you don't like what you order just tell them and they will make you a new drink no problem. I think that is a company policy but the staff here is really cool about it and you don't feel bad in asking them to make a new drink if you try something new and don't like it. The store is also one of the smallest Starbucks though so you can't always get a seat inside. They do have a drive through though. The parking lot is also small but you can usually get a parking spot there. They also do a good job on the drinks. read more

On the tour of suburban Starbucks this location has great staff and lots of windows, providing nice light to work by. It's also pleasant to gaze out the windows at the nearby area of trees, very relaxing. It seems that the strangely isolated location might make parking a bit hairy at times, but the drive through is a help on that front. read more

I spend way too much time and money here. I never thought I'd be that person... but I am. The staff is great and definitely up to Starbucks quality - always conversational and friendly. Occasionally I even strike up a conversation with an interesting patron in the joint. Great patio to sit outside and read, plus a drivethrough near all the amenities like banks, etc. if you're in a pinch. This location is exceptionally loud every time I'm there for some reason. I can't sit inside and focus on what I'm doing or read a book, so I either go outside on the patio or don't go at all. read more
