This is the closest Starbucks to where I live now, and it's on my way to work, so I frequent this location. It has the usual Starbucks options. Also has a private lot for parking. There's a pretty good amount of room inside, with a decent number of tables. Not the biggest Starbucks I've been too, but certainly not the smallest. As far as service goes, most of them are very good. The food and beverages are usually made correctly, though every now and then depending on who's working in the window there may be a mess up. That being said, they usually fix it without question for you if you ask, and when you put out that kind of volume with that many custom orders everyday, there's bound to be a mix up every now and then. No big deal, really. Even still, the vast majority of the time everything is exactly as it should be. Overall, this is a solid Starbucks location. The staff are great, and I can't praise them high enough...Especially those who work the drive-through window from the 6-8 rush in the morning. read more

Came here on Friday night around 8:45pm (location is open until 10pm). Sat in the drive through for ten minutes at the menu waiting for someone to answer and no one did. Went up to the window and was still ignored. Drove around and there was definitely employees, so we drive around again and we were still ignored. Don't go here if you actually want to be served. read more

This is the new one on Orange Ave in a new shopping center across from Wawa. It is very clean and spacious with a huge outdoor seating area with ceiling fans for those extra warm days. There is no clover here however it's a nice location and you can't miss it read more

Well to say the least I'm disappointed. I ordered a white peppermint mocha and got a regular mocha and it's missing my customizations that I paid extra for and after I saw this I waited for at least 5mins for someone to help they just looked at me and kept working :/. And I had to get to work so I can't wait all day don't go here if you have somewhere to be. I would give 0 stars but I don't think I can. As a former Supervisor at Starbucks, I find this location to be overall very disappointing. I would say about every other time I go, something is wrong with my drink, and I don't order heavily modified drinks. The most I do is add a syrup to my foam or add extra shots of espresso. Very often have I had to get my drink remade. I will say that the Supervisors are kind and happy to fix it. However, today was my last straw at this location when I ordered a drink with, and I quote, "a little extra caramel drizzle to compensate for the one extra shot I added," only to receive a drink so heavily drizzled I literally couldn't see through to the drink itself and there was about 1/4" of caramel at the bottom of the cup. It felt somehow passive aggressive and just overall unnecessary? Then, the barista at the window seemed irritated when I asked for a drink tray for my 4 beverages, and I honestly have just had enough of this location. It's unfortunate because it is the one closest to my office, but I would rather add 20 minutes to my coffee run than to go back here again. read more

I ordered the salted caramel frappe and it was pretty good. I love frappes at Starbucks. I was just very unhappy with the service today. I made my purchase and the barista swiped my card. Gave me my card and my drink. I used my gift card so was hoping for a receipt so I could see my balance... no receipt and she seemed like she was rushing me to leave.. I was hoping she was going to give me a receipt but no receipt. And there was no "I hope you have a great day" or "I hope you enjoy your drink". I always feel comfortable and have great service but today it just seemed like she was unhappy with me.. At the end I had to ask, "am I good to go?" If she would have said "thank you and I hope you have a great day" or something in that manner, that's pretty much a signal telling you that you're good to go... Coffee was very good, although I feel as if they are a little understaffed. My 1 12oz. coffee took maybe 5-7mins for them to get it out to me because their drive thru was PACKED and there were only 4 girls working. Which management needs to work on. Everyone was nice, though. They have a new girl that was kinda all over the place. Like she forgot to take my money while I was paying. And before I had tried to order 2 coffees and 2 cookies and she only rang me up for 1. But like I said, the drive thru was crazy busy and they seemed understaffed so I can see how that would be stressful! Overall I like the way this Starbucks is set up. Thank goodness they still brew good coffee or the rating would be lower. I arrived at 8:30am (store opens at 6am), the tables were dirty from the evening before so I elected to sit outside - no better,probably worse condition there... garbage cans not empty, seats and tables not cleaned or wiped down to remove dew, cigarette butts, spilled coffee dried on the ground, napkins and food soiled the sitting area. Used the rest room and was not surprised to find it dirty. Once upon a time Starbucks was a well run company, this location is hurting that reputation and the corporate brand. I used to live nearby and when I did I would come to this Starbucks all the time. Now that I'm older and swimming in coin, I've moved far away to a much yuppier part of town (Yelp can't fact check these reviews, right?). But it was nice to be able to stop by for old time's sake. It's a cute little Starbucks that's usually well-maintained and well-staffed. Parking however is pretty limited, so you may need to get creative depending on what time of day you come. The drive-thru also lets out into a busy intersection which, without fail, always makes me feel like I'm slowly inching my vehicle into a void where my body's going to be identified by dental records days later. To my surprise and delight, they were running a limited Frappuccino Happy Hour during the time I arrived! Huzah! I ordered their new Caramel Waffle Cone Frap to treat myself! Boy do I regret that. Watered down, OverSweetened, not really resembling any flavor at all, I've since felt felt beverage-induced, Vietnam-flashback from all the Starbucks I've driven past in the days since this experience. I'm only marking down to 4 stars because of the nostalgia I have for this location and my overall loyalty to the Starbucks brand, and while I highly encourage any and all to stop in for a pick-me-up or a much-deserved treat, I strongly discourage any and all from wasting your money on the Caramel Waffle Cone Frappuccino. read more

I will say, their regular coffee is waaaaay too acidic for me. I absolutely will NOT drink it or ever recommend it to anyone. It's lattes, macchiatos, or chai lattes --- which are probably my favorite but I always ask for extra chai :-) Of course there's always the prices too, which are a bit steep for coffee but if $5/cup is nothing for you, you don't mind the lengthy lines (even the drive thru gets pretty backed up) then Starbucks is a little piece of heaven, and they're popping up on every corner! read more

I went to this Starbucks when it was on the old location on Orange and I still occasionally go to the new one across from Wawa. The location is beautiful and pretty decently sized. My problem with this Starbucks is the majority of the crew. It seems like it's run by young adults who have no sense of urgency, respect for their customers and their time and would rather joke and talk to each other than acknowledge guests. It's been more than 2 years of visiting, so I can say it is certainly not a one-off experience. The drive thru line takes a minimum of 15 minutes if more than 3 cars are in line. I can go to the Dunkin down the street, 15 cars in line, and still be thru in 5 minutes. There's always one or two staff on the clock who are literally there for moral support it seems. Every time I go in there, this one curly haired girl "maya?" Is doing nothing but distracting coworkers and doing anything g possible other than working. It's a consistent problem I see all the time. I'd rather go out of my way to DD than this Starbucks any day. read more

It's an OK Starbucks. I get my nails done right next door so I head here at least twice a month to get some work done and my caffeine on. The parking is scarce and the drive thru is positioned weird so it causes a headache in the parking lot sometimes. I frequent this Starbucks at least 2 times a week on my way to work at ORMC. There is no consistency in service. The baristas are always pleasant but they don't really have any sense of urgency. Whether I go through drive thru or go inside, I always have to wait 10 or more minutes. When I have gone inside, there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason so who is doing store orders and who is doing drive thru as there are always people waiting while the baristas chat it up with each other. read more

The parking lot is a bit bonkers and usually pretty full. And exiting the drive-thru is really irritating. No left turn (although I was tempted to do it anyway) and you're stuck if the person in front of you is afraid of turning into traffic. Honestly, it would be faster and less stressful to go to SoDo, park, and get a coffee from inside the Target. (OK, faster if you don't get distracted by the Target.) I went to this Starbucks this am preordering my drink via the app. I waited at the cafe for a while before asking the male barista if he knew what happened to my cold foam cold brew. I had a receipt so it was paid for. "Oh so sorry" he said. "We are having problems with our app". No prob...I wasn't catching a plane or late for work. While he was making my drink another female (I won't say lady) came in screaming (I am not kidding) that her drink she purchased through the drive through was wrong. The building has high ceilings and is really large. Her psychotic voice filled the whole room. She didn't shut up the whole time she was there even though she was getting what she wanted. Every customer in the building was shocked. The manager was kind and obliging to her the whole time. All she wanted was her drink free (ya that's right...everyone knew your aim). What she really needed was a nipple for her massive white chocolate Frappuccino. Anyways...bravo staff for not losing your cool, I lost mine with her. The building is beautiful. It has a large conference table and a nice front deck area with a solid wall that gives you some protection from the foot traffic on Orange. read more

This is hands down the most amazing Starbucks I have ever been to, and will even drive completely out of my way to come here. The staff is amazing! Every barista I have encountered here is friendly, fast, and makes your drink perfectly every time. I ALWAYS receive my drink with a smile and feel like it tastes that much better because of it. I myself work in retail and know first hand how hard it can be to remain in a enthusiastic mood all day, but these employees make it look effortless. The drive thru greeting is always cheery, positive, and give me confidence that they actually care what I want. Going inside is a treat too- with it's cozy atmosphere, engaging coffee tastings, and the exchange of pleasantries at the register. Keep in mind that this location IS near downtown and can sometimes be very busy, but rest assured you won't regret going to the BEST Starbucks in town! read more

I can't help but write a good review of this location after the random act of kindness that was bestowed upon me recently. I pulled into the drive thru and of course the line was line and parking was out of the question (it's a small parking lot so I get it). As I pulled up to pay, the Barista told me someone had paid for me and told me to have a nice day! So I , in turn, paid for the person behind me and their order was cheaper than what I had ordered! It's your standard Starbucks but drive thru is tricky because of the narrow lane for not only the people just driving by the drive thru line but the ones IN the drive thru! And if traffic on Orange is crazy(by the way right turns only), it holds up the folks trying to exit after picking up their window order, hence backing up the drive thru line. So all I can say is to come here with patience and understanding. read more

Just want to give a shout out to this local starbucks for producing a mean chai tea latte to get me powering through the rest of the day. The thick foamy top with the rich creamy texture of the drink is delish. No matter which starbucks you go to they always seem to have the great quality ingredients with the right drink machines to produce these addicting little cups of joy. Also thanks for having wifi so I can write this review while I peep out my emails! No wonder this chain coffee shop is a power shop ranking at #1 across the nation. I like this Starbucks because it has more tables and outlets to accommodate sitting in the cafe. I went to two other Starbucks before stopping there. The Salgado was super friendly and helpful. I'm not a coffee drinker but I needed to get to get some work done and a change of environment and I enjoy their youth berry tea. Pretty typical Starbucks. The great thing though is they do offer a drive thru option! Lines for the drive thru are always backed up so you may be better off just quickly running in and ordering. The parking situation here is horrendous. The parking is just so unorganized and it'll be a bit difficult to navigate when the place is booming. Recommend you stop by during the non-busy hours to get a nice cup o' joe. As I'm a frequent coffee drinker I would have given this place 5 stars were it not for the long lines and terrible parking.
