Venti Caramel Cap dry! It's perfect too
    Toni G.

I recently moved to Brewerytown and searched for a coffee shop and Starbucks is my first choice but this one is exceptional. Seriously everyone in here is friendly. Yeah employees and patrons. I always have a moment to connect with the baristas it customers. The quality of coffee is superb!!!! We all have our special java concoction and mines is a tough balancing act since I like my C.Cap a little dry. It's been made to perfection here. The environment is quaint and the air is clean. I know. How do I know. Well because it's always fresh and seems well ventilated. The coffee is overwhelming so you could do work in the space without feeling consumed with aromas. The location is great too and it's not far from where I live. Technically I could walk but then I wouldn't get my coffee as quick...so I drive for the

It blows my mind how major businesses monopolize cities. What is the point of having a stand-alone Starbucks, and having a Starbucks 367ft. (I googled it) away inside Target? Super crowded and they don't keep up with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It seems like they continue to construct more of these throughout the city, yet they are the size of a pea. Terrible!

Worst service and rudest baristas in the city. Will never step foot in another Starbucks again because of this location.

Every time I go in here, the baristas are friendly & my drink is always correct. What more can you ask from a Starbucks?

Not allowing people to use the restroom even though it is working is kind of ridiculous, staff are unpleasant and unprofessional

It is a very small shop, so there are only a few tables inside, along with a few outside depending on the weather. Although small, the interior is clean and cozy. A single restroom is available. Parking is on the street. Mild noise level. They have a good amount of drink options, including rotating specials, as well as pastries, bread, and misc items like granola and coffee beans. The drinks are delicious - definitely recommend their matcha. The pastries are huge, flavorful, and filling. Slightly dry but I did go right before closing. They have a nice variety of flavors (both sweet and savory), so most palettes will be satisfied. Prices are definitely fair. If I weren't just a traveler passing through, this would easily become a regular spot for me. It's at least on the "must return to" list! 10/10 recommend.

Each morning, I visited this café during my last visit and enjoying a cup of hot chocolate both times. One of the first things I noticed as I walked into the café was the atmosphere. It felt welcoming! My hot chocolate had the smooth richness and was great to start the morning off. There were plenty of tables to sit at in the morning. The style of the café was great with a modern and clean, yet warm enough to make those early morning hours seem somewhat purposeful, and not as rushed as they could be! If you're looking for breakfast options, it is slightly limited at this café. There were some muffins and baked goods available. My experience with El Café in The Hilton Mōttō was very good overall. I enjoyed the hot chocolate. It was rich, smooth and perfect comfort in the morning on the go. The customer service was also great! They were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Additionally, I thought the prices for their coffee and hot chocolate was reasonable. I'd stop by El Café again if I stay at the Hilton Motto.

A good one at that, the cold brew for $4 (with FREE oat milk in a help-yourself-carafe) was exactly what I was hoping for and wanting. I bopped down from my room, grabbed some drinks, then went back up to my room for little iced coffees in bed. They even had a vegan food option: a coconut yogurt parfait. But is this a destination spot in Philadelphia for coffee? No. I'd still recommend it if someone was specifically staying here; but, also there's genuinely innnncredible coffee shops nearby. So if you're looking for ease/convenience/reliability? Yes, yes, all of that. If you're looking for something special or memorable? I don't know, probably not. And. That's. Okay. A coffee can just be a coffee sometimes, y'know? The staff was super friendly and chill too!

Space: Minimalism at its core (and that really clean aesthetic here works)! There's so many places to sit: low top shared tables in the center, low top tables by the window, seats at a high bar facing the wall, seats at a high coworking space-like counter, seats outside when the weather is good. I really loved how easy the menu was to navigate and was intrigued by their house made syrups; I love clean ingredients! We opted for an iced latte with the banana bread syrup, which we were told is rather popular -- delicious, especially because it wasn't overly sweet! The biscuit sandwich was impressive with a beautiful fluffy biscuit, slightly crisp on the outside and soft inside made for a delicious breakfast. On a Saturday morning, it was easy to find a great seat and enjoy conversation over quick bites and sips. Although the blood orange ginger espresso tonic sounded intriguing, I was a little nervous to try it; but maybe next time!
