I ordred a dragon drink and they gave me a drink filled with coconut milk. On there website it said "sold out" of every refresher.. yet they gave me this. It had no taste of guava at all, just coconut milk, it tasted disgusting. Yum! I love their trenta Iced coffee with a double shot, three pumps of sf vanilla and light nonfat milk. It's the perf breakfast for summertime. If I do get food there the Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich is my fave. U can't beat the cookies at Sbux either. One thing that can be approved on at all the locations I've been to is the drive thru/parking lot sitch. read more

In my opinion, this Starbucks location can do no wrong. We come through the drive-thru here whenever we're in the area, and every time they make my dream perfectly. I just get iced coffee, which is simple enough, but I have a lot of trouble with other locations. Not sure why, but many of them can make such a simple drink taste terrible. I have never had a problem with this place, and that's why we'll continue to come back in the future. The staff are very friendly here, and the line always goes very quickly if there ever is one. This location is really convenient for us, and I highly recommend it to anyone coming through this area. read more

I've been driving by this location since they built it a year or so ago. Today I stopped in for some coffee and was pleasantly surprised. The location is clean with a lot of comfortable seating. They have the option of ordering straight espresso shots, which is how I like my coffee. Nice and strong. They also had all of their pumpkin snacks out which it'll admit I'm a sucker for. Hands down the best Starbucks in Phoenix! I drive miles out if my way, often time passing 3 to 5 other Starbucks, just to go to this particular location. Being from Seattle, Starbucks is a main staple and most of them have stellar service. However, I can't say the same about all the Starbucks here in Phoenix. I have only been to a very few that have left me with a positive impression. This location has impressed me EVERY SINGLE TIME! The staff is amazing! The manager is absolutely incredible! I always come to this location and the staff is very friendly and helpful, however, today I placed a mobile order for a simple drink and oatmeal. The drink was ready when I got there but I waited for 15 minutes in the store for my oatmeal. Won't order food here again bc They are always backed up. When ordering our drinks the order taker made a few mistakes but by the end of the transaction everything looked good. When we got to the window, immediately our barista "Anthony" I believe was his name had an attitude. When he handed us the first drink, we said it wasn't correct since it wasn't pink like the strawberry açaí normally was. He argued that "it's just because there's no fruit which is why it's not pink". First, I've been ordering this drink almost every week for the past 3 years and 99% of the time it's pink. If it's not, it's because someone added too much of something else. ForBut that wasn't the problem. The problem was the attitude he gave and how he slammed the window to grab our next drink which was also wrong. Luckily a nicer male barista came over to help out and corrected our drink and everything else came out fine but the first barista we dealt with had a lot of attitude and made the whole experience uncomfortable. read more

A friend and i went through the drive through at this location. It was tough to get to the building as you cannot take a left into the drive. You have to go down and U turn and come back. But once we got in the drive thru it went fast. In fact, the line was long and they pushed us all through quickly. The drinks were good and the food was typical. The lady at the driveway was very pleasant and funny. We did not go inside so can't comment much on that part of it but what we experienced exceeded expectations. read more

My Starbucks is open at 4 in the morning!! Yes 4 In the morning, at least during the week, then they get to sleep in an extra hour on weekends because they open at 5, so my store is one of the hardest working stores I have visited. They are always helpful and cheerful no matter what time of morning, noon or night you visit them. I really appreciate my baristisa Ricky, they make sure to have everything out as fast as possible or if there is a delay they let you know and an estimated time of completion. Even though they face being short staffed like all other retailers, fighting for a living wage and customers who do not care they're short staffed they still choose to be a friendly face and helpful as possible. read more

This starbucks is the newest one in this area, and it's a great addition to the neighborhood. The ground space is huge and can seat multiple people and groups. Like all starbucks, it's a good place to hangout; with a friendly staff here. The drawback to this location, at the moment, is that the internet is obnoxiously slow and spotty. I've been here three times and each time, my devices have had a difficult time connecting and been dropped. This is a common occurrence at new starbucks and I will change my stars when the internet picks up, but I won't be ordering to sit and linger, but only on my way to the I-10. read more

A drive thru Starbucks in Downtown Phoenix was so needed. Construction was so fast. I went through the drive through earlier this week. There was hardly a line and the service was fast. Going into the store today was amazing. I did the mobile pick up and my order was ready when I walked in. The service was great and the inside is clean. There's also a lot of space to study! I ordered ahead for pick up and one of the employees was very rude. I saw that my drinks were ready and had asked for it but he refused to serve me instead he proceeded to finish making a drink which I understand but after he gave out to orders to other people instead of myself I went up and asked again for my drinks. I get that there are staffing shortages so there is no mobile ordering, but this location needs to update the app to reflect that you can only drive through. i live in the neighborhood and have tried to just walk in a few times in the last month when I was in a hurry for quick coffee/breakfast, but the doors are locked. This location would communicate this through their app if they actually cared. the baristas are great, but what horrible management. No starbucks is worth sitting in a 20 car drive through for, especially when you live across the street. How about closing the drive through and keeping your doors open to support pedestrians? This Starbucks has been the fastest drive thru I've been too when they're slammed with multiple cars. They have been very consistent with drink orders since they opened. I have been to other Starbucks after their initial opening and have seen a decline in quality of service. I'll continue frequenting this location as the staff here are friendly and prompt. read more

I love Starbucks but this was the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. The lady who gave me my order had the worst attitude and was unbelievably rude when I asked for water. As if water took a lot out of her to do. Not to mention that I ordered a s'mores Frappuccino only for it to be the worst s'mores Frappuccino I've ever had made. There was no marshmallow in my drink and the bottom was filled with chocolate syrup which made the drink just undrinkable. Due to all the chocolate on the bottom, I wasn't able to finish my drink as it was too sweet and evidently threw it out which was a waste of my money.
