Parking was plentiful , and even the drive-thru line moved in a way that didn't create the awkward traffic backups you sometimes see elsewhere. I only visit Starbucks when I travel, and this is my go-to location when I am in Orlando. This Starbucks is located along the main tourist drag, which is a place that houses very few local businesses. It's a stop mostly of convenience. Well, that and I like to get my coffee to take into the Disney parks with me (it's so close by)! This Starbucks is small but it has a drive-thru that's always very efficient. I also like that this store uses the proper small, round Starbucks ice instead of big cubes. I find this ice tends to last longer and doesn't water down iced coffees as much. The baristas are always friendly and they have an excellent track record of getting my order right every time. They're also so friendly and welcoming, despite serving mostly tourists. During my weeklong visit, a couple of the baristas got to know me by my order. Note that this place can get SLAMMED on the weekends before noon, so much so that they tend to turn off the mobile ordering in the app. Be aware of that. So this place is a rarity in the bastion of MOUSE derived glitz. The staff was so friendly, we were greeted walking in. And they made my wife's peppermint mocha latte perfectly (extra hot). And they brought out sausage/egg/cheese muffin to our table. This Starbucks is beyond busy. Located right in the middle of what I like to call "all the action" it is always always full. I can see why this place would get a bad wrap. I have come here twice and it's full and bumping. This particular time for some reason their registers were closed. I don't know why but it did speed up their drive thru time. My order was right just took a while which is was mostly for food. The food was good however and I understood the reason for the wait. I love Starbucks and I am a huge Fan of the App. I have visited this location previously on a not so busy day. I can tell this particular location has a heavy repeat clientel like my regular location I visit. Today I was jonesing for a mid day Starbucks fix and knew this was the closest location to work so I got on my app and placed an order for pick up. After circling the small lot I found a place in the last row that I swung into and hurried over. As soon as I walked through the door I saw the swarm of Coffee connoisseaurs milling around the tight fitting location waiting for their caffeine buzz; when I spotted a Barista setting my chalice of Iced White Chocolate Mocha with a Drizzle of Caramel spilling over a mountain of Whipped Cream goodness in the pick up orders. I pushed through the crowds and rescued what was mine, my precious... As I grabbed my Green Straw, I thrust it into the cup and partook of the iced creamy goodness... At last we were together. So yea, I would totally go here again. They make a great drink and ordering ahead on the app is so easy! I highly recommend it! Oh and don't forget to tip your baristas, it's like tipping your bartenders. They work hard whether you think they do or not and they have to put up with picking people like... well you and me! Our timeshare condo had complimentary coffee available for us all the time, but Joe K is particular about his coffee, so he wouldn't even bother trying it. Even Starbucks is not his first choice when getting his morning coffee. I on the other hand love Starbucks and never have any complaints. But since we were on vacation in Orlando, it was rather important that caffeine be a necessity to get our days started. I know that the running joke is that there is a Starbucks on every corner! However, in the area where we were staying, Starbucks is not as easy to find! Fortunately for us, this Starbucks was conveniently located to where we were staying! It was nice to be able to stop by and get our coffees while on our way to some theme park or other touristy adventure. Only one day, they were closed because they were in the process of repaving the parking lot, and we had to find someplace else to go. Boy did that throw our schedule off! LOL! I love all the different varieties Starbucks has to offer, but when we are on the run, I usually get a Cafe Mocha, while Joe gets a Latte with an extra shot of espresso and hazelnut. This location is nice and clean inside with friendly and efficient employees. Needing a place to kill some time while waiting for my boyfriend's family, we went to this local Starbucks! We noticed there are plenty of tables for people to work, the music isn't too loud, and most people seem to just come and go, so this is a great place to get some work done. While spending some time here, I ordered the chocolate brioche bun. This bun came out in about 4 minutes, so we didn't have to wait too long thankfully. Although its chocolatey aroma wavered into my nose, smelling of delicious heaven, it tasted adequate. It seems to do the job of a pastry, although there is nothing remarkable about it. For the average taste, I would say it is a bit overpriced. A mix of what seems like milk and dark chocolate seem to ooze out, but even that is not enough to suffice for the cardboard like taste of the pastry itself. It tastes of mass production. If I come back here, I would make sure to stick with something safe. Just because it is part of the "holiday menu" doesn't necessarily make it good. read more

This Starbucks was right up the street from our Airbnb on our most recent trip to Disney. It is a zoo here! We stop in twice during our stay, and the first time we waited over 20 minutes for two drinks and breakfast items. The next day we learned the trick to order on the mobile app. Ordering on the mobile app made things much easier on both of us! I needed a place to settle in for the morning to get some work done and had my sister drop me off here. This is one of the most neighborhood Starbucks that I could imagine. There were regulars dropping in by the minute, while baristas held congenial conversations with each one. I ordered my latte and sous vide egg bites and settled in at a high top by the pickup counter. While it wasn't the most comfortable table to sit at for 4-5 hours straight, it was probably the most private corner of the coffee shop. This Starbucks location has a lot of foot traffic and definitely plenty of people sticking around for meetings, for breakfast, or just to get work done (like me). Way to go Starbucks, how do we order 7 drinks on the mobile to go app and you lose 3 of those orders, not to mention that you got them all messed up and made 3 of the seven and then nothing for 10 min, until we finally asked for the others! You then made one more before realizing you lost three of the orders ‍ They finally made the other three once we told them what they were but instead of apologizing for the mix up, every drink was made with anger and distain on their faces, people that are pissed because they had to actually work vs standing around doing nothing. The lady taking at the drive Thur on August 23 around 7pm was so incredibly rude. I was ordering my drink and the employee was not understanding what I was saying so I started to raise my voice so that she can understand me better and clearly. Her response was very rude and flat out disrespectful and she told me that I didn't need to "yell" at her and for the rest of the order she had so much attitude. An extremely unpleasant experience overall. Please train your employees on how to speak to customers. It's Starbucks. I don't frequent this company as almost every drink and all but 1 or 2 of the pastries and drinks are in the 400 calorie range. Check out their breakfast sandwiches. Some of them have over 60% of your daily cholesterol and tons of fat and calories. I'm not expecting low-cal everything, but I'm not expecting them to top McDonalds on the calorie front. I've gone to the drive through a few times and it was fine. The other day (Jan 1st) I went to Starbucks and saw that the drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside. Me and my friend made 2 SEPARATE orders at 11:44. We patiently wait and see a lot of people come and go. After about 20 minutes some angry white middle aged man, who was waiting the same time as us, expresses his frustration to Steven (a barista) and Steven gets him his drink right away. Me and my friend vowed to not go angry white man mode on any of the workers. So we wait for another 10 minutes (30 total now) and we never see our drinks be made. So I go up and try to get the attention of the several baristas and fail, so I ask Mike our cashier if he could see if any of the cups lined up said either me or my friends name on them, he told me no and that our orders were probably still in the machine. So we waited another 10 minutes (40 total now) and no drinks in sight. Then my friend goes up and gets Stevens attention and tells him we have been waiting 40 mins now for our drinks and asks if we could get them (politely) and he said "oh wow 40 mins, what did you order?" So we tell him our drinks and he says he will make them. He probably thought we were over exaggerating but we had places to be so we were really keeping an eye on the clock the whole time. Then we wait 10 more minutes and he is not making them. At this point we have been at Starbucks for almost an hour. So we decided to accept our loss and wait in line again to go to the cashier and ask for a refund. He politely gives us our refund but no one apologizes or seems fazed that they lost 2 separate orders and had us wait an hour for nothing... I don't usually write bad reviews but BRUH.. we were so nice about it and failed so hard. I feel like these are the sort of things that turn people into Karens. P.S. Great! I'm staying half a mile away from here on a trip and needed my dose of Starbucks. I ordered a pink drink with light ice, and the ice was not light. It filled half the cup, venti. I would've given four stars for that BUT when I went to pick up the drink the barista said there was extra and asked me if I wanted it in another cup. Came in for some early morning joe. This location is easily accessed and near Disney. I came in for oatmeal and a coffee and to do some light reading. The store was busy while I was there but it never seemed to have a lot of people waiting for their order. They had adequate staff to handle the amount of business they received. The only complaint that comes to mind is that the manager was discussing her concerns about the closing staffs cleaning. For me it was a little inappropriate to do this not only loud but I front of the the customers. I felt so bad for the staff member receiving the brunt of her displeasure. read more

WHAT IS DIS HENNYY!? I tried to contain my shock walking into this Starbucks with its garbage covered floors, liquids dripping from the counter, and 0 food in stock (literally, the cashier tapped a few things on his screen and said "uhhh we actually don't have any food"). A haggard looking employee turned the closed seating area into his office/break space, which I observed as the barista remade my order that came out completely wrong. The cashier, who managed to repeat my correct order back to me, but enter it wrong, was preoccupied with his cellphone the entire time. My local starbucks probably serves 20x the volume of this one every day, but somehow they keep it clean, stocked, and every employee looks and behaves professionally.
