I had a free drink and asked the barista at the drive through for some suggestions based on what I was in the mood for and that I'm lactose intolerant. We wound up with something totally different than I was expecting and I went completely with her suggestion. I am so happy I did - it tastes great!! It was easy to use my app to redeem my free drink. I wish I caught her name, she was so helpful. At 12:30pm on a Saturday the drive through was empty. Great service and I will definitely return!

Due to food allergies, I'm unable to drink/eat certain things. But the staff at Starbucks created a "safe" iced pumpkin spice latte for me This location has the best team. Always so kind. Best location for a homework, work meetings, chilling with friends. Or even breaking up with your boyfriend. They always offer pup cups for my little fur baby and appear genuinely happy. Everyone takes great care and attention to detail when I inform them of my allergies. If you're looking for a great place to stop by on vacation or a new local hangout- this place is the place to go. Don't forget to tip! They're amazing.

The friendliest staff!! I don't usually want to stay and enjoy my Starbucks in the cafe but the staff was just so nice and inviting and the vibes were immaculate!! My order was PERFECT and they even added a cute little quote on my cup!! Love this location so much!!

Today was not my day for Starbucks. I wanted a matcha green tea frap, I was informed they are out of matcha. I ordered blueberry oatmeal and was informed they are out of blueberries! Really Starbucks! Get your sh*t together! I pay enough for your drinks. I should get what I want!!!!

I love Starbucks and I am a huge Fan of the App. I have visited this location previously on a not so busy day. I can tell this particular location has a heavy repeat clientel like my regular location I visit. Today I was jonesing for a mid day Starbucks fix and knew this was the closest location to work so I got on my app and placed an order for pick up. After circling the small lot I found a place in the last row that I swung into and hurried over. As soon as I walked through the door I saw the swarm of Coffee connoisseaurs milling around the tight fitting location waiting for their caffeine buzz; when I spotted a Barista setting my chalice of Iced White Chocolate Mocha with a Drizzle of Caramel spilling over a mountain of Whipped Cream goodness in the pick up orders. I pushed through the crowds and rescued what was mine, my precious... As I grabbed my Green Straw, I thrust it into the cup and partook of the iced creamy goodness... At last we were together. So yea, I would totally go here again. They make a great drink and ordering ahead on the app is so easy! I highly recommend it! Oh and don't forget to tip your baristas, it's like tipping your bartenders. They work hard whether you think they do or not and they have to put up with picking people like... well you and me! Happy Lattes!

Excellent experience with this Starbucks! The drinks are delicious and they even gave me a free venti when I ordered a grande! Highly recommend!

Our timeshare condo had complimentary coffee available for us all the time, but Joe K is particular about his coffee, so he wouldn't even bother trying it. Even Starbucks is not his first choice when getting his morning coffee. I on the other hand love Starbucks and never have any complaints. But since we were on vacation in Orlando, it was rather important that caffeine be a necessity to get our days started. I know that the running joke is that there is a Starbucks on every corner! However, in the area where we were staying, Starbucks is not as easy to find! Fortunately for us, this Starbucks was conveniently located to where we were staying! It was nice to be able to stop by and get our coffees while on our way to some theme park or other touristy adventure. Only one day, they were closed because they were in the process of repaving the parking lot, and we had to find someplace else to go. Boy did that throw our schedule off! LOL! I love all the different varieties Starbucks has to offer, but when we are on the run, I usually get a Cafe Mocha, while Joe gets a Latte with an extra shot of espresso and hazelnut. This location is nice and clean inside with friendly and efficient employees. All in all, this is a satisfactory place that follows the strict Starbucks protocols in serving great beverages for every taste preference out there! I feel a little sad that our vacation is over and the morning routine of coming here is now a thing of the past...... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jRssOBeNiI

Chocolate brioche bun - started eating this first oops
Liselle L.

Needing a place to kill some time while waiting for my boyfriend's family, we went to this local Starbucks! We noticed there are plenty of tables for people to work, the music isn't too loud, and most people seem to just come and go, so this is a great place to get some work done. While spending some time here, I ordered the chocolate brioche bun. This bun came out in about 4 minutes, so we didn't have to wait too long thankfully. Although its chocolatey aroma wavered into my nose, smelling of delicious heaven, it tasted adequate. It seems to do the job of a pastry, although there is nothing remarkable about it. For the average taste, I would say it is a bit overpriced. A mix of what seems like milk and dark chocolate seem to ooze out, but even that is not enough to suffice for the cardboard like taste of the pastry itself. It tastes of mass production. If I come back here, I would make sure to stick with something safe. Just because it is part of the "holiday menu" doesn't necessarily make it good.

Holiday cheer at Starbucks.

This Starbucks was right up the street from our Airbnb on our most recent trip to Disney. It is a zoo here! We stop in twice during our stay, and the first time we waited over 20 minutes for two drinks and breakfast items. The next day we learned the trick to order on the mobile app. Ordering on the mobile app made things much easier on both of us! Highly recommend using the mobile app if you don't want to spend too much time here. There is a drive thru but the line was very long both times we came through here.

This is a great coffee shop to chill and enjoy a coffee. This place closes late (11pm) relatively to other places (9pm) which is very good when you need to chill and do some thinking.

While the interior is more modern than the bakeries I grew up visiting in Flushing, New York, the food itself reminded me of home. I picked up a hot dog bun and a custard egg tart from the bakery, then ordered the Hong Kong sticky rice and lychee mango fruit tea with boba (50% sugar, 50% ice). These are some of my favorite comfort foods, and while the prices were a bit higher than what I'm used to back home, I was pleasantly surprised by every item I tried. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The hot dog bun was soft, and the egg tart had a flaky crust with smooth custard. The sticky rice, wrapped in a lotus leaf, was warm, comforting, and had the subtle savory flavor I love. The fruit tea was refreshing, with real pieces of lychee and mango mixed in. There was plenty of seating for my friend and me to sit, relax, and enjoy our treats. If you're looking for authentic Asian bakery favorites in Orlando, Bakery 1908 is worth checking out. It's the perfect spot for brunch, whether you're craving something sweet or savory or just want a refreshing drink. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm missing the flavors of home.

This time we stayed on I-Drive and found that they have a new location closer by in Lake Buena Vista, which we love even more than the first one. It's newer and way more spacious with a higher ceiling. The mural, the seatings and the greenery all help to create a very cozy and relaxed environment. It's busier too and harder to find a parking spot though. Their breads are so delicious, with so many varieties we always have a hard time deciding what to get, since we want them all! The swiss roll right by the entrance are delicious too! They also have cookies, and their crepe cakes are closest to Lady M than any other I've tried. You can tell that the crepe is really thin with rich layers of cream in between. It's an Asian bakery so the sweetness level is not as intense, and the bread dough is on the soft and pillowy side. Oh did I mention they also offer dimsum and a bunch of other things too. Yes, you can eat your breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea here. And probably still want more.

After finally trying them...I'd say they're absolutely worth the wait. Luckily, we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and only waited about five minutes. It was scorching hot outside, but they have umbrellas every few feet along the line, which definitely helps. I had always imagined walking into a large bakery or café where you could sit down with a cookie and coffee. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. It almost feels like you're walking through a Harry Potter-inspired attraction with its gothic décor and old-world bakery vibe. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. Now for the cookies... Banana Bread Chocolate Chip - 20/10 Without question, the standout. It tasted like warm, homemade banana bread with added chocolate transformed into a giant cookie. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would come back just for this cookie. Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip - 8/10 A delicious combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, and gooey. I can definitely see why it's one of their most popular flavors, but the banana bread still stole the show for me. Cookies & Cream - 5/10 It was just okay. Very rich and sweet, like a giant Oreo cookie but it didn't have the depth of flavor or uniqueness of the other two. I probably wouldn't order it again. The cookies are huge and easily shareable. The funniest part? My son bought an extra cookie to take home for his girlfriend...but after one bite, he decided to keep it for himself! And that's saying something because he's really into health and fitness and rarely eats sweets. If you're wondering whether Gideon's lives up to the hype, I'd say yes. The wait is worth it, and the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip completely stole the show. It's the cookie I'll be thinking about long after this trip.

The outside looks like the entrance to a haunted ride and the line to enter confirms it. The inside is decorated super gothic feeling like an old edger Allan Poe poem. Speaking of which, all the old books aren't for show. These are actually aged real readable books, some probably worth quite a bit. There is an actual authentic 1829 "Works of Edger Allan Poe" book right at the counter. Expensive. The cookies are large thick and filling. Not to sugary at all. We had pistachio, cookies and cream, banana chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate chip. Now here's the thing. They are great cookies cause the flavor isn't just a cup of sugar and some dough. You can taste the flavors and they work. But don't expect an explosion in your mouth. It's obvious they are going for real flavors that allow their own sweetness to shine. Here is the best thing to do. Cut your cookies in half and share amongst friends, or if your big backing have it all. BUT I refrigerated them over night and had one after a minute in the microwave and another cold straight out of the refrigerator and WOW! It took a very good cookie to something spectacular. The flavors just POP! I don't know what which-craft is involved in this but the spell definitely works. Find Gideon's, make the line and get a mix of cookies and a few slices of cake and head home for some Netflix and dessert!

The location is very clean and there are more than enough menus for you to find and look at to decide what to order on the visit. I love how friendly the staff are and the conversations I have with them seem genuine and not like it is a chore for them to ask how I am doing and what my plans are for the day or weekend. I love the sugar free golden eagle, that being my go-to drink when I come here. The flavors are always mixed well and their espresso is very smooth and easy to drink! I wasn't offered any milk or sugar and luckily I saw some sugar at the outside table but, didn't have any creamer options. There was no coffee station. I got a chocolate croissant to-go, and having been to France, it was on point. Here's the issue, and I hope the owners fix this. At 10:45am it was busy. This place is small!!!! Very French right? lol. I was patient. I waited in a long line and finally ordered with a smile. I got the croissant and cappuccino "for here" and the croissant "to go." I saw there were no open tables except for the 2 outside and today in FL, we are just coming off the freeze and it's 40 degrees out. I used the restroom and as I came back, a table was about to open. I stood at the counter and I believe the owner ( not the woman who took my order) asked me if my coffee and food was "to go." I said, " no just the croissant, my food and coffee are for here." So now by this time other people have ordered and he is just now prepping my cappuccino "for here." Now, this isn't his fault but, because of the lack of space, it creates a hostile environment. I turn around and see the long order line and a couple that stood up to leave. So I walk over to take the "now open" table and I kid you not, a woman jumped in front of me, hands out and says, " can i take this table?" She hadn't even ordered yet and had she not been so rude, I guarantee I would have been done eating by the time she even got food. She was in the back of the line. I just said, " sure" and spun on my heel and went back to the counter. Maybe I should have said "no, I was here first" but I don't like hostility. Everyone can hear and see this happening, as it's a small, quiet place. I guess when you're alone, people don't value you as a person. Same with flights and theaters. I get back to the counter, and I ask him if I should sit down ...or do I wait at the counter for my food...? And he looked at me and was like "well there aren't any tables", at that moment, another table opens up and another single woman snags it! Hasn't even ordered! Then he says, "well there's one outside." I decide to take my now delivered coffee and sit outside. It made my coffee cold almost instantly so, I grab a sugar packet, toss it in, and chug it back. I walk in, and I then say "excuse me, could you just make my order to go?" He says yes, and a few minutes later I get my order and leave. I had to drive 25 mins to get home but, I WILL say it was still good! Even the "to-go" box is plant based and biodegradable. My ADVICE!!!! And I hope you take it! Get rid of the tables. You can have 2 outside, that's fine, but you'd be better off with a bar setting with stools all around the perimeter and a coffee station for additional things like creamer, sugar and cinnamon. This needs to be more of a grab and go place and even some Starbucks locations have implemented this. Make it friendly for single people, not families. Bar seating inspires quick service. Thank you! Merci!
