Every person there was really accommodating and when I first walked in, they were helping a customer choose a cake for their daughter's birthday, which seemed to be taking a while, but they were patient and kind with her as well. This is a family owned operation and they really put their heart and soul and everything. The spot itself is just tucked into a shopping center and the interior is cozy and cute.
