Thks Starbucks location is keeping great safety measurements and protocol. The staff, generally, wear masks along with the customers who are suggested to wearing it. There is hand sanitizer around for use. I mainly order using their mobile app, which I've seen it to be pretty efficient. During peak times, orders might delayed a bit but I haven't waited for more then say 5-7 times for my order. I think it's fairly quick. I normally love Starbucks. I arrive and was greeted by a very nice person. They took my order at this point there where two people in front of me. I ordered the new shaken with sunshine. After I placed my order 4 more customers place their order. Then things went south. Those four people received their orders before me. The person who handled my order with cup in her hand decided to stand around and do nothing for over 20min. I walked over to see if my order was place in the pick up area and it was not. The person then decided to complete my order. She placed it, did not call my name, did not acknowledge my existence and actually started to fill other orders! Not cool! read more

Parking is almost non-existent. I'd suggest placing a mobile order if you intend on going so that you can run in and grab your items; or illegally park in Target at your own risk. I always have a moment to connect with the baristas it customers. The quality of coffee is superb!!!! This is by far the worst Starbucks customer service that I've received. Since I was in a hurry, I ordered 2 banana loaves & 1 pumpkin loaf, NOT warmed. The cashier even repeated & asked, "NOT warmed?"...in which, I replied, "Yes." In the decades that I've been going to Starbucks (nationally), the cashier would then put my pastry in a bag (since it's NOT warmed) & happily I would go. Unfortunately, not in this case. The cashier kept on ringing up other customers & would just look at me. I then asked the person prepping the food if he could please just put my order in my bag. He replied, "Please go to the end of the counter until your order is ready." My order was right next to him. The time it took for him to respond could have been time for him to put it in the bag. The cashier also told me to go to the end of the counter. These employees had no intention of providing good customer service. I left my order even though I paid for it. In the future, I will not give a tip until the service is complete. In fact, I will never return to this Starbucks. This bad experience is worth 0 stars. My order would have been a satisfactory snack to eat while we drove to our 11:00 AM appointment. We were hungry but thank goodness we were excited seeing my daughter in all the wedding gowns, we forgot about it. The day ended on a good note but I will not let bad customer service slide. This is my local Starbucks and I've seen it all. They've clearly gone through management changes in the past couple years, and I have to say they're always getting better! Example: they just moved the milk/sugar station (what is that even called??) closer to the door, and for the first time in months it was fully clean and stocked! So they're definitely paying attention and trying to give the best experience possible. I typically mobile order from this location in the mornings, and they usually have a pretty short prep time. This is perfect since I can order on my way down from my apartment in the elevator, drive over, park in the 20-minute spots just up the street, grab my mobile order, and head to work. My orders are always accurate, and the only problem I've run into is when they're out of sous vide egg bites (low carb woot!) - this has happened several times, though not recently, and usually they're on top of checking so when I arrive they can substitute something else for me. It's unfortunate they can't respond via the app, but this is a corporate Starbucks issue that has nothing to do with this store. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now and for the most part, it has always been a pleasant experience. I decided to get a matcha latte today and to my disappointment, there were still huge clumps in it as pictured. I don't blame the barista entirely because perhaps, she was not trained to properly make sure the powder is all dissolved when making this drink...She was kind enough to shake the drink for me again when I asked but it did not help much. There were still clumps in every sip. If I wanted solids in my beverage, I would've gotten bubble tea. Maybe invest in matcha whisk? This location is a little small so unless you come during off hours, I wouldn't come here to do work. Overall though, it seemed like an average Starbucks. I did ask for whipped cream on my drink, yet they handed me one without it. I would have liked to see more attention to detail, but the staff were all very pleasant and professional. If this place didn't sell Starbucks products and have the Starbucks logo all over the place, I'd confuse it for a local, neighborhood coffee shop. The building itself is pretty small and there isn't much seating space, but it's cozy. It's my place for a coffee treat so I'm not sure what's like during the work rush, but I've never had to wait too long to place my order or receive my drink. The sugar area is always clean. Not sure how this place will hold up once all the new Granary residents are moved in and there's a whole new set of foot traffic, but for now it's a pleasant experience. read more

I get my daily coffee from here, and I'm glad that I do. The staff is very personable and welcoming, and their store is very decked out for holidays and special occasions. Like any other Starbucks, they're busy, but they handle rushes and large crowds very well (especially under the pressure of cranky middle aged men and women throwing a fuss over coffee beans). EDIT: one summer later... was always able to get my BECs (thanks for stocking), and with far fewer sweetened iced coffees this year. But the wait here is still hit or miss even when it's not busy. Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my office. But the service always seems to be slower when there's no line, last summer half of my unsweetened iced coffee were served to me with sweetener, I sometimes get grandes when I ordered ventis. And the most infuriating thing is that they hide the green plastic top stoppers away from the rest of the creamers and sweeteners and stirrers. (You know if people could see he green sticks and knew to use them as stirrers and stoppers you'd save money on stirrers, right?) But the last straw was today, when once again they ran out of bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwiches before 11am. This happened often enough before they started this $5 special, but now that they can't seem to figure out how to order enough product to keep up with the demand they have encouraged, I can never get the one item I always used to go there to get. I would have given this place a 5 star but everytime I order the green tea frap it taste like a vanilla bean frap. But its still pretty good and can't complain. The service here is amazing. The Starbucks chain in general is ridiculous with it's no readily available decaffeinated coffee policy. This is amazing since Starbucks is one of the largest coffee shop chains in America. To add insult to injury, they charge you more for an Americano or pour-over decaf. This morning at my local Starbucks in Horsham Pennsylvania I was told I have to wait 10 minutes for decaffeinated coffee...totally ridiculous. Do they realize how caffeine negatively affects the health of some people, especially people with heart medications? To top it off, after I was stuck in the drive-in line waiting for my coffee after I was told I have to wait awhile for decaf., they did not put cream in my coffee and gave me the wrong yogurt which of course I did not realize until I drove off.
