If I could give zero stars, I would. Every day, I go to Starbucks to order a coffee. And oatmeal, what an ordeal, and sitting in the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes--15 minutes is a long time--what a joke in front of me ordering only one drink and forcing me to wait and wait for her order of only one drink. I'll never come back here. Oh, and she was yawning while delivering my order. She is not sorry, and she believes it is appropriate for me to wait. This particular Starbucks is located close to the intersection of Curry Ford Road and Young Pine Road (which is Dean Road once you pass Curry Ford Road heading towards Lake Underhill Road). It isnext to the 7-Eleven and basically basically on the same property as the shopping plaza with the Publix in it. It has a nice outdoor seating area which on this particular day was a nice place to sit under an umbrella and enjoy a beautiful morning. Of course, the view was lacking. It was pretty much the line of cars waiting to go through the drive-thru. I am not a big fan of Starbucks. However, I had to meet a client here on business. This was an OK location as far as Starbucks goes. The service was friendly and we got our drinks in a quick enough fashion. It is my opinion that these drinks are overpriced. But again, it is only my opinion. All in all, I am going to give it three stars. If you're familiar with Starbucks, you know what this place offers. It is convenient to a good sized intersection, as well as also being convenient to an entrance and exit to SR417. read more

This is one of the Starbucks I visit the most. Starbucks is my got-to place when looking for decent coffee and without time to stop at a local coffee shop. I also did most of the studying for my licensing exam at this Starbucks. They are always very friendly and eager to help. Of they mess up (things that humans do), they quickly make up for it. Also, I'm very pleased of the way the have managed CDC guidelines for COVID19. During these crazy times, I feel this particular Starbucks is a safe haven to get my coffee. I come to this location daily, as it's closest to my house and most other drive thru's are completely out of my route. Lately I've been getting my brown sugar OATMILK Shaken espressos like this. Barely over the half way line and little to no milk. And if I order two, one for my husband and I, the drinks both look completely different. Friendly and attentive staff, quick service and a good selection of Tumblers (especially during the holiday season) make this a great location for me to go to. There's also a plaza next to it with lots of shops nearby and they have a drive thru option, as well. I just went inside and ordered, but again, it was quick friendly and the cashier was able to walk me through how to redeem some stars. Why not 5 stars then? Solid location with great staff and quick service. We have only used the drive thru at this location as the inside has been closed for COVID. We have stopped a few times here and never had a bad experience. The drive thru moves pretty quickly and they are now taking mobile orders again through the app. You can go inside to order or pick-up but there is no seating available at any location in Orlando yet. Literally every time I go here lately they get my order wrong. I'm not even sure why they ask. how you want something because they pay zero attention to it. They used to be very good but over the past six months they've been terrible. And by the time you go through that long line and get home to realize they messed up your order, You aren't going to go back there, so it's as if there's no remedy to the situation. Now that I work from home, sometimes grabbing a coffee is my trip for the day. The drive thru workers are always super friendly and despite everything going on in the world, still manage to brighten someone's day with a simple cup of coffee. On the few occasions I've had to go inside to order because the drive thru line is a bit long, the same can be said about the inside. I go to this location way too much to be this upset all the time. It's going to sound very petty and ridiculous but so is what I'm complaining about. When I place a order online and it says its going to be ready in 5-8 mins, I expect that to be fulfilled. What I don't expect when arriving is for everyone to be on there headset pushing the middle button, talking so much that they don't see nor hear my order come in. What was even more frustrating was that once I made it known that my order still wasn't made, there was no sense or urgency. By the end of it, I was waiting on my drink for 15 minutes after I arrived at the 7th minute it was put in. That day I left my home with plenty of time to arrive to Starbucks then to work. By the end of this, I was late to work. This location needs to be more professional. read more

I've been a starbucks fan forever, and this spot have the best ignoring services of all. The barista saw me ( I know cuz we did eyes contact) at the waiting pick up spot but there wasn't any greeting or asking to wait couple minutes, I tried to ask them multiple time just to pick up the mocha right in front of me and my voice was going up as I tried to called them and still IGNORE. By far the worst Starbucks ever! There was a huge line at the drive through so we went inside. Then there was a bit of a line in the Starbucks so we had to wait inside. After we waited and we ordered our drink it was a bit of a wait after that because they were so understaffed there was a bunch of people in the café that were just waiting for a drink or a pastry. In the bathrooms there were no toilet paper and it was very dirty. This was the worst experience ever! Will not recommend this to anyone! Until these issues are fixed. read more

Also the staff is great, there was a mix up on one of my drinks (partially my fault) and I called to see if they could fix it and without hesitation they told me they could and to come back in ! This is my go to Starbucks! I love the people that work here, the environment, and the multiple outlets. Sometimes they will even hand out samples of drinks. They will check on you to make sure you're doing okay and offer water if you need it. read more
