From the menu, I chose the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich. The service was quick, and I received my heated sandwich. I was very happy with the drive thru. We ordered immediately - egg white bites, bacon gouda, grande iced passion tea and a tall pike place. It was ready quickly and when we asked for a straw and the receipt - no problem. It is an easy drive to 95 so that was a plus since we were heading south and needed the food and the drinks to go! A very crowded Starbucks... lots of people who are taking Schultz up on his new, 'no purchase required' position and still a line of people waiting to order. The outdoor/indoor seating was full; few places to actually sit, so next stop might be a local bakery or cafe, rather than returning here. Baristas are friendly, seemed to get the orders right - no one complained while I was there to use 3 of my Rewards. My sandwich was hot and the drinks were icy... nice! Dirty floors and bathrooms. There's comfort in iced espresso but even more so when they prepare it with a smile. The variations of my iced espresso macchiato vary because I usually prefer less milk so I make it a triple instead. Yet sometimes, I'm warned that the drink already comes with two so I question myself on the third shot. Anyways, the store manager ensured that if I needed another shot-she'd happily pour it in for me and that's the best way to start a morning on the right foot. The line moves quick and the bathrooms were clean as well which makes for a perfect coffee and break spot as I was working my way up north. Fairly uneven service. 3 times I've had them make my cappuccino wrong. And 2 times they were not readily offering to re-make. One gal tried to pour out some milk without losing any espresso?? Most Starbucks have no problem making my cappuccino extra dry. If by chance, they do mess it up, they replace it. No questions asked. read more

I love this Starbucks for lots of reason mainly location it's located immediately off the highway when entering St. Augustine from the south. It's always busy and the lines can be long and slow but the product has always been spot on. Plenty parking indoor and outdoor seating. read more

It's a basic Starbucks but maybe not quite as relaxed as you expect. It's always busy and feels just a touch dirty. Maybe sandy is a better word. It's really close to the beach so maybe that has something to do with it. It's also in Florida so perhaps that accounts for the feel. The customers are a mix of tired tourists, cranky old guys, and vacationers nursing hangovers and sunburn. I'll say this. If you are in the area and need Starbucks, it does this trick. If you want to hang out and get that chill coffee shop vibe, it ain't happening here. read more

I came to this establishment with my family (6 people). first my sisters orders a drink, it comes out about 6 minutes later. It tastes like straight water with cold foam on it when she order a chai tea latte. Mine comes out and tastes normal. Then my moms drink comes out again she ordered a venti coffee, tasted like no coffee at all and just straight milk . My mom went back for it to be remade, it came back with just coffee no almond milk. My other two sisters, drinks tastes terrible. I don't know if you have to pass a course to make drinks but trust me no one here has passed any course. No one in there knows how to make a drink. Shopping center spot with a lot of seating, real convenient for all activities on the island. They previously had couches outside, now they have tables and chairs, which I think are nicer because we can seat more people and enjoy our coffee. Lot of cars going by so the ambiance is like you are sitting in a parking lot, but we still still enjoy hanging for a bit. read more

This location is convenient with decent parking- located next to Publix. Inside seating is VERY cramped and typically outside seating is busy with locals chatting it up. I swear to god I make friends every time I go there! It's got a great view of nothing really special, but the patio is comfortable. The surrounding walls prevent gusts of wind. We stopped in this Starbucks last week for an after dinner coffee. They were not busy. My Cafe Mocha was prepared promptly and was very good. My sister ordered a Caramel Flan Frappuccino. She was using a reward and ordered a Grande. I had mentioned that afternoon that, if she was using a reward, she could get any size she wanted including a venti, so I reminded her of that. She had not yet had her card scanned -- the guy had pulled out a cup and was writing on it when she asked if she could change to a Venti. He threw the cup on the floor and snatched up the larger cup and said, "And, what was that again that you wanted?". I have always been amazed at how pleasant and cordial Starbuck's employees are, no matter where you go, but this guy shot that right down! At least the drink was prepared correctly, but I wouldn't go back simply because of his attitude! read more

I have had many trips to this location and all of them with mixed results. I have alway had great customer service here. On many occasions when I get my coffee, there is about a quarter inch of coffee grinds on the bottom of my cup that somehow made it in my coffee. Just recently they re-arranched the lobby area which I feel the other way was better. The outside seating here is great! Very large area. If you want a good laugh, get here at 7:45 AM and listen to the regulars talk about life. I assume most of them live in Marsh Creek and don't work much. This is one of those wonderful Starbucks that's laid out a bit different than most. It's long but not very deep. Plenty of laptop space is found on a long table that is laid out against the windows. Another plus is a very well-lit outdoor patio that has tables as well as sofas. Although tonight, it's plenty warm, there are also outdoor heaters available. Friendly staff, fast service, very clean. I'm a regular at this Starbucks. A local spot as well as popular for so many vacationers. It is a great location however rather small But nice days has seating outside. Also they added a sofa sectional that helps. Now that you can order on your phone I rarely wait. I order on the Mobile app most always. So the staff is pretty good. Some turn over but they really try and are typically a good crew. I'm a fan of the cool lime refresher and order daily. Love the Starbucks and this is the only one on Anastasia Island. This is a nice little Starbucks. It's in the island in beautiful st. Augustine. The employees are very nice but to be honest the place is a little dirty. It's first thing in the morning and the credit card machines are filthy. It's just something that's being overlooked during their cleaning process. This was my first time going to the only Starbucks in St. Augustine and I was promptly disappointed. First, they charged me $5.86 for a grande caramel frap, I've never paid so much for a cup of coffee before. Then the older man who made my cup of coffee screwed it up royally, I had to scream at the man to add caramel to my cup and once I tasted it, I wanted to spit it out. No amount of caramel could have saved that drink- it was so awful but I couldn't exchange it for another cup because I had already left, I was on my way to a photoshoot. Wow... terrible service. I walked in and the "gentleman" behind the counter just looked at me. No hello, no what can I get started for you, just silence and a scowl that let me know he hated his job. I walked up to the counter and the employees just talked amongst themselves so I stood there patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. I've been to plenty of Starbucks but this one was strange! It takes the medal for having the most unmotivated; unfriendly staff in America. Come on, guys!
